El personal absolutamente todos perfectos, las instalaciones están muy descuidadas, muchas cosas rotas, los cristales de todo el hotel ( no de las habitaciones) están súper mal, está bastante descuidado, tiene falta de una reforma urgente, está muy soso, tendrían que poner muchas plantas en buen estado, y decoración algo alegre porque no tiene , absolutamente nada de decoración el hotel , la piscina también, tiene mucha falta de limpieza los bordes están súper amarillos y pegajosos, las actividades del hotel muy divertidas en la piscina y por la noche los espectáculos, también están muy bien, la comida está bien, volvería siempre y cuando hubiese algún cambio en todo lo que he puesto.

La limpieza en la habitación brilla por su ausencia, el segundo día ni nos la hizo, según ella se le olvidó. E de decir que depende quién te toque, unos amigos nuestros en otro ala del hotel genial en este tema. Las zonas comunes muy bien, el personal muy amable y atento.

It's probably stretching it to still call this a 4 star hotel, but it was perfectly adequate for my needs and at a good price too. Daily housekeeping is included as is breakfast. The breakfast buffet wasn't as good as most places but it was perfectly acceptable. I would have got tired of it though after 3 or 4 days as there's not a lot of choice. Would have expected more fruit for example. Note the main pool closes each day from 2pm to 5pm although the smaller pool remains open. This hotel's target market is the Spanish tourist. Not all staff speak English, not all signs are translated into English, but that's what I liked about it - no other English tourists, (and I'm English!). All in all, perfectly acceptable for my needs, I enjoyed my stay, no complaints, but I wouldn't take my loved one here if you wanted to impress them.

The hotel is advertised as 4* it is equivalent to a tired 2* my experience dinner was stressful food was lukewarm as the servery counter was not efficient to keep the food hot. I did not participate in breakfast ad it was to much in the canteen !
