No funciona el teléfono que brindan para información y nunca respondieron el mensaje de la plataforma. No entregan paños. No todas las habitaciones tienen parqueo por lo que hay que dejarlo afuera de la habitación peligrando ser golpeado. No hay rotulación de nada. En la piscina no se puede hacer ruido ya que queda al lado de la recepción e indican que están trabajando. Otros huéspedes nos comentaron que el inodoro no funcionaba y no les resolvieron En general la limpieza del baño estaba descuidada La ducha fatal y nunca salió agua caliente.

No es un hotel, es un apartamento, muy bien ubicado, con vista increíbles del golfo de Papagayo, lamentablemente muy incomodo para parquear el carro, no opciones para comer cerca, la salida a la playa es cerca, pero le falta mantenimiento general.

Great location, they appear to be trying to fix the place up. But the room was far from acceptable. It appears no one has cleaned the rooms in months. Upon arrival we were missing towels for the bathroom, and it was odd that they left the key just hanging in the lock for us to just "let ourselves in". I thought my 11 y.o. daughter was exaggerating when she told me it looked like a scary movie in the bathroom. She would not shower without my wife right outside the door. And to my dismay, she was right on. The soap scum and mold in the shower was unacceptable. Then to find out it was a cold shower because she didn't have any hot water. It didn't appear to have been swept in weeks with all of the bugs and dust under the bed. These are the big items of my nit picking. The small items, beach access? Kind of. It is shared with the hotel next door that you have to cross a trench to get to. Sliding glass door to the balcony didn't lock. This place has some very serious potential, and I did see people working to fix it up. Just would have been nice to know these things before we were there.

La vista es muy bonita, pero las instalaciones muy malas, no hay restaurante, ni mesas para el area de piscina, las sillas de playa totalmente descuidadas y rotas, la piscina muy bien, pésima señalización de senderos y habitaciones, las instalaciones de habitaciones rotas, sin utensilios para comer y cocinar. Check in was easy. Pool was nice. Staff was attentive with minimal resources. The room was substandard; beds, cooking utensils, lights and fans not working, dirty old fridge, air conditioning that could not keep up with the heat, no decking furniture ( we had to ask), bathroom had missing tiles, screen not secured and was disgusting We had payed for 5 nights and left after the second night even though it was not- refundable by the Expedia. To top it off our neighbors who were local paid 1/4 of the price which we were charge by Expedia. They actually laughed at us. We believe Expedia mislead us or they were mislead. We use Expedia regularly and did not anticipate they would lead us that way according to the posting. Stay away!!

First of all it cannot be called a Resort, it's NOT. It's buidings with studio rooms with kitchen. No amenities, no services, no restaurant, no bar. Just a pool with no shade. The room is very big, bed is decent and the tv too. Other than that, there is a lack of furniture or furniture in bad shape, like only one bed side table, and oldchairs that need to be updated. We didn't even open the sofa bed, it didn't seem to be in good shape, there were bo sheets or pillows for it. Towels are poor quality and need to be asked for. Bring your soap, towels, napkins, wine opener, wine glasses if you need. The showers need to be remodelled urgently. Old fawcetts, old broken bath tub that no one would ever use. The parking spaces are not marked and are very difficult to find, so, on high season the situation is chaotic, cars parked on the narrow streets make it very hard and dangerous to drive around, no one respects anything and there is no one to make rules or have people respect them.

Su belleza natural es magnífica así como sus vistas a la bahía desde el mirador , su personal es cálido maravillo dispuesto a servir y con don de gentes , pero no hay restaurantes ni servicios cerca , entonces los que lleguen tienen que buscar si quieren como Comer afuera El problema es el cuido de instalaciones las cuales presentan deterioros extremos y falta de mantenimiento, desde la piscina hasta los muebles , falta de agua caliente villas poco equipadas etc , entonces hay que estar consciente de esta situación

First, there is no entrance sign for this property, it took us about 15 minutes to figure out. Road to the unit is all one way, narrow & tight parking space. The reception area was so primitive. The unit we got was in bad shape: bed not comfy, bedsheets were old and torn, chairs & sofa looked dirty, shower tub and glass door had all dirty stain and mold, a few wall tiles were missing, air conditioning dripped water on floor all night and we had to be careful walking around in the room, couldn't open safe & staff wouldn't provide master code to open, lock on patio door were broken. We felt so unsafe and uncomfortable the whole night and we felt being cheated by the pictures and descriptions posted on Expedia. That was the worst stay in my life. I would not stay there even if that was free of charge. That place needs a big renovation or they just need to shut down the business.

