Hampton Inn & Suites Sharon

Breakfast was excellent. Great assortment. Room was clean but shower stall needed cleaning.

The room was a great size for a family of 4. Breakfast was fresh and yummy. Check in and out was so smooth

Staff was good. There were groups of kids staying there, very noisy.

The room was okay but the shower head was cracked and spraying all over. They didnt have maintenance on site so we had to use a different rooms shower, which meant keeping track of two room keys. The shower in the other room had such a bad floor it creaked and cracked. Sounded like i was going to fall through the floor! Not to mention the pool was closed because it had broken glass in it. Also, when we checked in we noticed the room was awful cold. We turned up the heat before going to sleep and all woke up freezing. Apparently the heat didnt work at all. Turned it up to 86 and after hours it was still freezing in there. I frequent the area for pool tournaments so looks like I'll be choosing a different hotel chain.

Room was fine. the bathroom was gross. In the shower dark debris floated out from the door, the water pressure was very weak, and the hair dryer was not powerful.
