We stayed in one of the apartments across the street that are supposed to be great for families with a bit more space and a small kitchen. We are repeat guests of this hotel for many years. The floor was very dirty and stained our feet and socks black, even after asking for it to be cleaned after the first day when we noticed.

The airport shuttle was quick, convenient, and made our arrival and departure stress-free. Since I had early morning activities planned, the hotel thoughtfully prepared a to-go breakfast for me, which was both convenient and greatly appreciated. The front desk staff was amazing and went above and beyond to help us sign up for the Tikal tour. Their assistance made the process easy and seamless. Although I didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool, it looked beautiful and very inviting. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff was very unhelpful! Loud construction and no privacy , workers can see right into the bathroom! Very uncomfortable, waking up to load banging noise, also the dust from the construction coming into the rooms making it hard to breath .Be aware !!

Ok question are u looking for a room with fridge, microwave and more room then get the apartment. If u just want a room closer to the pool and restaurant get a room they have single and double beds not to big but bigger restrooms. Very close to the lake. So visually very nice sunset amazing. Overall great hotel would definitely come back