Avantages : environnement luxuriant Inconvénients : tout le reste. Malpropre. Mal équipé. Pas d'eau chaude. WI-FI deficient. On s'y sent comme si nous etions en 1986 et quon a rien remplacé ni rénové depuis.

So disappointed! We arrived after dark. Check in was quick but the room we were given was so disgusting. Lights falling out the ceiling, fridge didn't keep items cold, the toilet didn't flush, the ac filters were so dirty and clogged, the cobwebs in the windows, dirty drawers in the kitchen, just to name a few. We survived the night and asked for a new room. The new room was mariginally better but the moldy grounds left in the coffee pot pushed me over the edge. We booked 3 nights but left after 2. This place has the potential but the owners need to invest in repairs and maintenance.

Our room what extremely hot, 81 degrees. Two towels provided for a family of four. No exaggeration there were spiders and ants everywhere, coming out of electrical sockets and wall trim. Shower knobs broken. No soap, no wash clothes, no paper towels

The property is at walking distance of the beach, quiet and the sea is visible from the room, however it feels abandoned, one of the the beds didn't have any linens, it was literally just the mattress and the staff didn't provide any even after requesting at the front desk. All pillows had mold and rust came out of the tap when we first opened it. Also the fridge didn't work. Would not recommend.

I generally don’t write reviews but felt I should here. Toilet had major leak ((water running out of bathroom even). Had to argue to get a different room. Dirty bedding. No comforter. Promised king bed was given a double. No toiletries as promised. Kitchen is not very workable. Broken thumb latch on entry door. Balcony door was locked shut so we couldn’t use. Completely neglected place.

Beautiful property. The people are amazing there and very hospitable. The rooms are large and traditional costarican rooms. The beach access is steep, but the beach is beautiful. Lovely fish to see while snorkeling. Would stay again.

L' hotel e' un po' vecchiotto,manca di mantenimento,pero'l'appartamento era molto spazioso e fornito di tutto!! L' unica pecca,l' aria condizionata,che non si poteva spegnere,e il telecomando era senza pile,abbiamo chiesto alla recepción,ma non hanno fatto niente per soddisfare la richiesta!!

This property needs major work. Staff very friendly but no internet, wifi in the rooms. Air conditioner was to small for the room. Patio door the latch was broken. At one time this was a beautiful property but over time has been neglected. Apparently the owner lives in Texas and has let his properties really be neglected.

The property is at walking distance of the beach, quiet and the sea is visible from the room, however it feels abandoned, one of the the beds didn't have any linens, it was literally just the mattress and the staff didn't provide any even after requesting at the front desk. All pillows had mold and rust came out of the tap when we first opened it. Also the fridge didn't work. Would not recommend.

The staff was helpful and friendly but didn’t have the key for us, we had to ask for towels and sheets which were stained and torn when we finally retrieved them ourselves in the rain. The shower was filthy and stained, I don’t think it could have appeared clean even if scrubbed. There was a gap in the wooden front door and the glass slider wouldn’t close completely, gapped between panels- also if tugged on, it would come away from the door frame- could have been broken easily to gain entry. There was giant ants crawling all over. The walls and window covers were faded and stained - the whole place seemed unclean and was uncomfortable to be in.

No funciona el teléfono que brindan para información y nunca respondieron el mensaje de la plataforma. No entregan paños. No todas las habitaciones tienen parqueo por lo que hay que dejarlo afuera de la habitación peligrando ser golpeado. No hay rotulación de nada. En la piscina no se puede hacer ruido ya que queda al lado de la recepción e indican que están trabajando. Otros huéspedes nos comentaron que el inodoro no funcionaba y no les resolvieron En general la limpieza del baño estaba descuidada La ducha fatal y nunca salió agua caliente.

