Booked 16 nights & then another 6 nights Room / hotel clean & cleaner came in every day. Breakfast was ok Big problem with room on 16 night stay - was a 3cm gap bottom of door & room close to lift so all noise from outside came into my room! Additionally all cleaning ladies had walkie talkie radio's left on cleaning trolleys in hallways when rooms being cleaned - volume seemed to be on full so I got constantly woken up every time reception contacted anyone TV could not be changed from portugese to english for UK USA channels On website it stated portugese & english spoken at reception - no one spoke english

Equipe de funcionários muito prestativa e atenciosa, principalmente o pessoal do restaurante, sempre simpáticos e gentis. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, as meninas da limpeza dos quartos também estão de parabéns, quando voltar em Campinas espero me hospedar novamente lá.
