The rooms were comfortable and spacious, however, The natural light was very limited. Also, there was no lobby or common area.

The highlight of this property is its location.3-4 minutes to/from Termini station is the part. There is a small elevator makes moving luggage up and down a lot easier. The 24 hour front desk was also a plus. The only downside is the room suite door keeps hitting the floor making loud sound.

We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is very close to Roma Termini. After arriving by bus from the airport, you can reach the hotel on foot in 4-5 minutes. That's the best part. The hotel has no visible signage. It has small writing and we had difficulty seeing it. The rooms are large enough. Although it seemed clean, there were hairs on the bed and the shower cabin in the bathroom was not cleaned well. There are a lot of homeless people in the area where the hotel is located, and this can be disturbing and unsafe, especially when returning to the hotel late in the evening (after 23:00). In terms of location, it is close to Rome Termini, other than that, walking distance to everywhere is 25 minutes or more. Therefore, I would not choose to stay in this area again. The gentleman at the reception was friendly and helpful. Air conditioning was working. The temperature and pressure of the water in the bathroom were good. The bed was comfortable.

The hotel is smaller than anticipated. Entry was difficult to find with little signage. Room was tiny and bathroom was barely large enough for my husband to move around in. Would say the largest benefit was the proximity to the central train station (esp. if you have luggage to carry with you to the hotel). Overall not a bad stay, just very much a 3 star minimalist boutique-style hotel.

Es demasiado pequeño, de hecho, fue difícil encontrarlo porque por el exterior no se ve como hotel, se ve como una casa simple. Al ingresar es demasiado pequeño y en la recepción sólo cabía una persona, pero al ingresar a las habitaciones estaban remodeladas con un diseño moderno, amplias y muy limpias. Lo malo es que el elevador se descompuso el día del check out y tuvimos que bajar las maletas desde el 3er piso y no había nadie quién pudiera ayudarnos.

Only a half-block walk from the train station. Many Rome attractions are within a 20 minute walking distance. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. The elevator is tiny but adequate.

It was close to the train station. The guy at the desk was very kind. The girl the second day not so much. Had AC and had an elevator but the 3 of is didn’t fit in it at once (we are normal sized) and it is very slow.

We stayed 2 nights. It’s convenience, safe and clean. Tons of restaurant options around. Hotel entrance with secured gate and expect monitoring 24 hours base.

The hotel is ok. It is very clean. We had issues with the A/C almost every night simply because they turn it off. We had to look for someone to turn it back on. One night we were sweating bullets because there was no one to help us.Late at night the water was tepid but not hot. The Restaurant next door is very good (its the same owners) It is located in a super centric area. There is no lobby or common area. BEWARE at TERMINI STATION it is very UNSAFE. Lots of pick pocketers. Have your purses and bags totally closed and always in front of you.

We stayed in this property for three nights in the middle of July. The hotel is in a good location near the Termini station and lots of shops/restaurants nearby. But neither of the main tourist attractions are walkable, You need either the metro or the bus. We used the bus and avoided metro (to avoid pickpocketing). Contrary to the other reviews, we found the areas safe and walkable even at night. We were dining out around 10/11 in nearby restaurants and never felt unsafe or encountered any issue. Couple of comments on the property: the elevator is quite outdated and quite small, It does not fit more than three person without any luggage. Second, the hotel does not have any option to get iron even on request. They do have laundry service but is quite expensive. The room (triple) was spacious. But it lacked basic amenities (like facial tissues or small bottled body wash or shampoo/conditioner, plastic glass or regular glass for drinking water) that you normally get in north American hotels. I would consider it as a 2-star hotels, not a 3-start ones as claimed.

We were greeted with excellent location ideas and a clean room and access information. The hotel was a block away from the train station and within walking distance for all our Rome activities.

Das Hotel ist ein typisches drei Sterne Hotel. Unser Badezimmer war leider schimmlig, aber nach kurzer Beanstandung bekamen wir ein anderes Zimmer, wenn auch die junge Frau an der Rezeption deshalb ziemlich grantig war. Es liegt aber sehr zentral am Bahnhof und man kommt auch gut zu den jeweiligen Sehenswürdigkeiten, jedoch merkt man das es das Bahnhofsviertel ist. Es ist sehr schmutzig und Abends sehr laut. Das Lokal daneben, mit dem authentischen Besitzer, entschädigt jedoch einiges. Sehr gute Küche mit einem Besitzer der sich um das wohl der Gäste kümmert. Zusammengefasst war es Ok, mehr aber auch nicht.