PESIMO . Rerservamos y pagamos de antelación dos habitaciones. Cuando llegamos al hotel nos dijeron que sólo teníasn una y que se tenían que acomodar todos en ella. Luego nos dijeron que no tenían ninguna y que escribieramos a HOTELS.COM para el reembolso que no hemos recibido todavía. Tuvimos que buscar una habitación en otra aplicación y pagar doble.

Check in was easy. Pool was nice. Staff was attentive with minimal resources. The room was substandard; beds, cooking utensils, lights and fans not working, dirty old fridge, air conditioning that could not keep up with the heat, no decking furniture ( we had to ask), bathroom had missing tiles, screen not secured and was disgusting We had payed for 5 nights and left after the second night even though it was not- refundable by the Expedia. To top it off our neighbors who were local paid 1/4 of the price which we were charge by Expedia. They actually laughed at us. We believe Expedia mislead us or they were mislead. We use Expedia regularly and did not anticipate they would lead us that way according to the posting. Stay away!!

Beautiful property. The people are amazing there and very hospitable. The rooms are large and traditional costarican rooms. The beach access is steep, but the beach is beautiful. Lovely fish to see while snorkeling. Would stay again.

They are obviously working on bringing up the maintenance, security, and general condition of the property, but their brand new management is dedicated and hospitable. If you are not too picky, you can have a good stay right next to 2 beautiful beaches (with a kitchen) at a great value!

First, there is no entrance sign for this property, it took us about 15 minutes to figure out. Road to the unit is all one way, narrow & tight parking space. The reception area was so primitive. The unit we got was in bad shape: bed not comfy, bedsheets were old and torn, chairs & sofa looked dirty, shower tub and glass door had all dirty stain and mold, a few wall tiles were missing, air conditioning dripped water on floor all night and we had to be careful walking around in the room, couldn't open safe & staff wouldn't provide master code to open, lock on patio door were broken. We felt so unsafe and uncomfortable the whole night and we felt being cheated by the pictures and descriptions posted on Expedia. That was the worst stay in my life. I would not stay there even if that was free of charge. That place needs a big renovation or they just need to shut down the business.

Plutôt difficile à trouver déjà. Rien n’indique la présence en bordure de route. L’état de l’appartement laissait à désirer. Difficulté à barrer/débarrer la porte. La douche était fonctionnelle mais on aurait dit un ancien bain tourbillon désaffecté. La seule chaise disponible sur le balcon était brisée. Plutôt décevant. Playa Panama était accessible à pied, point positif quand même. Mais ça ne valait pas le prix demandé. J’ai l’impression de m’être fait rouler malheureusement. Nous avons réservé un hôtel près de Jaco pendant le même voyage pour moins cher et beaucoup beaucoup mieux.

Great location, they appear to be trying to fix the place up. But the room was far from acceptable. It appears no one has cleaned the rooms in months. Upon arrival we were missing towels for the bathroom, and it was odd that they left the key just hanging in the lock for us to just "let ourselves in". I thought my 11 y.o. daughter was exaggerating when she told me it looked like a scary movie in the bathroom. She would not shower without my wife right outside the door. And to my dismay, she was right on. The soap scum and mold in the shower was unacceptable. Then to find out it was a cold shower because she didn't have any hot water. It didn't appear to have been swept in weeks with all of the bugs and dust under the bed. These are the big items of my nit picking. The small items, beach access? Kind of. It is shared with the hotel next door that you have to cross a trench to get to. Sliding glass door to the balcony didn't lock. This place has some very serious potential, and I did see people working to fix it up. Just would have been nice to know these things before we were there.

