The outside pools and common areas were really nice and well kept. The option of 3 different pools was great. The grills were clean but not turned on all the time nor were we informed that we had call to have the gas turned on until we called to complain. The unit we were in needed some serious updating. The smell of old funk was so overwhelming every time we walked in. We couldn’t walk barefoot in the house without the bottom of our feet turning black from the carpets. The furniture was not comfortable and also seemed very old. The porch was so small you could barely fit two people. We know they are working on updating some apartments as we heard the hammers and drills all day at end of our stay. If you can make sure you have an updated place I would recommend this place. Otherwise I would not.

Although it could use some updating it was clean, staff was friendly, lots of onsite activities, close to restaurants, shopping. It had a shuttle for the parks. Price was right so I feel I got value for my money. Condo was very comfortable, lots of space and all the things I needed to cook and make my morning coffee!

I liked that they had security walking around. I liked the options of 4 pools. I would have liked the pools to be a tad warmer (Pool one was the warmest) and I would have liked a hot tub at each pool. One poo was not heated at all. And I don't like that people smoke at the pools.

Pool and hot tub was great. Kitchen was amazing to have. The service was excellent. We had an issue with the ice machine in our freezer we called at 2am someone came to our room 9am the next morning and fixed it. Very friendly staff.

Beautiful property, four swimming pools all are heated except one. Set up like an apartment. All staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Had an amazing time here.

The hotel has two main front desks which was initially confusing. The linens were changed promptly. Otherwise the stay was great. The rooms were cleanly and well maintained. The spa hot tubs scattered throughout the property were closed for some reasons randomly.

We have stayed at the westgate, which is on the same property in the past. This is a time share, you rent their unoccupied rooms. First room they gave me the mold/mildew was so bad from the carpets i had an instant headache. Returned back to the front to be issued a new room. We were then given a 3 floor room that was more updated with tile floors. Dust build up was everywhere and hair was in all corners of the rooms. For the price its decent. Just know if you have allergies, like me, get the rooms with tile and probably sweep and dust first. Overall for the value it was good. Just needs more attention to detail on cleaning.

I was extremely disappointed with our two night stay. Dirty vent, couches were filthy. It was not a very clean place at the end. We basically spend three hours the first night and we could not sleep properly. The pullout bed was horrible. It was just unbelievable. The owner probably should really look into doing some renovation.

The unit we stayed in was dirty and had roaches. I was very surprise because me and my family have stayed on this property numerous times but this time this unit we had was an older model and was dirty. At night time roaches would crawl on the counter we had to make sure we put our food up so they would not crawl over it.

The site is near all Disney and Universal Parks. A lot of restaurants around. The only thing at the appartment was the carpet, it was very dirty. Also a big cleaning will be necessary.

2 bedroom unit with full kitchen and 2 bathrooms was a great value for the price, located with walking distance to many restaurants, pharmacies and convenience stores. Many activities on site, beautiful grounds with 4 pools and hot tubs.

Pros: Location, over all room amenities and kitchen with utensils, good for the price paid. I will stay again. Cons: Heater was not working until outside temp was below 55 F. We had to sleep with room temp as below 60 F for couple of nights. Bathrooms also need some maintenance.

Blue Tree was a clean comfortable older resort. I wanted a 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms which gave us space. The full kitchen allowed us to save money by eating in some and the full sized fridge we froze water to take with us to Disney and Universal to help keep us hydrated and keep us cool. For the same price -we had lots of amenities instead of a 1 room hotel area.

Blue Tree was a clean comfortable older resort. I wanted a 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms which gave us space. The pools were nice. No elevators had disabled child, was really difficult. Had to change room three times. First location, second for ants. Than the third room also had ants. The unit does need some updating, old carpet. Furniture was very old. The price was not really bad for a two bedroom, but the place really does need work. The girl at check in was very nice and helpful. Wish i had known there was no elevators. With a disabled child it was really difficult with stairs. They didnt get back to us about our complaints, once we finally reached a manager all they could say was sorry and deal with expedia, that is another problem. Expedia doesnt even seem to have a number to talk to anyone.

