The door to my room would not open unless you put all your weight into forcing it open. The manager showed me how it was done. I was going to ask for another room, but my guess is they were all the same: rundown, dirty, lukewarm water, torn drapes, pool and hot tub were drained

The room was clean and nicely furnished, but the bedding was a bit old/worn. Bathroom cleanliness could be better. Fridge didn't work and the AC was quite noisy. It was a place to stay in the middle of nowhere. I've been in worse.

The room was filthy, not hot water, toilet would not flush, dirty soap in the shower which obviously had not been cleaned. There were multiple spiders in the corners of the walls and spider eggs on the floors by the baseboards. When the front desk was advised of this they said they were aware and didn't try to remedy the situation and they were very nasty. When this was reported to Expedia and an Expedia agent asked about this, the person at the front desk admitted it was all true and he was nasty to the Expedia agent as well. The room was unsafe and unhealthy and management doesn't care. I would guess that the all the rooms are that way and would caution anyone who thinks of staying there to not do it.

Not dirty exactly but not very clean either . The sink leaked and the faucet was faulty. The property is in poor condition. The door lock was funky. No restaurant in town. It was quiet though!

This was single handily the worst hotel I’ve every laid eyes on the room smelled like a dirty ash tray accompanied by the bathroom that smelled like a public urinal goo on the carpet along with bugs and who knows what on the walls we left and got another hotel room in Brawley and the hotel refused to refund me they said they would only refund me for one day even though I was there for maybe twenty minutes arrival to departure

Depak at the counter was very nice & accommodating; however the first room I was put in was not clean at all, bugs in toilet and obviously not cleaned after last use. I insisted on another room; which was provided but the property needs a LOT of attention@

We checked into one room that looked like it needed service. Went back to the front desk and got a new room. Walked into the new room and that room was just as disgusting as the first room. So we left! We paid for two nights on Expedia and could not stay there!

There was a cockroach dying in the bathroom, the bathmat and bedspread were both stained, the floor wasn't vaccuumed, the air conditioner and the ceiling fan made noise, the room smelled musty like it hadn't been opened in a long time. We will not be back.

I like that it was in the area I needed but it was a bait and switch. It was filthy run down dead bugs everywhere. Spiders dust everywhere didn't even stay there one night. Couldn't stay there because of my granddaughter's asthma. Please make sure you know where you're getting. Do not sign anything till you look. It was a horrible experience and I do not want anybody to go through that

Die Unterkunft an sich ist gar nicht so schlecht - höchstens man erwartet 5* Hotel - das ist sie aber nicht. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es ist ihm sehr wichtig, das sich seine Hotelgäste immer wohlfühlen. Die Zimmer sid groß, aber dies ist glaube der Standard in den USA. Leider sind sie auch etwas heruntergekommenen und brauchen mehr sls nur einen Farbanstrich. Im Großen und Ganzen: Es ist nicht perfekt und verbesserungsfähig, aber man sollte auch den günstigen Preis beachten.

The worst place ever!!! Over priced and nothing works. The picture they have online are fake. Nothing is clean the room has bugs everywhere. The guy in the front desk was rude. When I went in to tell him nothing worked, and that the room was dirty he told me I had no choice as he couldn’t change my room. Refused to give me a refund. Please don’t stay here

Reserved a room for two landscaping crew members. They checked in, took showers. When one laid down in the bed he started to itch after about 15 minutes. He pulled back the covers and found blood stains on the sheet. He found bite marks on his arms. Needless to say, they didn't stay. They went in to talk to the host on duty but got nowhere. The seemed to be a communication issue.

The room was clean and nicely furnished, but the bedding was a bit old/worn. Bathroom cleanliness could be better. Fridge didn't work and the AC was quite noisy. It was a place to stay in the middle of nowhere. I've been in worse.

The room have spider webs, dirt on counters, didn't even sleep under sheets. Surrounding area had no rooms available for us to move to. We ended up leaving early because of the condition.

Not dirty exactly but not very clean either . The sink leaked and the faucet was faulty. The property is in poor condition. The door lock was funky. No restaurant in town. It was quiet though!

The staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed here for Salvation mountain trip which was beautiful. The town has only Donut shop ( delicious Sandwiches) and Doller general. Me and my girl crossed the border to get a Sushi lunch. Had a interesting great trip staying here! Super quiet! If u dont mind the bit of Cow smell this is a very chill Inn.

Even though is in the middle of nowhere property is in decent conditions. You can tell is an old building that needs some renovations but overall was good. There were some sketchy people hanging around area but not much to worry about.

This the worst hotel ever, I’m so disappointed, I was attending a Memorial service for my cousin in Calipatria and decided to make reservations there, since I stayed there before, when it was a still a decent place, I thought that it was still a good place to stay, but when I got there the clerk showed me the room and it was terrible, I thought I had no choice, the whole place smelled like human excrement, I decided to go to the next town to look for a better place, at least cleaner, and thanks to one of my cousins who lives in the area suggest, Best Western in Brawley and what a difference, I immediately decided to reserve a room. I went back to Calipatria Inn & Suites to cancel my reservation, unfortunately, I didn’t get my money, $97.19, back but that’s ok, I was able to sleep confortable. Calipatria Inn should be demolished or remodeled or give it to the homeless. PLEASE DON’T STAY THERE, look somewhere else
