The back door didn’t lock, the front door wasn’t sealed and locked well. Did not feel safe. Difficult to exit the parking lot due to traffic. Had to turn right and make a U-turn every time we left

The studio room was clean. The wall paper in bathroom was missing in some spots. The wall paper should be replace along with some of pots and pans. It's not a deal breaker. The price was reasonable.

The property was nice. The view was gorgeous. The boat dock was wonderful as our friends were able to pick us up for a sunset cruise & dinner at a restaurant on the water.

I can not say enough about this place! We stayed 2 nights. The room was great, spacious, clean and everything you could think of was available! (Pots, pans, stove, fridge, etc, which btw, the fridge was larger than the normal hotel fridge). The view was beautiful, check-in was extremely easy, close to everything too! We enjoyed out stay so much and hated to leave. We will certainly come back to Hot Springs and will not stay anywhere but here! It's a little dated, however, it felt more like "Home" versus a hotel stay! I love that every room had its own balcony w/ supplied table & chairs. The dock was a great added benefit & we enjoyed sitting on it day & night. The large room was great & spacious. Everything was extremely clean & the color scheme of the room allowed for a homey feeling versus the dreaded "Hotel" feeling. Thank you very much to The Hamilton for this great stay. We can't wait to come back and have already told so many people about this hidden gem!!

The only positive thing we can say about our experience was the room had a nice view of the lake. The room itself was awful: the AC was loud and noisy all night, the shower had black mold, and the bath towels were small and non absorbing. Had a good size deck but looked old and needs painting. One Night was enough for us.
