GHL Hotel Club el Puente

Everything was excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive, the room was spotless, and the facilities were very well maintained. The restaurant had great options and the pool area was perfect for relaxing. Definitely a great place to rest and enjoy a quiet stay.

I booked a night on this hotel, but I was really disappointed, I was traveling from another city far away when I arrived there to check in around 10:30 am, I was not able to check in because they were not available rooms, so we had to wait some hours in the lobby, but during the hour we were waiting other costumer were doing check in before me, and the treat was different to them, they were welcoming them with a free cocktail, I was very tired cause I'd been having long traveling, and they checking in to me around 3:20 pm, after all this process I was in the pool, when I try to go to the games zone to play ping pong all the area was close , i really got upset cause in the page doesn’t said the entertainment area close too early, i already knew the pool was closing at 9 pm but literally everything in the hotel was close

Great spot, lovely pool and good food!

The breakfast are excellent, the personal service excellent, the walking area outside must be clean.
