Disappointing with this accommodation Pictures must have been taken about 20 years ago Very tired and needs a massive overhaul The price reflects the quality of the place Dog barking from 3am Bathroom was mouldy but the towels dried well We where lucky to get parking at our door Lady at reception was lovely and has a difficult job with such poor accommodation The bed was comfortable and the internet was good

On arrival I was asked how much I paid,then told my room had been upgraded to a family room, but there was no TV. I pointed out the single room I had booked had a TV, after 'the boss' was called, the boss argued the upgraded room was better. It wasn't until I said I was not happy and would never stay there again, then I got the room I booked. The place was filthy Bathroom - shower mouldy, shower head was hanging to the floor, the holder was broken. Toilet was filthy, had 'dribble' down the front, with dust stuck to it. Bed - after showering, the bed was pulled back to reveal 3 small blood spots. Air conditioner - worked, very old only had 2 speeds for the fan, both were high with very limited temp, warm or cold also noisy. The only positive was Yvonne at reception she was lovely and very helpful. The parking space allocated to my room had another guests car, which he was asked to move. You can do much better than this below par accomodation. The kitchenette was a microwave, kettle (that had to be filled with a cup as it could not fit under the bathroom tap) some crockery and cutlery in a plastic container and a toaster. The small fridge, was OK the freezer was totally frosted up.

Good bed, clean but older and not the best area. Right near the highway so handy but also a little noisy. They lock the gates so if you arrive late you need to ring the bell (they will let you in and out but need to let them know)

A great location at a modest price. Helpful staff will secure the property’s gate to keep vehicles safe. Rooms are dated but clean. Bed was comfortable.
