The check-in was awesome, staff very professional very respectful and very knowledgeable.. he assured me my vehicles and property would be safe and he kept to his word Unfortunately breakfast and pool is out of service at the moment and will not be available anytime soon.. the rooms could be used more cleaning on the walls and Doors .. microwave need to be cleaned really good. Besides that definitely be back.. hopefully by then they upgrade their hotel a little more an have the pool working and breakfast... thank you to the staff that check me in wonderful person

We got into our first room there and the couch was disgusting. The table had some sort of green goop on it. The bedroom door was falling off the hinges. They turned the water off and told no one. There was no over head lights in the room and the lamp buttons didn’t work. Room was extremely dirty. The second room we were given smelled so badly of paint and was also very dirty. They didn’t inform us of that they were “renovating” until after we checked. The pool was closed and breakfast was not being served. They took advantage of the pool being closed and were drying their curtains on the pool fence. After getting the other crappy hotel room we waited around 10 minutes ant the window at night while they went to go turn the water back on. Overall a terrible experience would not recommend. I would recommend hotel Palmeras around the corner however.

Loud activity at night outside our room. Receptionist was helpful. Spotted one roach on bedroom lamp. No more after that. Water turned off at 11 am without notice. Key was deactivated in middle of stay. No access to parking lot on side we stayed. Parking far from room. Pool had a lock on gate positive was two separate rooms. We got to the location and had cops surround the back parking lot for a "stolen registered vehicle" and for a homeless round-up, which was not separated from the rooms. The rooms were so musty and gross so we asked for a room change. The front desk staff was nice when we checked in initially but switched up when we requested the room change. He showed us the new room, and when we asked for some time to discuss it, he told us that we should just cancel the reservation and look for another hotel because it would take too much time. When we agreed to cancel the reservations, he constantly said, "You guys have to get out of here, I have more reservations on the way".

BUGS! Roaches and spiders in every room/bathroom/kitchen and sitting area. I had asked why someone came in my room while I was away on business and the desk responded via text message “ I did not know about that you can call in the morning. Morning guy will check and help you” and when I asked the morning guy, they didn’t know either. This went on for 2days.

This was, THE BEST HOTEL IN CHULA VISTA that I ever stayed at, and I've stayed at many. Their staff is very welcoming, the rooms are so clean and beautifully set up. You really get the most out of your money staying here, I mean it's a studio with a kitchen . It really is your home away from home. If anyone is curious about staying here, DO IT. The room is really nice inside. The kitchen was a good size, but the oven burners take awhile to heat up. I was able to cook a full meal still. The kitchen does not come with any utensils or pots and pans. I was glad that I called beforehand to get that information. The room itself is very big and spacious. The room was clean for the most part with a few stains on the furniture here and there overall, I would stay again the staff made me feel very comfortable, and they were very accommodating to my requests.

The heater did not work. I told the front desk as soon as I arrived but they said it’s only one night you’re here for. Even though the parking lot was empty they did not give me a different room. I would not stay here again the room had a nasty smell I had to buy candles to cover up the smell.

When I checked in the gentleman that helped me was great. He deserves a raise for his service. The house keeping staff was awful. I asked for trash to be taken out and she did not sweep the floor or give towels or a blanket for the extra bed. And the shower has no pressure. Outside of that it was a great stay

The kitchen does not come with any utensils or pots and pans. I was glad that I called beforehand to get that information. The room itself is very big and spacious. The room was clean for the most part with a few stains on the furniture here and there overall, I would stay again the staff made me feel very comfortable, and they were very accommodating to my requests.

Loud activity at night outside our room. Receptionist was helpful. Spotted one roach on bedroom lamp. No more after that. Water turned off at 11 am without notice. The heater did not work. I told the front desk as soon as I arrived but they said it’s only one night you’re here for. Even though the parking lot was empty they did not give me a different room. I would not stay here again the room had a nasty smell I had to buy candles to cover up the smell.

We got to the location and had cops surround the back parking lot for a "stolen registered vehicle" and for a homeless round-up, which was not separated from the rooms. The rooms were so musty and gross so we asked for a room change. The front desk staff was nice when we checked in initially but switched up when we requested the room change. He showed us the new room, and when we asked for some time to discuss it, he told us that we should just cancel the reservation and look for another hotel because it would take too much time. When we agreed to cancel the reservations, he constantly said, "You guys have to get out of here, I have more reservations on the way".

When I checked in the gentleman that helped me was great. He deserves a raise for his service. The house keeping staff was awful. I asked for trash to be taken out and she did not sweep the floor or give towels or a blanket for the extra bed. And the shower has no pressure. Outside of that it was a great stay

Stayed with my family and it did not look like the pictures, the room was not clean, couch was dirty, there was a horrible smell I’m room and outside there was shady people walking around, I didnt feel safe at all.

The check-in was awesome, staff very professional very respectful and very knowledgeable.. he assured me my vehicles and property would be safe and he kept to his word Unfortunately breakfast and pool is out of service at the moment and will not be available anytime soon.. the rooms could be used more cleaning on the walls and Doors .. microwave need to be cleaned really good. Besides that definitely be back.. hopefully by then they upgrade their hotel a little more an have the pool working and breakfast... thank you to the staff that check me in wonderful person

We got into our first room there and the couch was disgusting. The table had some sort of green goop on it. The bedroom door was falling off the hinges. They turned the water off and told no one. There was no over head lights in the room and the lamp buttons didn’t work. Room was extremely dirty. The second room we were given smelled so badly of paint and was also very dirty. They didn’t inform us of that they were “renovating” until after we checked. The pool was closed and breakfast was not being served. They took advantage of the pool being closed and were drying their curtains on the pool fence. After getting the other crappy hotel room we waited around 10 minutes ant the window at night while they went to go turn the water back on. Overall a terrible experience would not recommend. I would recommend hotel Palmeras around the corner however.

My Customer Service experience was very good. The clerks during check in & out were friendly and professional. The rooms didn't look like the pictures. There is 2 sides to the hotel, the side of the office is the good side, across the street is the bad side. Outside of some of the rooms were paint can's cut in half catching the water falling from the AC units. The room had a slight stench, the couch had many stains on it, under the cushions dirty & had crumbs, the chair from the table was in the middle of the floor, the light in the refrigerator blinked off & on, the curtain in the bedroom didn't close completely, the sink had chips in it & no bars of soap or dispenser, the TV in the living room had been disconnected (which was ok because I wasn't going to sit on the couch), there is a 24 hour carwash next door to the rooms on the office side so you can hear noise from the water and dryer's late into the night and the swimming pool had not been cleaned.

Enjoyed my stay overall not a bad place to stay if you’re in a pinch financially. Only issues I had were the scrapes and damages on the walls. Also looks like the doors aren’t cleaned very often or very well. Not a great area but not the worst. Staff was very helpful and kind.

Definitely not as advertised. All rooms were non-smoking but the staff smoked 5 feet from our door and our room smelled the whole time from smoke and marijuana. The neighborhood was very sketchy. They had a gate around the property which helped ease our anxiety but the exit gate was chained up so we had to back up the whole distance around the hotel. They also advertised breakfast. They have nothing.
