Reception was warm and very helpful. Room was cleaner than any other motel we've stayed at. Perfect for bringing along our dog too. Sound proof and pet friendly!

I've been going to the Roger's Motel periodically over the past 40 years. During our last visit we had a super clean and comfortable room. Really love the convenience of the in-room fridge and microwave, and the chairs outside the rooms is a nice touch. There are also places to sit on their huge lawn. The rates are always very reasonable, and the location isn't too far from the downtown area (which is full of free parking). Would recommend this motel, and will definitely be back.

Super quiet, comfy bed, great parking right at the door, and the staff are genuinely kind people—not the fake “customer service voice” kind either. Everything feels well taken care of, and you can tell they actually care about the place. Perfect little stop if you’re passing through Smiths Falls or need somewhere affordable but clean and comfortable to crash. Definitely would stay again!

The room was spotless, you could also see where it had been updated not that long ago. Check in was very smooth. There was nothing to negative about our stay.

This is an older motel but the rooms have been updated with new furniture, flooring, etc. It was very comfortable. The bathrooms are quite small.

I had high hopes for this motel considering all the great reviews I saw prior to booking our room. Much to my disappointment, our room was right beside someone who I assume lives in the motel full-time or was just mentally unstable as there was constant banging and moving of furniture until past 2 AM. They also kept going in and out of their room loudly. Noisy plumbing (someone in the motel drained their bathtub i assume at 1am), it sounded like a flood was coming through our walls, the noisy heat system that turned on every half hour loudly and the refrigerator coming on on top of that, I absolutely did not sleep whatsoever. Finally, as soon as the sun came up , we packed our things and were out of there immediately. Either our room was the crappiest there was in that motel or all those reviews we read were all fake. I don"t even know if the shower had any pressure, because we didn't even bother taking the time to shower before we left. We just wanted to be out of there. I seriously went back online to read the reviews again when I was wide awake at 3:30 AM to see if I was crazy.Because I was sure this motel should have lived up to our standards. The only good thing I can say was it was clean but absolutely outdated. The outlets beside the bed didn't even provide enough power to charge our phones, and the TV doesn't even have a remote to control the volume.So you need to get up to change the volume on the tv. Overall had to be the worst stay I have ever had.

Acouple minor things that were worn out. Mattress was abit to hard for me but over all i would stay here again.

The room was very clean and nicely appointed. The staff was extremely friendly. The only negative thing was that the bathroom was dated but it was also extremely clean. An incredible value. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The room had a newer feel to it but very small. All in all it was clean and acceptable. I however am not rating it highly as I was DOUBLE CHARGED by Expedia (which was supposed to be RESERVATION ONLY) and pay at Motel then I got charged by Expedia also. A man phoned me the next day asking me for my CC number saying his "son" at the check-in desk the day before had double charged me. I said I would verufy once I got home as I was driving and had no way of confirming WHO was phoning me and IF I had been double charged. When I got home I checked and yes there are 2 charges on my CC I tried going through Expedia CHAT HELP TWICE got disconnected but hey said the motel denied charging me ANYTHING at all. Then I was again disconnected from CHAT HELP so I gave up and am now disputing the charge directly with my CC. Since neither Expedia nor the Motel seem to want to own up to the fact that I was charged twice for the same room for one night. BTW there is NO breakfast included. Cleanliness I give 5/5 Checking-in was polite and quick 5/5 BASIC for sleeping and cheap option compared to some others. If it wasn;t for the DOUBLE CHARGE I would be leaving a much better rating.
