Cabins are well appointed and comfortable, and staff was very quick to reply to all communication. Fire pit and hot tub for each cabin, and very comfortable front porches for relaxing and enjoying the river view.

Enjoyed the cabin. It was clean had great amenities and close to everything. The nightly bonfires with the food truck were a nice touch. Will be back!!

We stayed in October and had a very good time. A Very clean cabin, area with a wonderful view, a private hot tub and fire pit on the side of cabin were most enjoyable! Definitely planning to come back soon. Thank you

This place is absolutely gorgeous ! It’s a hidden gem overlooking picturesque French Broad River. The cabins were so unique and lovely. Privacy fences allowed us our own space to rest at our personal porch, hot tub, and fine pit at night. Natural beauty here is abundant here with tall trees, lots of land, and fireflies lighting up the evening sky! This property’s aesthetic is even more intensified with skillful and creative landscaping. There is a TON to do in this area. You will literally walk out your door to go river tubing. We absolutely adore this place and will highly recommend it to everyone. Our highest compliments to the staff.

Absolutely amazing! The property was beautiful. The cabin was perfect. The decor and furnishings were simple and neat. The bed was soooo comfortable. Absolutely loved having a hot tub overlooking the river. It was amazing.

I just took a quick weekend to get away from things. The river cabins were well worth it. Nice fire pit outside nice whirlpool outside off the deck nice kitchen bedroom area TV little light up fireplace. It was great very, very relaxing under the stars river in the distance..

Great tiny home experience! Wife and I enjoyed our stay, the private hot tub was also a perfect touch. Will definitely book again! Room was clean, checking in and out was super easy.

The cabin was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the river. The hot tub needed cleaning when we arrived, and the staff took care of it in less than 30 minutes. Great place, great people. We'll definitely be back.

The property is beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed our time outdoors there. The fire pit, hot tub and deck made the exterior living really nice! However, the interior of the vintage cabin was sub par - not very clean, the doors to bathroom and bedroom did not close all the way, the side door was off the hinges.. I was disappointed.

The cabin we rented was cute, the hotub was nice and the check in details were easy as it was all done though an app and mobile check in. The setting is pretty but there were several things that made the stay less than perfect.The “fully stocked kitchen” was lacking so if you go, bring your own pans. There were a couple pots but no baking pans, and nothing to cook on if you plan to use the oven. Everything that I planed to cook in the oven had to be done on tinfoil since we realized the problem after the office was already closed. The oven was also very dirty from the prior guest, so when turned it on the whole place smelled like smoke, from the grease at the bottom.The knives in the cutlery set were all dirty, looked like they were used but not cleaned, and the grilling utensils that hang outside, were caked with food and grease too. I paid extra fees for cleaning so i expected it to be cleaner. The beds in the loft are on the floor and my kids had to crawl in and out cuz the roof is short, they complained it was hot and the beds were uncomfortable but better than the bunk bed. Pillows were not comfortable but the main bed was ok. The Gardner seemed to be weed whacking every time we tried to sit outside, so the sound of nature was a bit muffled by his weedwacker. The hot tub was nice, they also gave us some firewood to do a fire so that was nice. It is a cute place but I don’t think I would stay there again as I felt it was was overpriced for what we got.

Everything about this place was amazing! It is perfectly located in Asheville between the airport and downtown. The property sent messages on how to check-in/out, fun things to do and the website was super helpful as well. The property was well-maintained and super quiet. Our cabin was clean and had everything we need to enjoy our stay. Will definitely come back here next time we’re in Asheville!

Pretty setting near the river and fun concept with the pre-fab cabins but overpriced for what it entailed. Mud and lack of lighting behind the cabin near the hot tub made it a bit treacherous at night. The bedroom was extremely tight. The two beds in the loft would be unusable for most adults as the ceiling is very low.

What an awesome property and cute fuctional cabins. The view of the river is beatiful. You can have a little fire. Or fire up the fireplace inside. It might be gas. The only downside was the main mattress was pretty hard. Uber will come pick you up, its a.10-20 minute ride to downtown

This was one of the best places I’ve stayed. This little house was right on the river with amazing views of the river. Very relaxed vibe, chairs out on the porch and a fire pit facing the river. The bed was comfortable too! Highly recommend.

