Phi Phi Don Chukit Resort

The hotel is divided into different sections: the reception is located on one side of the street together with the restaurant and the pool area facing the sea, while the actual rooms are on the other side of the road. The area where the rooms are located feels rather dull and worn down, but the room itself was both clean and fresh (it was actually the cleanest room we had during our four-week trip through Thailand), which really elevated the whole experience. We stayed one floor up with a small balcony overlooking trees and the mountains. The housekeeping staff cleaned daily, and if cleaning was not needed, they always left a bag on the door with toilet paper and a bottle of water. The pool area has an incredible view of the sea, the harbor, and all the boats coming in and out of Phi Phi. However, the staff working in the restaurant by the pool were extremely tired and disengaged. No one cleared around the pool or removed old plates or glasses from previous guests, even though there was nothing else to do. If you wanted to order something, you had to go to the restaurant yourself, and even to order a soda, the request somehow had to go through four different staff members. Aside from that, the accommodation was extremely good value for money and very affordable for what you get. I would strongly recommend it. Note: Three nights on this island is more than enough

-Great beach front resort, it has a private beach too. -Nice sized pool. -Accountable help with luggage transport. -Nice breakfast. -Fire show at dinner time. -Timber room in the wood gives nice feel but humid.

“Resort” looked very run down and hard to find where reception was. Lots of unused buildings. Tv from the olden ages. Nice pool with a view.

The pool over the ocean and cafe were great! Staff helpful and happy. The location was perfect to walk to anywhere we wanted. The actual hotel rooms were less than what others in the area were like. It is a huge area but they have a lot of open unused space that could be a meeting point of some kind (volleyball or bochi ball) instead of green painted cement with weird circle items on it.

Sehr schöne große kühle Zimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten, total ruhig und toll gelegen. Habe wunderbar geschlafen. Der kleine Pool, die Terrasse und das Restaurant entsprechen genau den Fotos, toll gelegen direkt am Meer. Leider gibt's am Pool keinen Schatten und das Bad war arg renovierungsbedürftig. Personal sehr freundlich. Für den Preis absolut zu empfehlen.

Great Location and wonderful restaurant and Infinity pool with spectacular view of the town and Karsts. You will have to stay on the opposite side of the town if you want sunsets. Mornings are amazing at this location. Great coffee at the restaurant, great views and wonderful service with smiles.

Pool & restaurant offer a lovely view, however, the rooms need renovating completely and the outside areas look awful, we felt like we had arrived at a concentration camp. 😂😂

Wir haben eine günstige Unterkunft gesucht, da wir tagsüber eh unterwegs sein wollten. Den Preis muss man bei der Bewertung berücksichtigen. Man darf nicht zu viel erwarten und Luxus gibt es hier nicht. Eingecheckt wird über das Restaurant gegenüber von den Unterkünften, die Treppen hoch. Das Personal ist freundlich. Die Zimmer sind ruhig gelegen, vom Partytrubel bekommt man nichts mit, ist aber trotzdem nah am Geschehen. Die Größe des Zimmers ist gut, man hat viel Platz, die Einreichung ist eher zweckmäßig. Es gibt nur auf dem Balkon eine Möglichkeit sich hinzusetzen, ansonsten muss das Bett herhalten. Dieses ist wirklich steinhart. Auf dem Boden zu schlafen hätte minimal besseren Komfort geboten. Das Badezimmer steht, wenn man geduscht hat, die ganze Zeit unter Wasser. Der Abfluss ist einfach ein Loch im Boden. Schön ist, dass man kostenfreie Hygieneartikel bekommt. Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgte täglich, wenn man wollte und war tadellos. Wir haben uns an einem Tag länger im Zimmer aufgehalten und es wurde uns eine Tüte mit neuen Handtüchern und Wasserflaschen an die Zimmertür gehängt. Das fand ich wirklich gut. Das Essen im Restaurant war vom Preis her okay und hat uns geschmeckt. Wer eine günstige, einfache und zweckmäßige Unterkunft möchte, ist hier ganz gut aufgehoben.

Whole place seemed a little run down. The room itself was fine but massively let down by the bathroom. It smelled awful and was always full of creepy crawlies

Overall, the hotel is nice and well located. People are sweet and the pool is a real plus. For the price, it’s a good choice. On the other hand, rooms are noisy and you’ll beed earplugs if you expect to sleep a bit. A lot of tourist are screaming or putting music all night, which is really annoying. And there is also a muslim prayer room (which is great for muslims for sure), that also make noise when they call to pray at 5am.