This hotel has a lot of positives. It is conveniently located near termini station and a lot of restaurants. The room was very clean, AC worked great, and the shower was wonderful. The employees are very patient and kind including the young man at the front desk and a nice lady that cleaned my room.

The hotel had a good room, it was nice and clean. The downside was that we were unexpectedly forced to pay the city tax in cash, and we had very little cash on us because we didn’t expect this. Also, the area didn’t feel safe.

Key question: Would you stay there again? My answer is "probably". Good location near Termini train/metro station and tour bus stops, with many shops and restaurants close by. I would call this a 3* property though. Rooms are smaller than the pictures show; ours only had room for one nightstand. The cold water in the sink ran hot for almost a minute (a strange quirk) and the A/C was an on/off thing with no temperature control (temperature setting was OK except it was very humid so felt too warm most of the time).

I really wanted to like this place, it’s conveniently located by Termini station. The rooms are nice, spacious with high ceilings but the washroom and shower is quite small. We had to ask for the air conditioning to be turned on when it was scorching out, and treated us like a nuisance when we asked. The girl seemed annoyed with us… not exactly friendly. The area is kinda sketchy at night compared to other parts of Rome. This wasn’t the best stay out of our two weeks in Italy.

First thing have euros on hand to pay a room tax fee. Credit card not accepted only cash-euros. The room was located on a busy street with street lights streaming in at night and noise from people, cars, and motorcycles.

The AC did not work well (room 305) and had to ask for toilet paper.

Small underwhelming lobby on a block that isn't the nicest but located conveniently close to the train station. My room had no windows and no controls on the AC but was clean and comfortable. For a one night stay on my way home, it served its purpose.

Horrible hotel. The only plus is that Roma Termini is nearby. I complained multiple times about an “emergency” light in the hallway in my room that is on 24/7 it is a bright LED light that illuminates the whole room. I called and complained to reception. They came up the first night and were able to turn off the breaker leading to that light. The second night it came back on and stayed on the entire night. I called again, and the guy told me he was going to come. He said he already showed how to turn the breaker off I told him I tried that and it’s not working. Finally came up and realized that and it was not working. He told me there was nothing that he could do about it. There was no other vacant rooms that he could switch me too. He said he had to deal with it we were unable to sleep for the six nights, so we stay in the hotel due to this bright light sea images to see that illuminate the whole room and points directly at the bed. The bed is super uncomfortable for like a hard cardboard material. The only thing I can say is good iss that the housekeeper is very sweet and thorough and cleaning the rooms. They’re very clean. Never recommending this Hotel.

Primeira vez em Roma e gostei bastante da hospedagem! O quarto era bom, espaçoso e confortável. O mais legal é que, mesmo sem ter aquela plaquinha de “limpar o quarto ou não”, eles faziam a limpeza todos os dias, trocavam as toalhas e deixavam tudo bem arrumado, um cuidado que fez bastante diferença. A localização também é ótima, próxima à estação Termini, o que facilitou muito o deslocamento. Há bastante comércio e restaurantes por perto. Achei a região um pouco mais periférica em comparação a outras partes da cidade, mas o local é tranquilo e seguro. Gostamos muito do atendimento de um dos rapazes da recepção, infelizmente não perguntamos o nome dele. Foi super prestativo, percebeu que éramos brasileiros e fez questão de falar em português conosco. Ainda nos mostrou no mapa os principais pontos turísticos da cidade. Muito simpático, está de parabéns! Por outro lado, a moça da recepção não foi tão simpática. Fomos em outro dia para pagar a taxa municipal e ela não tinha troco, reclamou e ficou de cara fechada. Meu esposo acabou trocando o dinheiro por educação. Achei chato, porque foi o único dos quatro países que visitamos em que a taxa só podia ser paga em dinheiro, e o valor não é tão baixo para precisar estar com esse montante em espécie. De qualquer forma, recomendo a hospedagem, principalmente pela localização, pela limpeza e pelo atendimento do rapaz. E vale muito a pena jantar no restaurante ao lado,o senhor italiano que atende é super simpático e acolhedor!