The Looking Glass cabins are nice. They just don’t have a lot of storage space. The bathroom has a small shelf that blocks the sink so it’s hard to brush your teeth. It’s not the best choice for bringing a dog that requires a crate because there is just not enough room. I wasn’t a big fan of crawling in and out of the bed over my husband but the bed is really comfortable. Overall it was a good trip I will just look at the other options they have to stay. I will definitely go back.

Beautifully appointed accomodation which was spotlessly clean in a very picturesque and quiet location. However the accommodation had very limited space for a family of four. Beds were quite uncomfortable with bo space to store luggage. Accommodation did come a hot tub which was a great extra and good outdoor space with a porch area. Very nice small cabin, but the two twin beds were not really accessible for adults, as in the loft there is only about three feet of head room. Possibly OK for small kids, but should be advertised differently.

Wonderful getaway with my husband. Vintage cabin had everything you need. Hot tub was a plus! Staff checked in via text if we needed anything. Only issue is wifi went out and wast fixed.

The property is wonderful, cabins are clean and in great condition. Loved having a private outdoor hot tub, a deck that overlooked the campground, and beautiful views. The staff was very helpful amd checked in during our stay. When I had a question I sent a text and received an instant reply. Only area of opportunity would be to fix the wifi issues.

Cabins are well appointed and comfortable, and staff was very quick to reply to all communication. Fire pit and hot tub for each cabin, and very comfortable front porches for relaxing and enjoying the river view.

This place was amazing!! Very clean and quiet. Downtown Asheville was very easy to get to, only 10-15 min drive. The staff was great, very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this place, we will be back!

The cabin was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the river. The hot tub needed cleaning when we arrived, and the staff took care of it in less than 30 minutes. Great place, great people. We'll definitely be back.

My review of Ashville River Cabins sales process is bait and switch. Selling what the customer thinks is a 425 sq ft cabin and give them a 190 sq ft cabin. Just not a surprise you want a11pm after a long trip. The cabins themselves are beautiful& clean. Check-in was easy and the directions were good. The cabin was only one room that was 7 ft wide and 23 ft long. The dining and sitting area are outside. (We stayed during a major heat wave & storms) The bathroom sink is so small that just to brush your teeth, you hit your head on the shelf above. When I texted the Manager/Owner about the problem, she apologized for the wrong picture/cabin type but refused to fix the issue, even when I offered to pay more for a vacant cabin that was listed on their website. Please note we have stayed in tiny homes and cabins previously, so we knew exactly what we needed and that is what was pictured but not delivered. At this point, my funds were nonrefundable, the cabin that was way too small and the owner is offering no other options. Plus she refused the option I found. My husband spent the four days trying to work off whatever type of flat surface we could find. The owner offered to bring a table in but never showed up with one. We drug the round bistro table from the front porch for workspace. So my review is the cabins themselves are great, however, I feel the sale of the cabins is a bait and switch process. If you choose to buy from here, just be careful.

We were not told our unit number before we arrived and that was a bit hectic as we had to call the emergency number to know where our RV was we rented. The communication could be better check in. These cabins were perfect! All the amenities that one needs for glamping. Highly recommend the experience to anyone who enjoys getting away from city life and spending time with nature. What a gem - the cabin was so clean and welcoming, and really had everything we needed. You have to drive to get anywhere, but it’s very centrally located in Asheville and easy. We hope to come back!

This place is absolutely gorgeous ! It’s a hidden gem overlooking picturesque French Broad River. The cabins were so unique and lovely. Privacy fences allowed us our own space to rest at our personal porch, hot tub, and fine pit at night. Natural beauty here is abundant here with tall trees, lots of land, and fireflies lighting up the evening sky! This property’s aesthetic is even more intensified with skillful and creative landscaping. There is a TON to do in this area. You will literally walk out your door to go river tubing. We absolutely adore this place and will highly recommend it to everyone. Our highest compliments to the staff.

