We arrived at the hotel at around 8:00 p.m. and accessed the reception using the PIN code we had received in advance. The key to our room had been left for us, making the self-check-in process simple and convenient. Unfortunately, as soon as we entered the room, we were met by a very strong and unpleasant sewage smell coming from the bathroom. Keeping the bathroom door closed helped reduce the odour in the bedroom, but the smell remained overwhelming. As a result, we were unable to use the bathroom at all during our stay, which was a major inconvenience. Unfortunately, there was no receptionist on duty that evening, so it was not possible to report the problem immediately or request another room. We therefore had no choice but to remain in the room despite the unusable bathroom. Apart from this issue, the room itself was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The bed was comfortable, and the overall standard of cleanliness was good. One minor issue was that the TV remote control did not work because the batteries were flat. A final point for future guests is that breakfast must be booked separately. We were not given the option to add breakfast during the booking process. Although this is mentioned in the property description, it is easy to overlook, especially as one of the main photos prominently features what appears to be an attractive breakfast buffet. We found this somewhat misleading and believe the breakfast arrangement

Hyggeligt og velholdt. Fin morgenmad.

Vi havde kun booket en enkelt overnatning uden morgenmad. Familieværelse med god plads, dog drøn varmt. Stedet virkede slidt og det lille køleskab på værelse var beskidt og slet ikke koldt. Dog pæne og rene senge samt badeværelse, dog ingen tryk på vandet i bruseren.

O check in foi um pouco difícil devido a não termos recebido o código para pegar as chaves. Veja isso com antecedência para não ter problemas na chegada, não encontrei o e-mail que eles enviaram, porém o atendente respondeu rápido passando as informações. Estava chovendo era noite e tudo fica mais dificil. O quarto é confortável.
