Staff was excellent Jossef was there for us the whole stay. Going out of his way to make our experience was a grand one. Majorly helped us with parking. They washed our clothing. Cleaned our room daily. Served a nice breakfast. The owner was helpful suggesting places to visit while in Morocco and always had a smile on his face.

The staff was incredible especially Yousef and Abdel! Very accommodating and helpful- gave us all of the information to make a great stay! Also got our laundry done which was such a relief! One thing that Expedia shows is that the riad has a gym, spa, and steam room which it does not. Other than that, great stay and excellent location. Would return!

We had a lovely stay at the traditional Riad Eloise. With only 9 rooms and down a hidden back street (as all the Riads seem to be in the Medina) we had a beautiful room with a comfortable four poster bed and a great Shower / ensuite. From the moment we arrived Alain (the Riad owner) sat us down with a map and gave us solid advice on finding what we needed. The Riad is located over 4 floors I think. Definitely not suitable for anyone with access difficulties, but if you are able the quirky steps all the way to the rooftop, offer you a great sunset view in the evenings. Alcohol is a question we kept asking google about when we were looking to stay somewhere. However, there was no problem with this at all at Riad Eloise. Alain had bottles of wine and beer and would provide them upon request 22 Euros for a bottle of wine and a small beer was about 4 Euros. There is a little pool on the ground floor of the Riad, but I think this is more of a feature rather than a pool to use. We could of used it, but didn't. The breakfast was delightful. Near enough the same thing every morning, with a slight variation on the types of bread and cakes. But basically, freshly squeezed juices, coffee, fresh yoghurt and fresh fruit, followed by breads and spreads. If we go back to Marrakech, we will definitely use Riad Eloise. Thank you Alain and your team for a great stay.

Nous avons posé nos bagages quelques jours dans le riad d'Alain qui dès notre arrivée nous a mis à l'aise: accueil avec un thé et partage de toutes les bonnes adresses et choses à faire. L'endroit est calme, reposant, et parfaitement situé, à proximité des souks, et à une vingtaine de minutes de marche de la Place Jemaa El Fna et du Jardin Majorelle. Le riad est un oasis de fraicheur au coeur de la medina, disposant de plusieurs endroits pour s'apaiser et de reposer (le salon, la terrasse, le toit avec transats et hamacs). Le petit déjeuner est une belle surprise: copieux, avec des produits frais et faits maison, un délice avant d'entamer sa journée dans la belle ville de Marrakech. Merci pour votre accueil (Alain, Abdel et tous les autres membres de l'équipe) chaleureux, nous reviendrons!

First impression of the location when arriving at night was a little apprehensive, however we had no need to be . The staff are fabulous, extremely welcoming and helpful. The approach to the riad is down a small alley way. Once we had explored marrakech by day Ight we realised most were like this as they are essentially boutique hotels in area where local families live, children play and the local smile and say hello. Room - we booked the standard double l it was exactly as per the photos . Small but that was fine. Beautiful bedding and a lovely bathroom. Complete with air con which was essential . Breakfast - slightly different each morning, however a typical Moroccan breakfast of different types of breads, pancakes, honey, jam, peanut butter, fresh fruit and yoghurt, accompanied by fresh orange juice and coffee. Pool - this is essential for cooling off, Not big enough for a swim but lovely for a dip . Surrounded by lovely seating and cushions. Pool towels provided. Roof terrace - a gorgeous area, full of wonderful plants, flowers , 2 areas with sun lounges and bannocks and then a separate area with lovely sofa seating and hanging chairs . The staff really made our stay and I would definitely recommend . The are is nice and quiet too and only a couple of minute walk until you reach the start of the street full of locals shops, crafts, and food. We booked the taxi to and from the airport and the driver was excellent. We will be back

Wonderful stay at an authentic Morrocan riad. Staff were superb, attentive and friendly. Housekeeping was excellent, best I've experienced post covid. Beautiful rooftop area with views of Atlas mountains. We used the airport transport which Riad Eloise organised for us and it was well worth it, especially when arriving late at night.

Our host was very accommodating and so helpful. The Riad was quiet and had a boutique feel. The street the door was down seemed a little dirty/off the beaten path but that did not match the clean and homey inside.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Riad Eloïse du début à la fin grâce à un personnel d'une gentillesse incroyable, toujours aux petits soins, vous rendant le séjour facile et agréable. Restauration, piscine, petit déjeuner, propreté, rien à redire... Tout était nickel ! Un grand grand merci à Abdel pour ses précieux conseils, sa bonne humeur et sa gentillesse, il nous a grandement facilité le séjour. Nous reviendrons c'est certain !

