Pros: right off 26. Very clean. Very quiet and super comfortable bed. Very nice suite with full kitchen at a very reasonable rate. Pet friendly as well. Nice pool and patio with fireplace and 2 grills - one gas, one charcoal. Cons: breakfast often ran out of many items before end of breakfast times and slow to refill items - but it was a busy holiday weekend. Microwave in breakfast area was broken and appears to have been that way for awhile, so no way to warm up items unless you went back to room. Some sketchy activity and drug activities nearby but they stayed away from guests.

The room was clean and very spacious-all staff was friendly and helpful. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel so I can't speak on that. We did sit outside late night on the patio with a drink and the firepit was such a nice touch! The location was great for all of our exploring- 20 minute drive into downtown- and literally minutes from the airport. In less than an hour we returned our rental car, got through security and got settled in at our gate! For the price you absolutely cannot go wrong staying here.

Excellent breakfast. Mobile access sucks. Jumping through hoops to get my info for free, basic wireless is aggravating at the least. Having to do it every time I step in or out of hotel is not "modern conveinence."

It was not as clean as I thought it should have been. Even though the pool was closed it was Dirty. People had animal and the dog food was wasted in front of door no one cleaned it up.

We enjoyed our stay at Residence Inn. Very comfortable and the staff was great. The fact that they served a light dinner some evenings was a bonus. 10/10 for our experience!!

We loved this place so much we stayed an extra night. The outdoor areas are so nice and the rooms are beautiful and clean. Every single staff member has been unbelievably kind and helpful, from front staff to the night security guard. we used the grill and it was full of propane. Breakfast was good and had lots of options. The store is expensive but helpful. We will absolutely be staying here again.

The staff was really friendly. Room was mostly clean. There was some used soap left in the room from the last guest. The hotel itself doesn’t seem to be located in the best part of town, which I didn’t realize before booking. They said they have to keep all the doors to the building locked 24/7 for security. That was a little off putting traveling with two children. The breakfast Buffett was sufficient. Nothing exciting, but the kids did enjoy the waffle maker.

Very clean and quite. Beautiful room and no noise from other rooms near us. Breakfast was great. Only one night there but was a comfortable night. Beds were nice and got a good night sleep. When we visit Charleston agian will definitely stay there agian. And the ladles at the front desk were very kind and polite.

We stayed in a two-room suite and it was fabulous. The staff was friendly, and excellent (quick) check-in when we came in after midnight after a flight delay. My only complaint was the shop where they sell snacks and such was low in supply. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Our suite was perfect. It was spacious, clean and up to date. Breakfast was a full breakfast with freshly made waffles and hot foods like grits, bacon and sausage. Definitely a 10/10

Check in was fast and easy! Washer and dryer did the job. NO regular creamer in the lobby. Powdered creamer in the room. Breakfast was meh….definitely one of the worst for a Residence Inn. Air conditioner was extremely loud.

Hotel looked nice but seemed like a rough area of town. Breakfast was excellent with many options. Also, free beer in the afternoon was a bonus. Only complaint about the stay was small pillows. Had to have extra but would’ve rather had one big pillow.

The room was clean and very spacious-all staff was friendly and helpful. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel so I can't speak on that. We did sit outside late night on the patio with a drink and the firepit was such a nice touch! The location was great for all of our exploring- 20 minute drive into downtown- and literally minutes from the airport. In less than an hour we returned our rental car, got through security and got settled in at our gate! For the price you absolutely cannot go wrong staying here.

Our suite was spacious and clean. We had all we needed. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok. We were close to the base and restaurants. Definitely, try Aminici, three minutes away and Page's Okra Grill in Summerville. The hotel was not in the best area but I never felt unsafe but beware of your surroundings.

Most things were great...nice room, good breakfast my only complaint was that some appliances during breakfast were broken (juice machine) and the water for tea was always lukewarm at best (had to microwave). These are just minor details, overall 4.5 stars out of 5. I would stay again.

Pros: right off 26. Very clean. Very quiet and super comfortable bed. Very nice suite with full kitchen at a very reasonable rate. Pet friendly as well. Nice pool and patio with fireplace and 2 grills - one gas, one charcoal. Cons: breakfast often ran out of many items before end of breakfast times and slow to refill items - but it was a busy holiday weekend. Microwave in breakfast area was broken and appears to have been that way for awhile, so no way to warm up items unless you went back to room. Some sketchy activity and drug activities nearby but they stayed away from guests.

The room had a unpleasant smell 👃 the room keys didn’t work we had to keep having the front desk lady who had her baby at work with her go back a forth to our room to open it with her master key. It was a big puddle of water on the stairs in the carpet my partner almost fell down the stairs. Asked for a late checkout because of the inconvenience and they didn’t honor that. It was a horrible experience.
