Perfect stay and location - check-in was simple once email was received to describe process. The only issue is a staff member knocked on the door before check-out to check on our check out progress, which was otherwise unnecessary.

Excellent stay. Had bit of an issue during the check-in as we did not contact the staff in advance and our telephone was not connecting. This was however quickly handled by the kind staff. Bit of a rough neighbourhood but the apartment was quiet and peaceful.

We cannot recommend this property for the price we paid. Good points - good shower, washing machine and dryer, good location in central Wellington. Points that were not up to acceptable standard: * Communication with booking agent was very poor and disobliging, standard meaningless responses to questions. *The main lounge chair was very grubby. *The bedside tables were worn and shabby. *There was poor television receotion -difficult to distinguish words on movies. *The skylight in one bedroom could not be covered. The room was VERY bright and a full moon would have meant it was like daylight at night. *The exhaust fan in the bathroom dudnt work. *The lounge curtain was faulty and only partly closed. *Heating was inadequate and we had to shift a heater into the bathroom. There was no air conditioning. I would imagine in summer that the apartment would be hot with only 2 fans on stands for cooling. *The automatic cut off in the kettle didnt work which could be dangerous. *The ironing board had a metal lump in the middle so you had to use only half the board. *The iron had the flap over the water tank missing so water tended to spill out as you were ironing. It is adequate if you're just staying for a night or two but not if you are wanting to spend any time relaxing there. This was our 5th accommodation on our trip to New Zealand and fortunately our shortest stay 3 nights. All other accommodation has been excellent and the owners very helpful, friendly and stress free.

The location was great. The space was also excellent, big enough, clean and tidy and well appointed. It was noisy and light at night from the city etc. I slept fine but my husband didn't. Amazingly powerful shower and having access to the washing machine and dryer was brilliant