Great cabins! They look and feel brand new with high end finishes. Great location next to the river. The property is in town so very close to all things you need but when you are at the property it feels like you are miles away from the city.

Had an amazing time at Asheville River Cabins. They literally thought of everything, from fresh ground coffee, extra towels fro the hot tub and even grilling utensils and extra wood for the fire pit. My only recommendation would be to have the cabin numbers more visible. We arrived late at night and was difficult to find our way. Once we found the cabin, we thoroughly enjoyed that all of the lights to our cabin were on inside, it felt very welcoming.

Our family of 5 stayed in the tiny house and really enjoyed the whole set up. The kids loved the loft and bunk beds. I really enjoyed the river view. Also, the coffee they provided was excellent!

We loved the cabin and the hot tub! The only thing I would suggest is the need for a fry pan that works on the induction burner. I did laugh I am 5 feet tall and reaching the dishes was funny maybe a stool would be helpful. The area is wonderful would encourage others to give it a try.

The cabin we rented was cute, the hotub was nice and the check in details were easy as it was all done though an app and mobile check in. The setting is pretty but there were several things that made the stay less than perfect.The “fully stocked kitchen” was lacking so if you go, bring your own pans. There were a couple pots but no baking pans, and nothing to cook on if you plan to use the oven. Everything that I planed to cook in the oven had to be done on tinfoil since we realized the problem after the office was already closed. The oven was also very dirty from the prior guest, so when turned it on the whole place smelled like smoke, from the grease at the bottom.The knives in the cutlery set were all dirty, looked like they were used but not cleaned, and the grilling utensils that hang outside, were caked with food and grease too. I paid extra fees for cleaning so i expected it to be cleaner. The beds in the loft are on the floor and my kids had to crawl in and out cuz the roof is short, they complained it was hot and the beds were uncomfortable but better than the bunk bed. Pillows were not comfortable but the main bed was ok. The Gardner seemed to be weed whacking every time we tried to sit outside, so the sound of nature was a bit muffled by his weedwacker. The hot tub was nice, they also gave us some firewood to do a fire so that was nice. It is a cute place but I don’t think I would stay there again as I felt it was was overpriced for what we got.

We had a lovely stay in one of the Airstreams. Great location, and beautiful property grounds. It feels secluded even though you are still very close to town. And being in front of the river just makes the experience great! The Airstream was very efficient and confortable for a family of four (2 adults 2 kids - 7&12 years). Our Airstream had a bunk bed and separate queen bed, given enough space and confort for all. It is well equipped with everything you need for your stay (just bear in mind that pans and saucepans are on the small side if you are planning to cook). The staff was super friendly and helpful, going beyond our expectation to solve all our requests. They provide us with logs for the firepit and charcoal for the grill (including fatwood to light it!). They also have a small shop where you can get water, beers and other products. Overall, a great experience and definitely will return if back in Ashville.

I just took a quick weekend to get away from things. The river cabins were well worth it. Nice fire pit outside nice whirlpool outside off the deck nice kitchen bedroom area TV little light up fireplace. It was great very, very relaxing under the stars river in the distance..

Place was in a very nice, peaceful location however the cabin we had was filthy and filled with dog hair everywhere. The couch and bed had tons of dog hair. This is a pet friendly establishment which we understand but this place looked like it hadn’t been touched at all after the last stay. We tried to contact the host but was not successful with any of the contact information we were given. Not my best experience at all

The river view cabin is great for two adults. Ammenities and property are as advertised. It would not be comfortable for 4 adults as is suggested on the website. My only suggestion is when booking through a third party reach out to the property directly. We were sent the check in code via email, not text. Had i not reached out I don't think they would have had any of my contact info to send the code. There is no staffed check in location.

Great little cabin. A few unexpected things. You cannot stand up in the loft area. Have to crawl into bed. Hot tubs are clean but do not look clean due to the mineral content in the water. We had to inquire to be sure we were safe. River front is a bit back from the river for the sleeps 4 cabins, but nice view. Location is great. Close to the Biltmore, the outlets, shopping etc. loved our stay!