Zoeken naar de receptie,geen goed voorteken vooral omdat alles er volledig afgeleerd uitzag. Bleek het vernieuwde restaurant de receptie te zijn,oef gelukkig.hartelijke ontvangst. De kamers zijn verouderd ,maar proper. Alles is voorzien,alles werkt, maar renovatie is een must. Toch zeer aangenaam verblijf.

This hotel is in great area of Phi Phi conveniently located next to all of the best shopping and dining. Very walkable and lots nearby within 10 minute walking distance. The hotel is very dated in terms of condition and we found the bed to be very hard and uncomfortable. The restaurant has amazing dinner food that we were very impressed with. The pool is also beautiful overlooking the mountains and ocean.

Decent for a few nights in Phi Phi. Woke up from noise at 5 and 6am each night. Outdated.

The property is outdated, hotel looks like an old school. AC UNIT was super noisy at night, bed super mega unconfortable.

The AC was so loud it kept me awake and too hot to turn off, in 2 rooms the same. Apart from that was ok

The worst hotel I’ve ever encountered. Couldn’t even stay in our accommodation it was that bad and had to fight to get a refund, but eventually getting it through the hotel provider. Staff also very rude. Stay clear of this place

Bar and pool and lovely but the rest of the hotel needs an update. Had an issue with cleanliness of room on first night but staff sorted it out straight away and were super helpful.

We booked a bungalow for 2 nights, it was very big! The room was nice and clean and the AC was very good. The staff were lovely and even carried our bags to our bungalow. The pool is amazing. The restaurant food was really nice too. Would stay again!

Fantastic area near to the markets and easy access to the ferry (about 10-15 min walk). Clean room, only negative was the drainagae system in the bathroom. There was a hole cut out for the shower water to drain but this was the other side of the room and past the toilet. Needed to mop up the water (with towels) after each shower use otherwise we were walking through water to get to the toilet. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The staff will do anything to make your stay exceptional.

The staff is wonderful and goes above and beyond to make sure that your stay is enjoyable. The rooms are older and in need of updates, but very clean! The pool is awesome, overlooking the bay.

Loved our stay here. Did not have high expectations due to low accomodation standard on a budget in phi phi however we were pleasantly surprised. Rooms clean and spacious with comfy beds, infinity pool was amazing with a gorgeous view- the pool and pool area had a luxury feel to it. Restaurant and reception area very clean, staff all very friendly. Location excellent

Buena opción, a 8 mins caminando desde el puerto. Bien en higiene y muy amplia la habitación. Como observación, se escuchan los cánticos por el tema de la región, hay uno que es las 5 de la mañana que sí interrumpe el descanso A mejorar: no es clara la ubicación de la recepción, hay que batallar para encontrarla, ya que se encuentra dentro de un restaurante que está enfrente del alojamiento (del otro lado del camino)

Nice and quiet place, still close the village - 5 min walking to the pier. Nice and friendly staff. Although the hotal is a little dated the room is well maintained and clean. The only thing uncomfortable was the water pressure in the bathroom (sometimes no water at all for 15-20 min) and the thing that the ahower has no curtain, so the whole bathroom goes wet when showering.

The room was a little bit hot even with the conditioner air but the area was ideally for everything. The food at the restaurant was really good and the staff was amazing. The pool and the restaurant were our favorite things with such a lovely views. We would definitely recommend it.

Boa localização com uma vista incrível, quarto amplo, bom atendimento dos funcionários, café da manhã bom (pago). O banheiro (padrão na Thailad) não tem box, e agua do banho molha todo o recinto. Isso é uma característica em qualquer categoria de hotel.

Oplevelsen var rigtig god. Priserne på maden i restauranten er en smule dyrere end resten af Phi Phi, men kan stadig anbefales. Lækkert poolområde og smuk udsigt! Håndklæder til rådighed. Badeværelset er ikke at råbe hurra for. Men hvis man bare skal have et værelse, så er det helt udmærket - især til prisen!

O hotel tem um restaurante que fica a uns 50 metros. Logo, a recepção e piscina estão nesse restaurante, bem como o café da manhã e alimentação, bar e o que mais for de serviço de alimentação no lugar. Isso não é ruim pq traz uma tranquilidade nos quartos. Talvez seja incomodo por ter que atravessar essa distância para chegar na recepção/restaurante. A piscina é super agradável. Vale o custo benefício.

Hotel muito bom. Não fica localizado na melhor praia mas tem uma piscina com uma bela vista e o restaurante é excelente.
