Could not watch TV if AC was on it kicked off direct TV. We were there 3 nights and two days the room was never cleaned we had to ask for clean towels. No Ice. The breakfast there was a pancake machine we could never get it to work, the cereal was so stale they had no bagels there were hamburger buns I guess to toast some wheat bread and some little honey buns.

The room was clean and a very good bed. The property is a bit dated but O.K. The television could not be used while I was there because there were no instructions on the system they have in place. Fairly quiet area and plenty of parking. At check in the room I arranged for had a broken television so I asked for another room but again, the manager on duty had to figure out how to make it work as he was confused also.

This is is my favorite go-to lodging when I’m in the Gunnison Valley. Tashi and the staff are fantastic, rooms are always clean, parking is easy, and the breakfast buffet is convenient.

Well, this property is very tired and needs some TLC. From dirty walls and doors to rust on the bathroom fixtures, to tiles falling from the walls, and finally finding food scraps on the floor and in the kitchenette. TV didn’t work and the AC unit was inconsistent at best. Just a tired, old property that needs to be renovated…

I was charged an arm and a leg for the night. The room was musty. I paid for a queen bed got some a little bigger than a twin. There was drama in a neighboring room. I was harassed for smoking a cigarette outside the door when a bunch of men were doing the same thing 2 doors down. I do not recommend this place and the owner is a well known shady character. I did not know this when i booked it. Steer clear of this awful place.

The room was spacious with two chairs and a table (nice for two people!), larger-sized refrigerator, adequate air conditioning on hot day. Plenty of drinking cups and coffee cups, towels and hangers. Smoke from a nearby wildfire interfered with the hotels satellite service (so no TV and no wifi for the evening), but that was no fault of the management; it was working well the next morning.

Great little find in a cool town. Great personal service. I arrived quite late in evening and management made check-in a breeze. Even put out an extra blanket. Price was quite reasonable. Room was clean and roomy. Great water pressure. Bed was very comfortable, especially after a day of skiing. WiFi had blazing speed. And the tv worked well too! None of the wonky, wrong settings LOL Just across the street from free RTA bus stop that takes you round trip to Mt. Crested Butte 🚌 ⛷️ An older roadside Americana motel, but that makes it a fun, unique stay!

Had to call someone to check in after waiting 5 minutes at an un-manned front desk (around 4pm) and another 5 minutes for someone to actually show up to check me in. This hotel also advertised a free breakfast on the hotels.com website, but apparently it’s only “seasonal,” which is completely false advertising. I will choose a different hotel in the future.

No one was in the office when we came to check in. We finally had to call someone. We waited more than 20 minutes. We couldn’t get breakfast (which was to start at 7:00) because the office was still locked at 7:30. There were three lights not working in our room. The room was quite dark. Again no staff available to ask to replace them.

This motel was a real letdown, especially considering the price point. The room was clean, but it was exceptionally small, noisy, and outdated. I returned to the front desk literally within minutes of checking in to express my dissatisfaction and request a refund (something I’ve never had to consider doing in my abundant travels) but got nothing but roadblocks and excuses. The gentleman at the front desk was polite, just completely unforgiving/unwavering and would not issue even a partial refund.

Excellent friendly service, clean, priced well and an ideal location! Great We arrived very late, yet were greeted in person with pleasure. The proprietors even checked to be sure we were comfortable and needed anything. Coffee in room plus continental breakfast in the lobby included. Highly recommend!

Very clean place. Great value to stay here. Minutes walk to free bus that goes to and from Crestes Butte. Note that there is no breakfast (in winter?) nor hot tub that I could find.

Could not watch TV if AC was on it kicked off direct TV. We were there 3 nights and two days the room was never cleaned we had to ask for clean towels. No Ice. The breakfast there was a pancake machine we could never get it to work, the cereal was so stale they had no bagels there were hamburger buns I guess to toast some wheat bread and some little honey buns.

Very clean, friendly staff. The breakfast area was very small and a little crowded so we did go elsewhere. Otherwise a great stay!

Had to call someone to check in after waiting 5 minutes at an un-manned front desk (around 4pm) and another 5 minutes for someone to actually show up to check me in. This hotel also advertised a free breakfast on the hotels.com website, but apparently it’s only “seasonal,” which is completely false advertising. I will choose a different hotel in the future.

The room and furnishings were pretty dated. One lamp was missing a light bulb. The room had a very strange smell, like someone spilled some pine sol or something. Breakfast was extremely minmal.

This is is my favorite go-to lodging when I’m in the Gunnison Valley. Tashi and the staff are fantastic, rooms are always clean, parking is easy, and the breakfast buffet is convenient.

The owner was very nice and promply took care of all concerns. The only thing was that even though the website said they provided breakfast, there was no breakfast. They said it was due to it being a slow time of year. We had planned on the complementary breakfast as part of our meals budget.

Excellent friendly service, clean, priced well and an ideal location! Great We arrived very late, yet were greeted in person with pleasure. The proprietors even checked to be sure we were comfortable and needed anything. Coffee in room plus continental breakfast in the lobby included. Highly recommend!

Check-in went well and the room was clean. One exception is there were rust stains by the drain in the bathtub/shower. Towels were good quality and the bed was comfortable.

The room was just okay, nothing special. The outlets were worn out, my charger fell out, can't understand why they don't replace them , $3.00! For $150 I just expect more. The lights next to the didn't work. The knobs had been taken off , so just one large ceiling light. I can't recommend this place!

I stayed at this hotel 5 years ago, in the exact same room. Not much had changed, except owners. Great location if you have a dog with you as you are only a block from Pioneer Park and quiet neighborhoods. Front desk staff was extremely helpful. The only complaint was the condition of the tub. It was not very clean; the bathroom was overall clean, good towels, but I'm a stickler for a clean showering area. Maybe the tub needs to be reglazed. Very reasonable price.