Great location to Metro. Luca was a great host. Showed us how to get around and also saved us when Viatour canceled our ride to the port 60 minutes before they were supposed to pick us up. Can't thank him enough

3連泊しました。2名で宿泊していて3日目にバスタオルの交換が1枚しかなかったのでフロントに言いに行ったら、横柄な女性スタッフに部屋番号を聞かれ、不意に思い出せなかったので名前を言いましたがそっぽを向いて無視。仕方がないので部屋に戻って確認し再度言いに行ったら、今度はそっぽを向いたまま「impossible」のひと言。ひとり1日1枚タオルの交換が条件ですよねってさすがに怒っていったら大きなため息をついて仕方なく1階上の倉庫に取りに行って投げるように渡されました。非常に気分の悪い思いをしました。 チェックイン時の（おそらくメインスタッフの）2名は非常に親切に周辺の案内などしてくれたのに最終日に悲しい思いをしました。 あと、シャワールームは水の仕切りがなくて床まで水浸しになるのと、シャワーのお湯は1人分くらいでなくなって水になる。 何より最終日のスタッフの対応が最低。

Todo muy bien,solo destacar la mala actitud y predisposicion de la mujer que estaba en la recepcion cusndo retire las valijas,abrio la puerta con el pulsador automatico y se fue sin controlar si pude salir con las valijas,no habia podido salir el tren se me iba ,la llame ya que se habia ido y en forma muy maleducada respondio que ya habia abierto y no volvia solo eze aspecto negativo,que no es menor cuando estas por tomar el tren y necesitas llegar,muy desagradable su actitud

Your staff was not friendly or helpful when the fridge did not work for 2 days. I suggest your front desk staff be more friendly to guests. This was quite disturbing to me. The fridge was fixed only when they saw the negative review.

We had an issue with the room, and the guy (fat, short, older) instead being reasonable and listen to our concern, he absolutely went off the walls, he started yelling and screaming, and just going nuts. It was almost comical, I was mind blown by his behaviour. The staff that works for him we very nice when we checked in, so if you don’t run in to that idiot it could a decent stay.

Próximo a estação Termini o que foi um ponto vantajoso para hospedar. A poucos metros da Brasília Maggiore. Ao chegar ficamos apreensivos com a localização. A noite muitos usuários pela redondeza. Mas correu tudo bem. Durante o dia muito movimento nas ruas.

For us, the location was perfect as right next to the station. However did feel a little dodgy late at night so be aware. Hotel staff weren’t the friendliest or most helpful. Room was excellent

Die Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof war spürbar. Alles ziemlich dreckig, viele Bettler und Straßenhändler.

This hotel was perfect for all my needs. It was a few minutes walk from public transportation and historic sites.

I was at this hotel with my wife 2 nights, Sept 24th & 25th 2024. This hotel is very close the the main train station on a quiet street. The room was very nice and clean. It is a family run hotel and had several interactions with the father and especially the son who helped and solved any issues very quickly. I recommend eating at their restaurant attached as food was very good at a reasonable price. The owner and tall waiter were funny and entertaining. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. Have no negative comments and will stay here again if I ever go back to Rome. Thanks Clarence & Wendy from Ottawa Canada

Very convenient to the Roma Termini train station. The family that owns this property is very welcoming. The father is very friendly and gives you first class service when serving the breakfast included with the room. The cappuchinos were fantastic. They also own a restaurant that has fabulous food for an extremely reasonable price.

Room was well cleaned and despite it being very hot in Rome, it was a relatively cool room overnight and slept well. Very close to Roma Termini, so easy to get the buses and trains to places. Hotel staff were pleasant and the food at the restaurant next door (where you claim your free breakfast) was good. The free breakfast was a bit light for me, some free hot food would have been better. The staff at this restaurant were also very nice.

Spacious and well lit room. Staff was very accommodating. The adjoining restaurant, where the included continental breakfast was served, was excellent for dinner. Convenient location.
