The property was an easy walk to transportation, clean, had an issue with a blocked toilet, looks like property is under renovations in parts (Or needs a little) beds very comfortable, great views, has character. Very affordable, and friendly staff. Nice and quiet for a mini vacation. Or a weekend retreat.

Very friendly staff. Convenient to reach from airport by uber. Nice kitchen to use. Furnitures are old. We found some small insects inside the bedroom.

Close to the train station, street parking but not too hard to find a park. Staff on phone was helpful and polite. Didn't see any staff in person during our stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable, but the building is tired. eg ripped carpet on stairs =trip hazard, bathroom had a lot of plaster very worn etc. The key system is a bit weird, but ok once you work it out! I understand it is an old building, but these are maintenance issues.

The advertised place states it has parking on site and that it’s included which is not the case. Parking is on the street. This needs to be made clear as it is misleading. This is why I assumed the price was so high, I know it’s the city but there are cheaper places that offer more for your money. The whole place felt really uncomfortable. The door to my room and the windows has no lock. I would’ve felt safer sleeping in the bathroom that had a lock. $131 wasted. Communication via text. I drove back home and didn’t stay the night

初めてこのようなホステルに泊まりましたが、想像より清潔に保たれていました。いろんな国の人がいるので共有部分(トイレやキッチンなど)はその時によると思いますが、清掃後の状態は綺麗でした。また、1人部屋には水道がついていて、とても重宝しました。受付の人がとても親切で、毎回帰ってきて挨拶するのが楽しかったです。デメリットをあげるなら、壁が薄いのか(国柄なのか？)足跡や人の声はすごく聞こえます。また飛行機の音や外の騒音も丸聞こえです。洗濯機は12:00までは清掃の人が使っていて使えないようです。同じ時期に泊まっていた方々はキッチンで楽しくお話してくれたりしました。 Cityまでも出やすいので、このくらいの価格帯で探してるのであればオススメだと思います。

Front desk Lady is wonderful, always helps and helps. Room was lovely and clean only issue was the other guests smoking in the bathrooms and on the deck area... it smells and is not good for asthmatics. I don't think the management knows this is happening as its before or after their hours

The whole property needs a huge makeover, as it is very dated and basic. A lot of the contents of the room (TV, cupboard, bed-with stained pillows), and bathroom (shower curtains, even the soap dispenser had a broken top!), had things that were broken and needed to be replaced. And I was shocked to see cockroaches in the bedroom and bathroom. The only redeeming thing the property has is a great manager in Cathy and the lovely 'security guard' Dion. You need to spend some money and do up one room at a time and make it somewhere you'd want to come and stay at.

There were a couple of roaches but not unexpected for Australia. It was quite hot with only a fan in the room and the bathroom smelled weird but not too bad a place for the price.

Great hostel to stay in. Only issues were fan not working in private double room and a god awful mattress that had springs digging into you when you lay down. Only had to deal with it for one night but could be problematic for others

Checked in after hours, room was unsafe, drug addicts outside and room was ground floor with a window that wouldn’t close. Unable to talk to anyone due to after hours check in.

初めてこのようなホステルに泊まりましたが、想像より清潔に保たれていました。いろんな国の人がいるので共有部分(トイレやキッチンなど)はその時によると思いますが、清掃後の状態は綺麗でした。また、1人部屋には水道がついていて、とても重宝しました。受付の人がとても親切で、毎回帰ってきて挨拶するのが楽しかったです。デメリットをあげるなら、壁が薄いのか(国柄なのか？)足跡や人の声はすごく聞こえます。また飛行機の音や外の騒音も丸聞こえです。洗濯機は12:00までは清掃の人が使っていて使えないようです。同じ時期に泊まっていた方々はキッチンで楽しくお話してくれたりしました。 Cityまでも出やすいので、このくらいの価格帯で探してるのであればオススメだと思います。

The property was an easy walk to transportation, clean, had an issue with a blocked toilet, looks like property is under renovations in parts (Or needs a little) beds very comfortable, great views, has character. Very affordable, and friendly staff. Nice and quiet for a mini vacation. Or a weekend retreat.

Very friendly staff. Convenient to reach from airport by uber. Nice kitchen to use. Furnitures are old. We found some small insects inside the bedroom.

Close to the train station, street parking but not too hard to find a park. Staff on phone was helpful and polite. Didn't see any staff in person during our stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable, but the building is tired. eg ripped carpet on stairs =trip hazard, bathroom had a lot of plaster very worn etc. The key system is a bit weird, but ok once you work it out! I understand it is an old building, but these are maintenance issues.

Pros: Unbeatable location just a short walk to the Enmore Theatre, restaurants, and shops. The room was clean. Cons: False advertising regarding parking: there is zero on-site parking and street spots are hard to find. No A/C in the room, so I would highly advise against staying here in the summer.

Room was clean, but none of the power points were working - I checked with the same charger and cord, then took my device to the laundry and it started charging. Refrigerator not working either even though it was plugged in and turned on. I arrived late after driving all day and tired, getting inside was easy, figuring out that I had to tap the fob to open my room next to a different door was weird and Cathy was very short about it when I called for help and didn’t even bother to say goodbye. Place is walking distance to lots of places to eat, parking my car on the street was easy.

Great place to crash cheaply overnight, with a nice dustant city view from the back balcony. Street parking was plentiful. Room was tidy though there was a lot of dust on the high bulkhead in the room. Bathrooms could use some TLC and some more regular cleaning but my expectations at this price were well met. Would recommend for short, low-cost and quiet stay in a great location, if one can deal with such things.

Room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It's a great, quiet (apart from the occassion plane) residential location and easy walk to the action in Enmore/Newtown. We will stay again.
