Very run down. No one on site. Check in was a text message to say there was a key in room. Pool coping broken and unsafe for kids. Spa all broken. Showers like public toilet with same hand wash dispenser you’d find in one. Rooms needed an update about 25 years ago. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Cleaner was friendly and did job well in tough conditions.

Simple rooms, but the attention to detail was great. Decent sized milk and good variety of coffee/tea sachet, electric blankets, plenty of towels, warm blankets, microwave and toaster. Situated within walking distance to everything.

You get what you pay for. $120 for a double room is a fair price, but, if you advertise WIFI at least ensure it works! Very limited tv channels with 4 foxtel channels. Room smelt musty and carpet was stained badly. Bed was about the only redeeming feature. Having the cleaning staff knocking on the door at 8am wasn't needed when checkout was 10 am. It's ok if you really can't get anywhere else cheaply. Whole place is old and needs to be updated.

I did like my stay, however, The lock on the pool fence didn’t work at all. The furniture inside the pool fence needs removing and replacing and the pool was ok, but the area inside the pool fence was dirty. The rooms and parking was fine. I would stay again if I knew the pool area was in better condition.

Economic, basic motel conveniently located near Holbrook town centre. Motel is dated and basic but it was clean and cheap as a stopover location with parking outside your door.

This was a terrible stay and very disappointing. I booked for 4 adults, but the room was not a family room at all. There was no space to move around, and the room felt cramped and uncomfortable from the moment we arrived. The beds were uncomfortable, and the trundle bed kept moving, making it very hard to sleep. The bathroom was extremely small, with barely any room to move. The shower was dirty, and the soap holder looked like it was about to fall off the wall, which was concerning. The air-conditioning did not work, and the window could not be opened, making the room hot and uncomfortable. We were booked for 5 nights but left early because we simply could not handle staying another night. Unfortunately, there was nowhere else available to move to at the time. Overall, the room was uncomfortable, poorly maintained, and not suitable for the number of guests booked. I would not stay here again or recommend it.

Room was clean and tidy but had a terrible musty odour. The lack of a window did not help. The odour was so strong we had to sleep with the main door ajar. Sadly I wouldn’t stay here again notwithstanding all other aspects of the room were fine.

Great location halfway between Sydney and Melbourne. Easy to book in and check in. As an older building it is a bit tired. It is also a bit noisy due to the materials of the outer walls. Full utilities which was great.

This motel looks great and is newly painted throughout. The room was quite small and quite airless as there were no opening windows with fly screens.... leaving the door open let in the flies. The service was very efficient but quite impersonal... I would not choose to stay there again.

Our stay was fine. However we left our pillows in our room and left. Contact was informed 6 hours later. Supposedly searched but did not find, surprising but very disappointing. Took a long time to respond I had to follow up on two further occasions.

The property was well located, clean, quiet and safe. The rooms are old however comfortable and well maintained. The water pressure in the shower was terrific. There was no contact for check in and check out but good communication by email including providing a good menu for room service dinner. I didn't get to check out the property facilities but it looked neat and tidy.

Simple rooms, but the attention to detail was great. Decent sized milk and good variety of coffee/tea sachet, electric blankets, plenty of towels, warm blankets, microwave and toaster. Situated within walking distance to everything.

Well positioned quiet motel which is well organised and well presented for an older but clean building. Our room was warm, hot water available and a good bed. Good lights too for reading in bed. Holbrook is a quick and easy town for an overnight stop en route to Melbourne. We will be back!

Place is old. Bed was good. Light switch only at the door. Bed lamps unusable. Coffee sachet appropriately branded “Earth”, which is exactly what it tasted like! Small fridge on the floor. Stayed there because it advertised a dining room. But it was room service only. Had dinner at the nearby pub. VERY good.

We understood that COVID had taken it's toll on the industry and Township Businesses. But this facility had a Restaurant that remained closed but provided 'Room Service' where we missed the 'Restaurant Experience'. Yet other Local Motels had managed to keep their Restaurants open thereby providing a 'more convenient' stay. Otherwise I could recommend this Motel for a 'Convenient Break' in any road trip from Melbourne or Victoria heading North.

We enjoyed our stay. The motel is on the edge of town in the main street. It has everything you need. Our room was not huge but very comfortable and very clean. We ordered dinner and it was delivered to our room, on time, hot and very tasty. Nearby is the recently renovated Holbrook Hotel.

The photos show a basic, well maintained place. They are not current. The first impression on entering the room as an overwhelming odour of air freshener, but that soon gave way to smells of decayed food, grease and very old cigarette smoke. I don't know when non-smoking room became normal in Australia but this place had not had a scrub since then. We tried to use the heater. It was a quality unit but needs maintenance. It blew out dust and would only produce a little heat when turned to maximum. We used it rather than freeze, The floor was freezing. It could have been so much more. The bed was clean and comfortable, the staff was comfortable, and cups, plates bowls and cutlery were provided.
