Such a unique little hotel! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. It was the perfect place to stay and within a short walk to the arena for the SKZ concert. The room was very cozy and I liked the design and decor. The rooms did have thinner walls and I could hear some noise from the other tenants and from outside but it didn’t bother me much at all, they had earplugs in the room if needed! I also appreciate that they offered a couple of drink tokens and had some nice nonalcoholic choices on the menu. The cheese truck outside was a nice surprise too! I enjoyed chatting with the owner and sampling cheese before making my choice. I definitely want to stay again sometime.

This property is a converted ice house. It has a very peaceful and funky vibe. It has a more casual feeling than a chain hotel. We went down for our complimentary drink and many people were having a drink and listening to a jazz that was playing from vinyl There was one downside - the room was small. It is not a luxury hotel but with the funky vibe, I would stay there again.

Did like the history of the building and it was converted from a production plant into a hotel. Love the fact it was a small hotel with just a handful of rooms. Very private. Staff was great!!! Check in and lobby area was small, but its a small hotel so...Would have loved to have a pool or hot tub.

The hotel is basic very basic. The staff are great very accommodating in every way that they can. The bar was a lot of fun we really enjoyed the music and entertainment. The multiple outside sitting areas are great the fire pit was lovely this hotel has a lot of great spaces to be enjoyed . But there is no closet or luggage rack. In the room. There is No place to do hair and makeup other than the small bathroom mirror. The bathroom counter is very small . Not enough space to put your things. The bathroom floor flooded with both showers. The floors could use some type of covering the cement is very cold. No coffee pot or microwave in the rooms. . There are a few steps to get to the elevators but no ramps. No luggage cart to get your stuff up to your room. So we had to make multiple trips to get all of our things upstairs.

Sadly, the room was gross. Thick layers of dust on the walls, the ac vent, the outlets, it was gross. Even the tray that the water & cups were sitting on was covered in dust. We won’t be back.

This is the perfect stay in Fort Worth - the property is better than the pictures. The staff was incredibly friendly and the hotel is sparkling clean. I look forward to staying here for future trips to Fort Worth.

My room wasnt ready when i checkin in. This place looks nice kn the photos but is essentially a motel 6. They HVAC is super noisy, they rooms have never beeb dusted, i had soiled towels in my bathroom, the tv was super small and at an awkward angle to the bed. No microwave in the room and the fridge barely kept this cool. I highly recommend staying anywhere else.

Close to Dickies Arena, would be a great place to stay if you’re attending a show there. Cool vibes here, enjoyed the bar & morning coffee. My first room bathroom was not clean & ROKU TV remote didn’t work, but staff moved me to a different room for the 2nd night of my stay. Comfortable bed, big shower, quiet at night. Convenient bae camp to explore Ft Worth from.

Cute boutique hotel with boho vibe. Clean rooms. Very small rooms with full size beds. A bit tight for 2 people with 2 suitcases. The A/C unit was a bit loud and kept waking me up. Good parking. Coffee was terrible. Overall worth the price though.

Perfect stay if you’re seeing a show at Dickies arena! 5 minute walk. Nice clean rooms big shower with great water pressure! Miss the in room coffee option however. The downstairs coffee was room temp so that’s really my only complaint!

Love the atmosphere. Bar was great and staff was wonderful. The room, however, was terribly small. Bed was pretty small. And the corners of the bed stick out so far my husband hit his knee.

Keep in mind that the rooms are minimalist. No closet, no bathroom counter, but great beds, linens, and THE BEST shower we have ever had in a motel! Best location if you are going to a concert at Dickies arena.

The place was odd but ok. The lobby smelled weird and the check-in was kind of hidden around the corner and the person was dressed in sloppy clothes, like a HS student would dress. The room was fine but stark, concrete floors. The bed was comfy and shower was amazing but the AC was awful. It felt like I was on take-off in a plane for the entire night. Also, when you turned on the bathroom light, it got even louder. All in all, it was an odd stay.

The room and bathroom were clean and it is walking distance from Dickies arena. It is loud- concrete floors and exterior walkways echo loud guests. The hipster rug curtain does not block light and lots of little outlet lights to cover. It’s “accessible” but awkwardly so.

The hotel has a great bar and the ambiance was nice. But, the room was smaller than expected. There wasnt a closet to hang clothers just some wood hooks on the wall. Also, the room didnt come with an iron or coffee maker. The location was easy to find and in a perfect location. It was clean and trendy. The shower was my favorite part of the room.

Unfortunately, when we went to check in, they could not find our reservation that I had made almost a year prior for a conference. Thankfully, they had one room available for that night. We had to spend hours trying to find somewhere else to stay the rest of the weekend. They made it right though & let us stay there for free that one night plus two nice cocktails at the bar. This is a very cool & different place to stay! A little bit noisy because the public hangs out at the bar too, but it was neat & fun.

