The pool wasn’t heated and the handicap chairs in the pool and hot tub was rusting from poor Maintence. They were stainless steel so a little effort and steel wool would clean them up plus the hydraulic cylinders on the chairs were rusted and not working. The air filter in the upper portion of the wall by the hot tub was nasty and dirt covered

The property was under construction and the main area was in a state that was very raw construction with heavy chemical fume smells. The business center, pool, and fitness center were under construction. The breakfast was extremely limited and was not at all sufficient to call breakfast . There was also a lot of loud construction noise. Multiple people complained to the staff during the short period of time I was there, the hotel should just be closed until renovation is done. It was a very poor experience, the staff was nice though. I felt bad for them

Hotel was undergoing renovations and the elevator was out of order. After the staff informed us about this, we tried to cancel our reservation because I have MS and cant be climbing up and down flights of stairs but they wouldn't refund us.

The rooms were very nice and the beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub was a little lacking. The hot tub jets were not working, and it wasn't very hot.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Lots of choices at the breakfast buffet. Service at the front desk was excellent too! I asked for a recommendation for a local restaurant and they sent us to a wonderful place. Would definitely stay here again!

They were renovating the building, so it was cluttered with work stuff. So, the property itself looks like it was recently painted, but lots of quick updates were done to make it nice. So, the pool looked very dirty. The hot tub wasn't very warm and there were what looked like hairs or pieces of some dirty quickly done plaster strips hanging near water filter in hot tub. The food was okay, but not the best I've had. The hallways and walkways were kept vacuumed well outside the rooms, even though there was remodeling supplies hidden near top corner of stairwell. I understand people have to fix things up and it was good to see them doing so, however, it was just very high in price for what it was. I also went during the eclipse though, so prices were just higher in general.

The hotel is in a nice area with lots of food places near by and other stores. The front desk person was very friendly. The hotel was very clean. The room was a double queen very spacious and clean. The breakfast was fresh and was good as well. Check out was very simple.

We’ve stayed at this property twice now. My only complaint is that the walls are thin and if you have noisy neighbors, you will hear everything they do.

Requested a connecting room in advance. I was denied because they only have connecting rooms for handicapped. This was not clearly stated in the description. Bummed. Other than the connecting room issue, this is an outstanding hotel with a very nice breakfast selection.

There were teen basketball players who were very loud at night in the hallway and above us bouncing balls. The staff were not able to get a handle on them to quiet them down. I hardly slept for two nights. Also, someone was smoking and the smoke came through the vents into my sister’s room.

Front desk workers at night could care less. Called and called about people above being incredibly loud from 930-1am. Never offered to move me just pretty much said sorry. Never would answer front desk phone. Once I walked to them I saw a worker on her Facebook and was for sure annoyed with my complaints. Only good part of my stay was when I checked out and drove south to home.

I have always loved staying here. The location is perfect. The rooms are kept clean, it is quiet, and fact the that is pet friendly is a huge plus. I have stayed here multiple times and until my last visit the staff was always friendly and courteous. However, my last visit there was a new manager and she waa rude and unfriendly. Her attitude was so bad it is making me reconsider staying here in the future.

Check in was super fast and easy and the staff was so friendly and accomodating. The pool and hot tub was clean. The room was very clean. The breakfast buffet was great the first day but the second day the girl had trouble keeping everything filled. The food was great but since she seemed to be alone that day it was a bit empty. The area is very safe which was most important.

Great breakfast, the best of the trip. Good room. People in the adjoining rooms were not considerate of people who were tired and wanted to sleep -- slamming doors

Property was great and had a great stay. Some minor feedback is that the bathroom door did not lock. Also the breakfast was a little limited for vegetarians. We stayed in a another chain the night before and it had more variety. Overall excellent stay. Loved the gym.

We have always had good experiences at each Holiday Inn Express where we have stayed, always clean, comfortable and with fresh, modern decor, and this one was no exception, except for one detail: the morning breakfast. One heat tray was empty; the sign said their oven wasn't working - it happens. But the eggs and turkey sausage in the other two were rubbery and tasteless. The pancakes came out of their little machine very undercooked - limp and actually totally white in color! It's a good hotel chain and we will certainly give them another try, but the breakfast at this one was a big disappointment, and that makes a difference.

Very impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel. And while there’s only one elevator for three floors, it is the best lit and most clean hotel staircase I have ever experienced. The staff was very good. Incredibly helpful and went out of their way to always greet us and see if we needed anything. My husband said the bed was very comfy and it’s the best he slept in a week. Roll blinds on were nice for not having that shaft of light make it way through pulled curtains first thing in the morning. Parts we really did not care for start with the lights. The lighting in the room was all bright LED. It felt more like an exam room or a fluorescent cubicle space. Especially right between the beds. We had to hang a towel over them to reduce the light so that we could be in the room . Another thing was having the hand soap for the bathroom mounted high on the wall. Kids could not reach it after they’d gone to the bathroom so we had to go in every time and help them wash their hands. Wasn’t too convenient for us either because it means dripping water all the way across the counter where you might want to have cosmetics, or other items. I don’t mind that they’re getting rid of bars of soap because they want to save plastic and probably money but that was not a great place to mount a soap dispenser