A/C didnt work properly in the unit. Set it to 67, come back and its almost 80 in the room. Check out time is early, 10 am. Traffic in the area sucks. Lots of construction and people not knowing how to NOT block the intersection makes it worse. Area otherwise is decent. Staff a little gruff, could be nicer but not bad.

Their people did not pull my reservation from Expedia, but they were kind enough to upgrade me for the inconvenience. Had an issue with the toilet, but they quickly fixed the problem.

Pool and hot tub was great. Kitchen was amazing to have. The service was excellent. We had an issue with the ice machine in our freezer we called at 2am someone came to our room 9am the next morning and fixed it. Very friendly staff.

Stay was good. The property was nice and the condos were comfy and had a good amount of room. The only complaint is that we were told at the front desk that we could use the elevators, but they were very far from our room and had steps leading down to the hallway we were on, so it made it difficult to get luggage to our room. Other than that, we were there for a short time and it rained so we didn't get to use all the amenities that we wanted to- the Putt Putt looked like fun and we wanted to try out other things. We did get to enjoy the pool and hot tub on our last night, and they were good. Property is beautiful and close to stores/restaurants and right around the corner from Disney. We went to Universal and that was only about 20 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again. Already recommended it to family members!

Great location, very easy to find parking anytime of the day. No guest loitering around the buildings. Pools were quiet and awesome! Will stay at this resort next time we visit Orlando.

A/C didnt work properly in the unit. Set it to 67, come back and its almost 80 in the room. Check out time is early, 10 am. Traffic in the area sucks. Lots of construction and people not knowing how to NOT block the intersection makes it worse. Area otherwise is decent. Staff a little gruff, could be nicer but not bad.

2 bedroom unit with full kitchen and 2 bathrooms was a great value for the price, located with walking distance to many restaurants, pharmacies and convenience stores. Many activities on site, beautiful grounds with 4 pools and hot tubs.

Good overall but pretty dead at the pool area. No music. Good for retired folks I guess but not for me. Also. No restaurant on site. Grande villas next door is much better bang for the buck

We grilled streaks by the pool and enjoyed the time while everyone played and had a great time... saw others playing games at the tables it was nice tbh.

Although it could use some updating it was clean, staff was friendly, lots of onsite activities, close to restaurants, shopping. It had a shuttle for the parks. Price was right so I feel I got value for my money. Condo was very comfortable, lots of space and all the things I needed to cook and make my morning coffee!

Blue Tree was a clean comfortable older resort. I wanted a 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms which gave us space. The full kitchen allowed us to save money by eating in some and the full sized fridge we froze water to take with us to Disney and Universal to help keep us hydrated and keep us cool. For the same price -we had lots of amenities instead of a 1 room hotel area.

It was close to a lot of restaurants. Close to the attractions in the area. So much to do at the resort itself. Only thing is you be to add USB ports. So bring your blocks to charge your phone. Either than that I would definitely go back.

Check in was very easy and fast. The room was perfect. We had everything we needed. We did ask for a couple extras which they gave us with no problems. Lots of res and stores within walking distance.

Apparently the resort is under new management and on the fourth day I asked the front desk for more toilet paper as the 4 rolls for 4 adults had completely finished (cheap toilet paper that finishes quickly mind you). The front desk person said it would be $1 per roll as per management as we were already supplied 4. I explained that a person in our party has a medical condition and needs the toilet paper and it was upsetting because this was the third time staying at this property and we never had a issue like this. Also our unit had no washer and dryer. We were there for 4 nights, 5 days. I called about washing machines and they said they have some for $2.75 per load. Most likely will not stay here again. We did NOT use the amenities as we were busy.

Plenty of room. The room smelled very musty the whole time there. Glad it was only one night. Plenty of amenities. Didn’t help that they were redoing a pool right outside the window and started at 7 am very loud.
