room is dirty & old. looks nothing like the photos. It smells, the pillows had stains on them. So many places they didn’t sweep, the showers are covered in like a brown mold or hard water? the tvs barely work. The room overall was just extremely old & just dirty

Had a plumbing issue I cannot figure out how they got it. Room 133. No cold water. Cold water was too hot to comfortably shower under. Hot was scalding. With both the sink and shower. As an experiment flushed the toilet 3 times. By the 3rd flush the water in the toilet tank was hot. Used a towel to mop up the water I splashed out trying to shower and the towel came up the color of the ground outside.

Heater did not work… got an old portable heater from the office which did the job. Micro wave did not work very good.
