Hôtel confortable mais chambre placée près d'une ventilation et, malgré la fenêtre fermée (mauvaise isolation au bruit),le bruit a été gênant pour dormir. Le point positif : parking gratuit à côté de l'hôtel avec un code donné par l'hôtel.

Very good positioned hotel in the midst of all happenings, bars and restaurants. They have a party every saturday evening, of which they infromed us of in advance and provided earplugs. However we didin't need them. The sleep was good. As it is a big "inn/pub/hotel" type of facility in city centre, we couldn't find any lifts, but since we only carried small amount of lagguage, it was ok.

No lift, which wasn't stated on the website. The front door was locked after midnight and sometimes you had to wait ages for the night porter to open it. The breakfast was lovely though with lots of different options

The hotel does not have a lift, although we did get help from the restaurant/pub manager. The room was decent-sized and comfortable. Parking on-site. We were warned that the restaurant becomes a nightclub on Sat, so we might hear music until after midnight. I did, but it wasn't annoying. I think my wife was asleep before the band even started playing.

Stayed here for one Saturday night on a trip through Ireland. The hotel staff were great and very friendly throughout the stay. I also appreciated the guest pass to the leisure centre not too far away to go for a workout. The food at Cusacks was very good. It does turn into a night club at night time with a DJ until 2 AM which we had our room right above where this was going on. If that’s annoying to you I would recommend making sure your room is farthest from the bass pumping all night. I was able to sleep through it but if you can’t that’s something to take into consideration

There is no lift to carry luggage which limits some travelers. The hallways are air conditioned, but our room was not. With Ireland’s heatwave, this was very uncomfortable.

Cute hotel right in the main square of town. Walking distance to many shops but the weather was kinda bad so I did not venture out too far on this trip. Clean towels and a hot shower but the bedsheets had some marks on them and there were a few wee bugs about the room. Would give them a 4* review if not for the bed and bug concerns. (There were like 3 midges and a fruit fly so nothing like terrible terrible!) I would recommend this hotel and I would stay again

As an academic I have trouble giving more than 9/10 but this property is 12/10. Staff in all areas particularly reception were amazingly helpful well beyond any 5 star big city hotel. The hotel is a brilliant older building in excellent condition. In house fining brilliant - bfsst and dinner. Value is outstanding. Rooms are a little tight but what can one expect.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay the hotel was lovely rooms large comfortable and freshly decorated. Breakfast and the meals we had were excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. My only criticism would be to make it more obvious on booking sites that there is no lift or ground floor rooms available. Otherwise a great time was had by all in a lovely part of the world

Got charged on credit card $65 even though prepaid. Had to search for staff at checkout and check in. 5 alarms UpTo 4am disrupting sleep. Was told due to smokers. Staff in morning didn't know room was prepaid. Could hear snoring neighbor in next room.

Extremely noisy. They give you ear plugs but not enough. No sleeping in this hotel. Service in bar absolutely terrible. We went in for breakfast, waited so long to be seated, then order wasnt talen after 20 minutes of waiting so we left and wen elsewhere.

My wife realised she had left her handbag in the dining area the previous evening. When she realised it was missing she immediately called reception and they located it within 5 minutes. Enormous relief to get our passports and wallet back untouched. So thankful to the staff for their prompt action honesty. 🙏🤗

Bien situado, cerca de todo. Personal simpático y destacar los desayunos, varios para elegir y todos buenísimos. Las habitaciones limpias, pero es cierto que necesitan una pequeña reforma. Sin duda , me volvería a alojar.

A great hotel, in town centre, with a very good restaurant, all the staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. A very good place to stay. I have stayed before this trip and booked on my previous experience, I will be staying again. Highly recommended.

Extremely noisy. They give you ear plugs but not enough. No sleeping in this hotel. Service in bar absolutely terrible. We went in for breakfast, waited so long to be seated, then order wasnt talen after 20 minutes of waiting so we left and wen elsewhere.

As an academic I have trouble giving more than 9/10 but this property is 12/10. Staff in all areas particularly reception were amazingly helpful well beyond any 5 star big city hotel. The hotel is a brilliant older building in excellent condition. In house fining brilliant - bfsst and dinner. Value is outstanding. Rooms are a little tight but what can one expect.

Stayed here for one Saturday night on a trip through Ireland. The hotel staff were great and very friendly throughout the stay. I also appreciated the guest pass to the leisure centre not too far away to go for a workout. The food at Cusacks was very good. It does turn into a night club at night time with a DJ until 2 AM which we had our room right above where this was going on. If that’s annoying to you I would recommend making sure your room is farthest from the bass pumping all night. I was able to sleep through it but if you can’t that’s something to take into consideration

We were there on a Saturday night, near the back of the hotel. Had we been told in advance that there would be a party outside our windows so loud we couldn’t sleep until 2:30 AM we would have gone elsewhere.

Dommage, il faisait très chaud dans notre chambre exposée en plein soleil. Les fenêtres ne s’ouvrent pas beaucoup, et donc même en laissant ouvert toute la nuit, on n’a pas dormi correctement. Il n’y a évidemment pas de climatisation, ce qui est logique en Irlande. Ils auraient dû nous donner une chambre non-exposée au soleil… ! Il y a une boîte de nuit à côté de l’hôtel qui fait un peu de bruit, toutefois c’était supportable. Le petit déjeuner est en supplément et à la carte, et semblait très cher (15€ les 3 toasts à la française), donc nous sommes allé dans un petit coffee shop à 5 min à pied. Il y a un parking extérieur inclus avec la chambre (juste à côté de l’hôtel, avec comme sécurité une simple barrière à code).
