All was excellent, clean and tidy. Staff very helpful and considerate. Rooms very comfortable, great ambience. Paul and Matilda are excellent hosts.

Our entire experience at Ghan House was exceptional, from our first dinner in the hotel restaurant to our final breakfast. The meals were outstanding, and the staff were superb in every way—warm, attentive, and professional. Our room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and thoughtfully supplied with luxurious amenities. The bed and linens were exceptionally comfortable, making for a wonderfully restful stay. The peaceful setting, surrounded by beautiful mountain views, made Ghan House feel like a true sanctuary. Overall, it was an unforgettable stay in every respect. We would highly recommend Ghan House and look forward to returning.

This is one of the most delightful places we've ever stayed. Simultaneously like staying in a dear friend's beautiful home AND the highest quality hotel. The locally sources and prepared food is superb; everyone who works there is friendly, professional, & helpful; the grounds & buildings are idyllic; and Carlingford is a lovely, well-appointed, walkable town. We would definitely return to Ghan House!

The staff member that welcomed us and showed us to our room was friendly and the room was beautiful. The location is perfect for walking into Carlingford as you are right there in the town but it feels like you are in the middle of nowhere. I would definitely stay again!

No fresh fruit at breakfast . All had been soaked in something which was very nice but plain fruit would also be good .
