This was a great place to stay. The location was great. Right by the lake with beautiful sunset views. About 20 minutes from town and a beautiful drive. All the comforts of home and as the description says no internet for a peaceful get away but phone service is no problem. Lots of DVDs to choose from. It was nice to disconnect. Definitely will be back. Be sure to take the Jefferson Ghost Walk tour, Busy B Ranch Wildlife Safari, and Ole Jiggers Caddo Lake Adventure boat tour. You won't be disappointed
