Sweet little hotel right by the marina. Staff was great! Very nice and helpful. It's small and beach-y, so it's not the Ritz, but it's really sweet and perfectly situated. Free bike rental was so fun! It's close to everything!!! You can use the pool in a nearby place which was nice. The only slight bummer was the AC wasn't super cold, but it did work! (I like the place like an icebox so that might just be my problem but it was a bit warm at night. Not a big deal at all! It did work and the person I was with was fine.) Otherwise, clean, location is great, staff wonderful . Totally recommend!!!

The motel was lovely.. however I’m a bit of a clean freak and the shower was not up to standard I would expect. There were hairs over the shower before we had even used it. Otherwise nice little motel

The Hotels.com site said the property has a pool—it does not. That was very disappointing. The hotel has an arrangement with the Franciscan Inn to use their pool, but that was not convenient. The room had a musty smell, possibly from the old AC unit. But the ceiling fan helped circulate the air so it was bearable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I believed I was booking a hotel, but upon arrival, the property felt much more like a motel. After traveling 12 hours, I found the lack of an elevator and the rooms opening directly onto the parking area uncomfortable and unsafe as a woman traveling alone. With no Help offered. Although the room was clean, the small breakfast area, loud fire-pit gathering, and overall atmosphere were not what I expected. I decided not to stay and had to find another accommodation, but the office refused to provide a full refund despite my not spending a single night there. I was also uncomfortable signing an agreement stating that the property was not responsible for lost belongings. The listing should clearly explain the motel-style layout and room access so guests know what to expect before booking.
