Vi vælger specifikt en dobbeltseng (og IKKE to enkelstående senge), men får et værelse med to enkeltstående senge ved siden af hinanden. Vi påpeger dette 3 gange for personalet som, i deres øjne, løser "problemet" med at ligge ét stort lagen over de to senge og kalder det for en "Italian bed". Ikke ligefrem det vi havde håbet på og specielt ikke når vi specifikt har valgt noget andet. Ingen kompensation - eller jo, 2 gratis drinks i deres bar. Ærgerligt når man har booket 8 nætter. Ros til rengøringsholdet.

I stayed at Vincci Bit Barcelona with my sister during our trip from the UK, and we had a truly wonderful experience. The staff were polite, friendly, professional, and very helpful at any time of the day or night. Whenever we called reception and asked for something, they responded quickly. We needed a charging cable and they kindly brought us a charger. We also asked for an iron and ironing board, and they provided them straight away. The hotel itself is very creative and thoughtfully designed. It does not feel like just a place to sleep at night. From the wall designs to the lobby and the artistic details around the hotel, you can clearly see the taste and effort behind the space. It makes guests feel valued and respected. I especially loved the beautiful sentences written on the elevator mirrors. They genuinely made us smile in the mornings. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, fresh, and high quality. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to buses, metro, tram, and taxis, which made exploring Barcelona much easier. Barcelona itself was amazing, but this hotel, its staff, and its service made our trip even more memorable. ホテルはホスピタリティにあふれていて良かったです。何よりよかったのか、大きなテーブルと椅子があってパソコンによる作業が捗りました。インターネットの接続は曲があって苦戦しましたが、どうにかつながりました。 近所には大きなモールやコンビニがあります。トラムや地下鉄の駅も徒歩すぐで便利です。部屋にサービスでついているシャンプーやコンディショナーはあわなかったのでモールの中で買いました。 あと、ドライヤーが古いのか、埃がつまっているのか、よくサーモスタットが作動して電源が切れるのが気になりました。