En oas av lugn och skönhet – 5/5! Jag hade en fantastisk vistelse på Riad Eloise i Marrakech och kan varmt rekommendera detta underbara boende. Från det ögonblick jag klev innanför dörrarna möttes jag av en varm och genuin gästfrihet. Personalen var otroligt hjälpsam, tillmötesgående och alltid med ett leende – de gjorde verkligen det lilla extra för att min vistelse skulle bli minnesvärd. Rummet var smakfullt inrett i traditionell marockansk stil, mycket rent och bekvämt. Sängen var skön, och det fanns gott om utrymme att slappna av. Jag uppskattade särskilt den lugna atmosfären i riaden – en riktig oas mitt i den livliga medinan. Frukosten som serverades varje morgon var både god och generös, med färska råvaror och marockanska specialiteter som verkligen satte guldkant på dagen. Takterrassen var en favoritplats – perfekt för att koppla av med en kopp te och njuta av utsikten över staden. Läget var också utmärkt – tillräckligt nära för att enkelt ta sig till alla sevärdheter, men samtidigt tillräckligt avskilt för att erbjuda ro och stillhet. Jag kan inte säga annat än att Riad Eloise överträffade mina förväntningar. Det här är ett boende jag definitivt kommer tillbaka till nästa gång jag besöker Marrakech! Betyg: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ / 5

Wonderful place in the medina. All the staff starting from Alain, Abdul, Waiters, Cleaners, Chefs etc are fantastic, always with a smile and ready to help. Very Clean and Big and very Comfortable Rooam, Riad Eloise is a magic place in Marrakech and we recomend it to everybody.

The staff at the Eloise Riad were fantastic. Great attitude. Helpful and always available. They also were able to recommend places to go or eat. Walking distance to everything. The bed was extremely comfortable. Very central but stil quiet at night. Great breakfast.

First impression of the location when arriving at night was a little apprehensive, however we had no need to be . The staff are fabulous, extremely welcoming and helpful. The approach to the riad is down a small alley way. Once we had explored marrakech by day Ight we realised most were like this as they are essentially boutique hotels in area where local families live, children play and the local smile and say hello. Room - we booked the standard double l it was exactly as per the photos . Small but that was fine. Beautiful bedding and a lovely bathroom. Complete with air con which was essential . Breakfast - slightly different each morning, however a typical Moroccan breakfast of different types of breads, pancakes, honey, jam, peanut butter, fresh fruit and yoghurt, accompanied by fresh orange juice and coffee. Pool - this is essential for cooling off, Not big enough for a swim but lovely for a dip . Surrounded by lovely seating and cushions. Pool towels provided. Roof terrace - a gorgeous area, full of wonderful plants, flowers , 2 areas with sun lounges and bannocks and then a separate area with lovely sofa seating and hanging chairs . The staff really made our stay and I would definitely recommend . The are is nice and quiet too and only a couple of minute walk until you reach the start of the street full of locals shops, crafts, and food. We booked the taxi to and from the airport and the driver was excellent. We will be back

Clean room, lovely decor, friendly and helpful staff, excellent food (we booked dinner there for our first night and the breakfasts were very filling). Alain the owner helped us with our choices of what to see and do. Good, quiet location.

We were so pleased with Riad Eloise and the amazing staff. We can’t thank Alain and the staff enough for not only making sure we were comfortable and taken care of, but going above and beyond. They even fixed my wall plug that stopped working during the trip without me asking. The room was great and had AC. We enjoyed the breakfast and the scenic views from the rooftop. The host made sure to give us lots of information about Marrakesh and places to visit. We would definitely recommend this place as female-friendly (we were 2 girls and felt very safe). Would definitely come back.

En oas av lugn och skönhet – 5/5! Jag hade en fantastisk vistelse på Riad Eloise i Marrakech och kan varmt rekommendera detta underbara boende. Från det ögonblick jag klev innanför dörrarna möttes jag av en varm och genuin gästfrihet. Personalen var otroligt hjälpsam, tillmötesgående och alltid med ett leende – de gjorde verkligen det lilla extra för att min vistelse skulle bli minnesvärd. Rummet var smakfullt inrett i traditionell marockansk stil, mycket rent och bekvämt. Sängen var skön, och det fanns gott om utrymme att slappna av. Jag uppskattade särskilt den lugna atmosfären i riaden – en riktig oas mitt i den livliga medinan. Frukosten som serverades varje morgon var både god och generös, med färska råvaror och marockanska specialiteter som verkligen satte guldkant på dagen. Takterrassen var en favoritplats – perfekt för att koppla av med en kopp te och njuta av utsikten över staden. Läget var också utmärkt – tillräckligt nära för att enkelt ta sig till alla sevärdheter, men samtidigt tillräckligt avskilt för att erbjuda ro och stillhet. Staff was excellent Jossef was there for us the whole stay. Going out of his way to make our experience was a grand one. Majorly helped us with parking. They washed our clothing. Cleaned our room daily. Served a nice breakfast. The owner was helpful suggesting places to visit while in Morocco and always had a smile on his face.

The staff was incredible especially Yousef and Abdel! Very accommodating and helpful- gave us all of the information to make a great stay! Also got our laundry done which was such a relief! One thing that Expedia shows is that the riad has a gym, spa, and steam room which it does not. Other than that, great stay and excellent location. Would return!

