Great stay overall! The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff were welcoming and consistently greeted us with a smile, creating a warm and pleasant atmosphere. The only drawback was the air conditioner. It was quite loud whenever it switched on from fan to cooling mode, which could be disruptive at times.

The stay was great. However neighborhood is rough. I wish there would’ve been more information ahead of time - there is an adjacent parking lot to the hotel that I paid for as it appears to be part of the hotel. However not only was it not, the staff quickly told me that it was a dangerous part of town and that they recommended not leaving my vehicle in that lot. Unfortunately I had to pay twice for parking as a result of my mistake but I was glad the staff was so upfront of the petty crime surrounding the hotel.

Our room was beautiful and very clean. The only downside was for me was the bowl sink which has no stopper. The lobby looked beautiful but we only stayed overnight and parked in parade which opens into the elevator hall so didn’t see much of it. The Hub dining room was very nice but can’t comment too much on food as we just had nachos/dip and chicken fingers. They were delicious! Would definitely stay again!

Our room was ready when we arrived to check in .. we knew we were early but most hotels accommodate you for early check-in .. although our room was ready for us, we had to pay $20 extra to check in early. Hotel itself was great.

No problem with the cleanliness of the room/hotel. Friendly staff. Need to make some minor repairs. For example, the tub did not drain properly. There was a puddle of water as I showered. The toilet did not flush properly. Small things, but noticeable. Lastly, the jets did not work on the hot tub and I noticed there were several tub tiles missing on the hot tub which made the whole hot tub e experience subpar.
