The apartment was very spacious and had all the amenities we required. But it would have been a bit easier if there was a lift so we wouldn't have had to carry our suitcases up the stairs. Also the shower was over a very deep bath.

We had an apartment on the upper level, very spacious, quiet and with double glazing to help keep warm and quiet despite road and railway close by. There was no lift. Plenty of covered car parking under the building, and all areas were very secure. Very close to the Leura village shops & restaurants. The grounds are spacious too and well landscaped.

This was a great property for a blue mountains get away. Just down the road from shopping, restaurants and cafes in Leura - all in walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable and complimentary undercover parking was a bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful. Can recommend this hotel.

Only drawbacks were many rooms have a shower over the old-style spa bath or are up many flights of stairs. Not good for someone who is infirm.

Now mostly part of permanent accommodation but a very handy spot close to everything. Better signage needed when arriving by car as there is no where to park your car briefly while checking in to get access to the gated parking area for the accommodation. All a bit vague. We parked down the back in shared parking for a restaurant and residents then lugged our bags up a steep hill to reception after asking a resident where reception was.

The unit was spacious, had large balconies and had a kitchenette. There was a washing machine and dryer which would be useful for long stays. There was plenty of undercover parking. Location was good and hot water was in good supply. The unit was on the third floor with no lift so it was a challenge with luggage. The inside of the door did not have any latch so could not be manually closed from inside. The airconditioner was located in a corner of the lounge room and it took quite a while for the unit to cool down at night as it had been a 30 degree centigrade day. Overall, it was an ok stay for the two nights we were there.

Its always great returning back to the leisure inn Spires inn leura close to transport ,shops and places to eat. The staff members are friendly and helpful in any situation in need of help or got questions. I stayed in the Wentworth apartment block room 30 it was clean and comfortable enough for 3 nights, but my issues were that i wasn't totally comfortable with was the neat curtain and shower screen could do with a wash due to black mould. Can't wait to return back again in the next year.

The room stank terribly, doors were very noisey, room is old and in need full refurbishment. No ventilation for shower, had to open awning window to let steam out. Very little privacy through bathroom window when light on. Bed and pillows stained.

This is a great central position and would have been a fabulous stay if the property had been cleaner. There were a number of maintenance issues such as spa broken, light in bathroom broken, dryer filter on the door wouldn’t stay on when using and would fly off onto the floor, bathroom cupboards hanging off and vinyl peeling in areas. Those were liveable, but the apartment needed a good clean. bathroom needed a good going over with bleach or cleaning product. Areas of mold and general grime and dirt. I had brought my own natural cleaner having a baby and wiped down the bath which we didn’t end up using for bub because gunk came out of the jets and water intake when we filled it with water. The kitchen was clean. Just a general feel of it needing a good clean all over, including curtains. The indoor bins had gunk all on the outside and the permanent tissue box in the living was covered in grime and food. this could have been a great stay and we did love our time in Leura, but the property needs better cleaning

Front desk staff are very friendly. Studio room is spacious. Hotel location is very convenient, close to train station, and Leura main street. Room is not serviced daily however, as housekeeping is once a week only.

Staff at reception were great but property is quite dated and is really in need of a refresh. Really a 2.5 level facility. We had a unit that faced the tracks - noisy. Bathroom ventilation is needed. Communication should indicate to go to the adjacent building - we buzzed another unit by mistake. We did have cockroaches in the sink!

Very happy with our stay. Very convenient location and apartment has all you need. Love the electric blankets and the bed is very comfy. Thank you to Annick who resolved an issue to our satisfaction. Instead she turned it into a positive experience and we will continue to visit Leisure Inn. Also thank you to Marie. Super pleasant and helpful staff :)

The women at the front desk downgraded our room... I did not want to give her my phone number but gave her my email. She was quite upset about that. She said she had to change something. She then removed the paperwork she had from the counter and printed a new page and wrote a different room # on it. Instantly, she was a new, happy person, giggling about holidays and so on. We then had a small room with no sofa. Quite bazarre really.

The first room I got was great except the bathroom window was locked shut. They moved me to a new room with a bathroom window that opened and all was well, very helpful staff.

Its always nice returning back staying 4 nights in Leisure inn Spires Leura close to the train station over the road and shops and cafe's down the road walking distance is great but iv found that the staff members at Reception on Checking in to be cheeky and fed up when asking for more tea coffee and Bin liners so felt like i couldn't go back and ask for more things i needed. My room was nice and clean i was given room 6 on the ground floor of the Lawson apartment block the only problem pswas the bed was super uncomfortable like sleeping on spings, being closer to the highway it more noiser but you cant help that.

Plenty of covered car parking under the building, and all areas were very secure. Very close to the Leura village shops & restaurants. The grounds are spacious too and well landscaped.

We had an apartment on the upper level, very spacious, quiet and with double glazing to help keep warm and quiet despite road and railway close by. There was no lift. This was a great property for a blue mountains get away. Just down the road from shopping, restaurants and cafes in Leura - all in walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable and complimentary undercover parking was a bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful. Can recommend this hotel.

Well-located, right next to Leura Mall (with many eateries) and Woolsworth just minutes away. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and it was good value for money.

Front desk staff are very friendly. Studio room is spacious. Hotel location is very convenient, close to train station, and Leura main street. Room is not serviced daily however, as housekeeping is once a week only.

Perfect location to Leura Mall.Parking included was a big plus as paid parking is all over the mountains area.Our room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Spacious apartment and you cannot beat the location for access to Leura’s mall, the station, the highway and the Elysian Bar & Restaurant across the road. A tip from us, do not believe Expedia’s message that reception is only open Monday to Friday. In fact it’s open both days of the weekend which made check in (at the top of the driveway) very easy.

Short stays probably ok, but we were to be 28 nights in room 73 prepaid. Mould overtook the experience. No exhaust in the bathroom or laundry. Water dripping from the bedroom cieling. Mould was removed but grew back overnight. 14th day my lungs became infected, a hospital xray and we were advised to leave by the doctor. Too late for change to another room, once one has become ill from an accomodation, that is it. NO REFUNDS. Be warned. Two rounds of antibiotics and I am still recovering.

This is a good find for a long-term stay because it is a bare bones apartment style. They had a free laundry! The check-in process is brutal because they make you fill out a form first, if you don't then you have to do it by tablet. Brutal.
