Bon , on est plus proche du camping que de l’hôtel. La chambre donnée pour 4 adultes était microscopique. Impossible de mettre 4 valises… pas de draps, douche et wc « superposés » et uniquement ventilateur si on ne rajoutait pas 200RY par personne (c’est indispensable honnêtement) bref si vous êtes vraiment roots ça peut le faire mais sinon, non. Seul point positif, la chambre etait propre et peinte récemment visiblement.

HORRIBLE. J’en ai encore des traumatisme. J’ai le corps couvert de bleu suite à l’agression subi pas les gérants et les chutes liés à la dangerosité de l’accès au lieu. NE VENEZ JAMAIS par pitié. Vos vacances seront gâché. J’ai passer des journées magique sur l’île mais mon retour a l’hôtel le soir me provoquais des crise d’angoisse..il est situé dans la jungle donc singe, bêtes étranges et nuisible le corps remplis de boutons. L’hôtel est insalubre et même pas à la hauteur d’un chenille pour chien. Je me suis senti en danger. Les draps et serviette pue ne sont jamais lavé. D’une humidité jamais vue, dite adieu à vos vêtements après un passage là bas. Je sais que pour le prix on se dit qu’on supportera, que c’est la seule solution etc mais vous allez le regretter pire si vous êtes en famille vos enfants seront malheureux comme l’ont été ma petite sœur et mon frere. Ils n’ont aucun respect pour leurs clients, m’ont agresse violemment physiquement et verbalement me souris au nez et me nargue nous voyant ma famille et moi en larme dans cette ENFER SUR TERRE. Nous sommes parti plutôt repayer bateau taxi avion car c’était horrible horrible horrible je suis parti et je ne me sens encore pas bien suite à mon passage là bas. Ils disent ouvertement qu’il veulent notre argent. J’ai demander une chambre avec clim avant mon arriver apparemment plus dispo arriver sur place il m’ont demander d’ajouter le tarifs de toute la réservation total. ILS DOIVENT FERMER

Dovrebbe chiamarsi Tropicana hill dato che si trova in cima ad una collina, la stanza era veramente piccola, non c’era spazio per muoversi, presenti in bagno dei simpatici bruchi che ci hanno tenuto compagnia per tutto il soggiorno

El alojamiento está bastante bien. No hay que fijarse mucho de las malísimas reviews, son de gente amargada que espera un hotel 4 estrellas. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y con comodidades. El aire acondicionado fue muy bueno. La localización, aunque ligeramente en una colina, es muy buena, con long beach y coral bay super cerca. Recomendamos coger el ferry a coral bay, que aunque la playa está un pelín más lejos, el ferry está mejor comunicado. Cómo punto negativo hay mucha humedad y la ventilación no es buena, deberían ofrecer servicio de limpieza de habitaciones y cambio de toallas cada dos días o así.

I feel this place has had some unfair and harsh reviews in the past. I can of course only base my review on our experience with the room we booked, a triple room with AC. Yes it is a bit of a walk from the long beach jetty and there is a bit of a broken up path with a small incline to the reception but from coral beach the hill is steep. We were greeted at reception by a friendly host and a bottle of water. We found our room to be clean and as the pictures stated, we had a fan and air conditioning and the room was quickly cooled after a hot walk. Our room was unfortunately at the top of another hill but can't be helped given the landscape of the property. The bathroom was acceptable the shower could have been slightly better as it didn't have much pressure but was enough to wash. There was no wifi in the room and the mobile reception is minor and patchy at best but this IS a remote island paradise. If you need entertainment in your room you'd be best to download a series or two but generally browsing internet and social media just about worked on mobile data. The property is a short and fairly easy walk from long beach and its restaurants, shops & bars about 5 mins. It's also a 5-10 minute walk from coral beach which is great for watching sunset but the steep hill is short but sweaty. I think the price of this room is more on the expensive side for basic accommodation but the AC is worth the upgrade as the jungle island is hot & humid. All in all we were happy with the stay