I thought the property was very affordable, had its own unique style of decor, and was clean. My only problem is that they don’t have an overnight attendant, so if you lock yourself out of your room after 11pm, you end up having to sleep in your car (if you are fortunate enough to have your car keys), which is exactly what I had to do. There was no way to contact someone with the hotel between 11pm and 7am.

I think they’re still trying to find their groove, a few things felt a little off about the service and way things were done, like when the bar closed they made my friend and I leave the patio and go back up to our room. Positives: Parking was fine. The room was clean. Amazing shower! The staff was friendly. Close to Dickies Arena which was the main reason why we wanted to stay. Areas of opportunity: The lock didn't work on the front door so we had to rely on the door stopper at the top of the door from the inside. Two different people opened our door w/o knocking. 1. Both instances left us feeling very uncomfortable & violated. Imagine someone coming into your room unannounced. There was a slow drain in the bathroom sink. We only had 1 light working in the bedroom. Apparently we needed a key card to operate the lights but that was never explained. It's an older hotel so some things could've been overlooked but entering a guests room without knocking is unacceptable. Still don't understand the miscommunication about the room not being occupied. Because it was only for 1 night, we made it work however we will not be staying at this hotel again.

I stayed the day before Thanksgiving and Dee made my stay feel like he was a part of my family. Dee should be the face of Hotel Dryce. I can't express enough how welcome Dee made me feel. This place is perfect for a night or two. I recommend Dryce if you're going to a concert and once you meet Dee; you'll agree that he is the MAN!!!!

The staff was amazing, very friendly and easy check-in. Bar area and outside space was nice, safe area around the hotel and a convenient location to get around Fort Worth. The room was clean, free parking, free Wi-Fi. I live in the Dallas area and when I stay in Fort Worth I will pick this gem every time. You won't be disappointed!

Check in was easy. They had water and popcorn. Nice lobby bar. Property reminded me of an old motel court that had been renovated to a Southwestern/Austin asthetic. Elevator and stairs available to rooms. Hallways not enclosed so quite chilly walk to room! Rooms are sparse and modern. Bed comfortable. Pillows not. Small fridge in room. Very loud fan attached to only bathroom light. Terrible quality bath towels that definitely need an upgrade . Somewhat insulated to outside a sounds. Overall room could use a deep clean. Great location directly across from Dickies Arena.

I loved it, was fantastic, every room smelt clean and looked pristine, everything was chic and modern and loved the bar vibes and furniture throughout, will be back next time in Fort Worth, was also about a 5 minute walk to Dickies Arena which was super practical

Loved the location - super convenient to what I needed for the weekend. Modern/updated room. Not many dining options at the hotel directly but several restaurants within walking distance. Museums, etc., within walking distance also.

I was very pleased with our stay at The Hotel Dryce! I think the best part was that parking was so easy, and it is so close to Dickies Arena and the Will Rogers area. Also close to the highway. Very nice place. The staff was very nice and helpful and the rooms were clean and nice. Would definitely stay again! I prefer places like this over major chains.

Cute boutique hotel with boho vibe. Clean rooms. Very small rooms with full size beds. A bit tight for 2 people with 2 suitcases. The A/C unit was a bit loud and kept waking me up. Good parking. Coffee was terrible. Overall worth the price though.

Perfect stay if you’re seeing a show at Dickies arena! 5 minute walk. Nice clean rooms big shower with great water pressure! Miss the in room coffee option however. The downstairs coffee was room temp so that’s really my only complaint!

I liked the funky open air boutique hotel vibe, which is refreshing for me as a person who stays at a lot of hotels. The couch and decor of the room was perfect for me. I would recommend offering a continental breakfast since the place is not equipped with restaurant facilities. It would be a basic option to provide people who don't feel like driving away to get food in the morning. I would also recommend getting the staff on the same page in terms of the check-out time which is 11:00 am instead of 10:00 am. And to confirm there is housekeeping with a two night stay. I would also suggest using a scented candle at check-in since there was an ash aroma coming from the bar area which is not as inviting. And clean up the clutter on the floor behind the counter. Check-in is a critical first impression that is long lasting. A southern down-home smile welcoming you in goes a long way.

I like coffee when I wake up. The coffee station is the only thing offered on the property in the morning and you can't get it until 7am and it was a pitiful setup.

If you are going to a concert at Dickie’s Arena this is the best place to stay. guests get free beer, wine and champagne at the hotel bar and it is a three minute walk. The rooms were simple but clean and it felt like a safe well area of town.

Paid around $470 for one night, to Rush at Dickies Arena. Room was extremely small. Shower hardware leaked and sprayed water on to bathroom floor through shower door. Towels were awful, thin with holes, and needed to be replaced. The worst I have ever encountered in a hotel. No ice machine and in room coffee was a joke, only a tea pot for water and a paper filter and a small jar of weak, unidentified coffee. This was way too complicated when you need coffee in the am. Blanket on bed was super scratchy. It made my Navy Ship standard issue blanket seem luxurious in comparison. I regretted staying here. The convenience of the location did not make up for all the deficiencies. I wish we had stayed at our usual Hampton Hotel down the road.