The Riad is a diamond find which was made extra special because of the kindness and help we received from Abdel. He went out of his way to help us and make our stay in Marrakech enjoyable. The decor in the Riad is beautiful and all the staff are polite and friendly. The authentic breakfast was delicious and Abdel even got up early to prepare breakfast when we had to leave early for our flight. Everyone needs an Abdel in their life. Thanks Heidi & Si

Nous avons eu un magnifique séjour au Riad Éloise. Youssef et Abdel nous ont très bien accueillis et conseillé. [Nous vous en remercions sincèrement!]. La terrasse sur le toit est formidable et le déjeuner est délicieux. Le riad est soigneusement décoré, c’est magnifique et coloré. Choukrane bezef pour tout!

The staff is fabulous. Abdel and Youssef were always ready and willing to help with any issue. Even volunteering to walk you to a tour excursion shop or to your airport shuttle. Can thank them enough for making the stay easy and memorable. The Riad Eloise was always spotless and inviting, can't go wrong here. I do recommend getting them to arrange your shuttle to the riad, Marrakech is a maze and it'll take a while to get your bearings.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la chambre , la décoration de l’ensemble du Riad et, plus que tout, la gentillesse, la disponibilité et la serviabilité du personnel ( Alain et Youcef notamment ) . The street down to the Riad seemed a little dirty but once you got into the Riad, it was a beautiful place in the Medina. Was greeted by abdel who did a Wonderful job settling us in. The breakfast was amazing with fresh breads, dips and freshly squeezed juices daily. All the staff including the cleaning teams and chefs work very hard and are very friendly. Would definitely recommend this place.

Our host was very accommodating and so helpful. The Riad was quiet and had a boutique feel. The street the door was down seemed a little dirty/off the beaten path but that did not match the clean and homey inside.

Lovingly restored riad in the medina... why stay in hotel which could be anywhere, when you can get an authentic taste of old Marrakesh? Close to everything, but not TOO close so you can escape from the hustle and bustle of the souks. Alain was a most gracious host, with lots of essential advice on navigating the tangle of streets, what to do, and just as important, what not to do. Lovingly restored riad in the medina... why stay in hotel which could be anywhere, when you can get an authentic taste of old Marrakesh? Close to everything, but not TOO close so you can escape from the hustle and bustle of the souks. Alain was a most gracious host, with lots of essential advice on navigating the tangle of streets, what to do, and just as important, what not to do. Genuinely friendly and warm staff, Yusuf and Abdel both were happy to help with anything... and in Marrakech, one needs some help, at least the first time. Nous avons posé nos bagages quelques jours dans le riad d'Alain qui dès notre arrivée nous a mis à l'aise: accueil avec un thé et partage de toutes les bonnes adresses et choses à faire. L'endroit est calme, reposant, et parfaitement situé, à proximité des souks, et à une vingtaine de minutes de marche de la Place Jemaa El Fna et du Jardin Majorelle. Le riad est un oasis de fraicheur au coeur de la medina, disposant de plusieurs endroits pour s'apaiser et de reposer (le salon, la terrasse, le toit avec transats et hamacs). Le petit déjeuner est une belle surprise: copieux, avec des produits frais et faits maison, un délice avant d'entamer sa journée dans la belle ville de Marrakech. Merci pour votre accueil (Alain, Abdel et tous les autres membres de l'équipe) chaleureux, nous reviendrons!

Clean room, lovely decor, friendly and helpful staff, excellent food (we booked dinner there for our first night and the breakfasts were very filling). Alain the owner helped us with our choices of what to see and do. Good, quiet location.

We had a wonderful four-days vacation at Riad Eloise in June. The rooms are nice and the rooftop terrasse is lovely. The swimmingpool is very little, and it's at the first floor, but it is possible to have a bath. The staff were very nice. The breakfast was typical for Marocco, and you can buy omelett in addition. It takes approximately 15-20 minutes to walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa, but the shops in the souks is right around the corner. It is several good restaurants close by. We felt safe in the area, and we enjoyed to see how the locals lived in the neighborhood.

My room was cleaning up everyday and they give highquality cosmetic product (shower gel, shampoo etc.) Both owner and workers were friendly and helpfull. Youssef is the Best man I thank to him for welcoming and helpfull attitude. The place is really good designed furnitured. Riad eloise is close to all touristic area.

The Riad was clean and comforting. The front desk was helpful upon checking, giving us tips and pricing guides when shopping. The Riad’s location is a plus. We were able to walk to souks, restaurants and all the popular landmarks! I would recommend this Riad to anyone looking to spend a few days in Marrakech. Decor has been curated to fit the Riad really nicely. We didn’t get a chance to swim in the pool, but I definitely recommend anyone who is planning on staying. Daily Moroccan style breakfast is provided and it’s deliciously filling.

Warm welkom gekregen van Ahmed. Hele fijne kamer, voor hoe heet het is in de stad, is het echt lekker koel in de kamer. Wel wat gehorig, maar dat kan je denk ik ook verwachten in een Riad. Goed ontbijt met elke dag een lekker vers kopje thee