Su belleza natural es magnífica así como sus vistas a la bahía desde el mirador , su personal es cálido maravillo dispuesto a servir y con don de gentes , pero no hay restaurantes ni servicios cerca , entonces los que lleguen tienen que buscar si quieren como Comer afuera El problema es el cuido de instalaciones las cuales presentan deterioros extremos y falta de mantenimiento, desde la piscina hasta los muebles , falta de agua caliente villas poco equipadas etc , entonces hay que estar consciente de esta situación

La refrigeradora congelaba por lo que no pudimos tener frutas no había nada Cerca para comprar y Había que ir a playa hermosa que no nos gusto o al coco para poder comer No había vajilla, ollas licuadora micro y solo un disco No pósito. Shampoo no jabón de manos es la peor hospedaje solo si estaba bien pintada paredes no funcionaba el aire el abanico sonaba y para terminar de hacerla se fue el agua desde el día anterior no tuvimos que venir sin bañarnos

Le site est en très mauvais état, c’est malpropre, mal entretenu et la plupart des meubles sont endommagés. Les rideaux sont brisés et laissent passer la lumière du jour complètement. Il n’y avait aucune serviette à la chambre et un vieux restant de savon. Notre chambre comprenait un grand lit et un divan lit, le lit était passable et le divan lit était horrible, le matelas sale, déchiré et déformé il manquait la moitié des ressorts. L’eau chaude ne fonctionnait pas. Le point positif est la piscine mais toutes les chaises de piscines étaient brisés et les cabines autour de la piscine pour avoir un peu d’ombre étaient toutes très sale. Pas de restaurant sur place et on doit prendre la voiture pour le restaurant le plus proche. Bref jamais nous n’y retournerons et nous ne recommandons pas du tout cet endroit.

First of all it cannot be called a Resort, it's NOT. It's buidings with studio rooms with kitchen. No amenities, no services, no restaurant, no bar. Just a pool with no shade. The room is very big, bed is decent and the tv too. Other than that, there is a lack of furniture or furniture in bad shape, like only one bed side table, and oldchairs that need to be updated. We didn't even open the sofa bed, it didn't seem to be in good shape, there were bo sheets or pillows for it. Towels are poor quality and need to be asked for. Bring your soap, towels, napkins, wine opener, wine glasses if you need. The showers need to be remodelled urgently. Old fawcetts, old broken bath tub that no one would ever use. The parking spaces are not marked and are very difficult to find, so, on high season the situation is chaotic, cars parked on the narrow streets make it very hard and dangerous to drive around, no one respects anything and there is no one to make rules or have people respect them.

Su belleza natural es magnífica así como sus vistas a la bahía desde el mirador , su personal es cálido maravillo dispuesto a servir y con don de gentes , pero no hay restaurantes ni servicios cerca , entonces los que lleguen tienen que buscar si quieren como Comer afuera El problema es el cuido de instalaciones las cuales presentan deterioros extremos y falta de mantenimiento, desde la piscina hasta los muebles , falta de agua caliente villas poco equipadas etc , entonces hay que estar consciente de esta situación

Le site est en très mauvais état, c’est malpropre, mal entretenu et la plupart des meubles sont endommagés. Les rideaux sont brisés et laissent passer la lumière du jour complètement. Il n’y avait aucune serviette à la chambre et un vieux restant de savon. Notre chambre comprenait un grand lit et un divan lit, le lit était passable et le divan lit était horrible, le matelas sale, déchiré et déformé il manquait la moitié des ressorts. L’eau chaude ne fonctionnait pas. Le point positif est la piscine mais toutes les chaises de piscines étaient brisés et les cabines autour de la piscine pour avoir un peu d’ombre étaient toutes très sale. Pas de restaurant sur place et on doit prendre la voiture pour le restaurant le plus proche. Bref jamais nous n’y retournerons et nous ne recommandons pas du tout cet endroit.

Could be a really nice place. Needs some lights for night time. Needs some TLC. Decently clean but not resort quality clean.

First, there is no entrance sign for this property, it took us about 15 minutes to figure out. Road to the unit is all one way, narrow & tight parking space. The reception area was so primitive. The unit we got was in bad shape: bed not comfy, bedsheets were old and torn, chairs & sofa looked dirty, shower tub and glass door had all dirty stain and mold, a few wall tiles were missing, air conditioning dripped water on floor all night and we had to be careful walking around in the room, couldn't open safe & staff wouldn't provide master code to open, lock on patio door were broken. We felt so unsafe and uncomfortable the whole night and we felt being cheated by the pictures and descriptions posted on Expedia. That was the worst stay in my life. I would not stay there even if that was free of charge. That place needs a big renovation or they just need to shut down the business.
