This was the most confusing place to turn up to as there really isn’t a reception and staff gave me a phone to speak to an english speaking person. From the look outside i was glad i booked the deluxe spa suite. Renovated bathroom not quite done right but served its purpose. Takes about 10 minutes to open the front door as someone hasn’t put the door in correctly. Bonus’s were comfy bed, usb ports near bed and smart TV. We liked our stay but very unusual things about the whole place.

This is a great motel on the edge of town. Staff are super friendly (and they went out of their way to help us with a flat battery) Super clean, recently renovated, with everything you need (very easy to self cater if you prefer to eat in).

Was pleasantly surprise how clean and fresh the rooms look. There was ample size in my room to move around and be comfortable and the bathroom was quite large. We had a trailer with us so it was nice we could park out on the road but park in a spot that I could see it from our room.

Our second time staying here; it’s easy, super clean gas everything we need and very affordable. The lake across the road is a lovely walk. A bit out of town but we were self catering (and this was easy to do)

The room was clean and comfortable. On a very hot day the air conditioner was more than up to the job. First impressions, I wondered what I was going to experience. Old car wreck in parking space on jack. Gardens were in need of loving care. But.. on entering the room we were impressed. So loved having the block out blind on such a hot day/night. Overall a wonderful but short stay.

Wasn't too bad for the money. Basic. Relatively clean, besides the dishes which were definitely dirty. Heater took forever to warm up. Bathroom was freezing cold, with breeze coming through the window. Sink was too small to fit the kettle under. Rotten bits of window sill. Fridge wasn't on when we got there and smelt (distinct lack of power points as you could only plug in microwave OR kettle, not both). One globe missing from an over bed light. Still, you don't expect much for such a low price. Customer service was friendly on arrival.

Layout of the room was good. Bed comfortable. Whatever they used to clean the floors, left a sticky dark residue. This meant we needed to wear shoes or socks to avoid our feet sticking and getting discoloured . The shower floor was very slippery. Check in staff not on site when I arrived, so had to call for them to come and let me in. Nice location but not sure if I’d stay again.

What an absolute gem. At a lower priced hotel, i was delighted with my stay. Fresh smelling room. Clean linen. Shower/hair products supplied. Coffee and tea supplied. Milk in fridge supplied. Some sweet biscuits supplied. Easy booking in. Would definitely recommend.

Good for what it is, convenient and inexpensive. Room is comfortable and modern inside. The only thing I would say is we almost died from the fumes of the cleaning products used, it was so strong it gave us all headaches and made us feel unwell. So maybe ease up on or replace the cleaning products used coz wowser!!!

We are impressed with the freshness and apparent upgrade of the unit. It is obvious the managers took pride in the presentation of their rooms and they were very friendly and obliging with their service. Improvement can be made by upgrading the sliding door that was hard to open and to fasten the loose toilet seat.

Great service and customer oriented care. Needed early check in granted. Needed late check out granted. Looked old but facility was almost perfect.. Minor issue need sound proofing..next door neighbours ordered late pizza and we're very busy till early hours and I was a light sleeper.

Was pleasantly surprise how clean and fresh the rooms look. There was ample size in my room to move around and be comfortable and the bathroom was quite large. We had a trailer with us so it was nice we could park out on the road but park in a spot that I could see it from our room.

Our second time staying here; it’s easy, super clean gas everything we need and very affordable. The lake across the road is a lovely walk. A bit out of town but we were self catering (and this was easy to do)

The room was clean and comfortable. On a very hot day the air conditioner was more than up to the job. First impressions, I wondered what I was going to experience. Old car wreck in parking space on jack. Gardens were in need of loving care. But.. on entering the room we were impressed. So loved having the block out blind on such a hot day/night. Overall a wonderful but short stay.

Used to be a great place. Double charged me. No hot water in the morning. Rooms are nice but completly lacking finer touchs. Kettles missing, cups dirty.

What an absolute gem. At a lower priced hotel, i was delighted with my stay. Fresh smelling room. Clean linen. Shower/hair products supplied. Coffee and tea supplied. Milk in fridge supplied. Some sweet biscuits supplied. Easy booking in. Would definitely recommend.

Wasn't too bad for the money. Basic. Relatively clean, besides the dishes which were definitely dirty. Heater took forever to warm up. Bathroom was freezing cold, with breeze coming through the window. Sink was too small to fit the kettle under. Rotten bits of window sill. Fridge wasn't on when we got there and smelt (distinct lack of power points as you could only plug in microwave OR kettle, not both). One globe missing from an over bed light. Still, you don't expect much for such a low price. Customer service was friendly on arrival.

The room I had was a little run down. The front door didn't close properly, the chairs felt like they only had 1 screw holding them together and there was no marked parking spot for my room.

El alojamiento se encuentra junto al lago de la ciudad por lo que es una zona muy húmeda estando el lugar muy frío cuando llegamos y el aire acondicionado no ayudaba mucho a calentar la estancia cuando estuvimos nosotros en invierno. La habitación era algo estrecha e incómoda pero el aparcamiento muy fácil justo en la puerta de la misma

Room had a serious ventilation issue, the floor was constantly damp. The room itself served its purpose, beds a little soft however that's personal preference. Now, the exit driveway is way too steep, yes I have a low vehicle however it's not that low! We had to reverse back up it and use the check in entrance to leave as my bumper was scraping on the road!

The room was quite small, much smaller than the online advertising suggests (pictorially). However, everything worked properly, the bathroom has recently been re-fitted well; the electronic door locks are a novel idea; the beds were pretty much what you'd expect, but not a disaster; appliances, including the aircon, all worked fine. I would not choose to stay with more than two people in the assigned room (#1), but would be happy to stay again if it was just me or me +1 child.

Toilet seat was not attached properly. No dish cloths or dish liquid for washing of dishes. stayed 2 nights and wasn't happy that someone while we were out, came in to change towels and half made bed.
