I’ve stayed here several times over the years and always love it. Staff is amazing. Iowa House is always beautifully decorated and convenient. It’s a B&B with modern, reliable, facilities and services.

Nice and clean room, very friendly staffs, and great breakfast!

Friendly and efficient staff, beautiful house and great decoration, especially in the common room. The Iowa House is a little worn in some places and needs new carpet in the stair well. The breakfast was tasty and filling, (a croissant sandwich with fruit and tater tots), but there didn't seem to be a choice. The room on the 3rd floor was quiet for an afternoon nap, but the house filled with noise in the middle of the night as people went up and down the stairs, returning from the night out. We plan to return again.
