Apartamento con 1 dormitorio para 2 personas

Amazing apartment right in the old town. Yes, you need to go up a few steps but the views down to the street below are great. One minus though, the shower was fixed with a cable tie making it impossible to stand underneath as it was moving down constantly.

- The place was very damp so we never got comfortable. - Outdated facilities and a lot of things were out of order (e.g. the remote for the air conditioning/ heating unit, one of the air conditioner, etc.) - Probably a lot of hotels/ apartments in Dubrovnik are the same, but so many stairs to climb, and problematic with luggage. (No help was provided) - Didn't realise how little contact/help would be provided. (In Split, we stayed in a similar settings where the owner had the apartments as a secondary source of income, however he met and greet us from where our taxi dropped us off, and carried our luggage and checked us in and out in person.) - on the day of checkout, all electricity and water got cut off about 10 minutes prior to the checkout end time. (Not sure if it's a standard for Dubrovnik, but certainly not a greatest thing to experience - made us feel like rushed out the door as money making has been completed.) - we left our luggage in the hallway (we learnt that there's no secure storage only one we got there) as our bus was in the late afternoon. The front door key was changed and there was no reception obviously and the owner was uncontactable. Luckily after 10-20 minutes of banging the door for help, one of the guests heard us and let us in to collect our bags. We almost missed our bus, and that could have had a huge impact to our plan (we would have missed correcting flights next day, etc.).

The property was not bad but too way up! The state of it is not bad but a bit okd. The matress is not good. One of the AC units was not working. Not bad for a short stay anyway

The apartment was located closer [but still several steps down] to the top of the steps. It was very clean. The water pressure was excellent. The water heater would run out of hot water ... so my suggestion is to wet down, soap up, and then rinse off ... and then there was plenty of hot water. Pack light. You will definitely get your daily steps in seeing the sites of Dubrovnik.

Apartment was a nice size with a separate bedroom. Besides a small cooktop and refrigerator, there was a clothes washing machine(but no detergent), kettle and microwave. Other reviews meant we were well aware of the stairs leading to the property so no surprises there.

No soap or shampoo tv not working i will take a shower at my next hotel

Great location inside Old City Dubrovnik! Be advised if your are hauling heavy luggage...you wil get a great workout schlepping up and down many stairs. Comfortable 1-bedroom apartment with mini-frig, microwave, toaster, water kettle, dishes. We would stay again.

Great perfect location. Has everything you need. Super great host and clear easy instructions and communication. Be aware of steps in old town to get to apartment they are high and plentiful. Also ration your hot water and watch the tank meter.

The location of this property was great. It was right in the old town but is up a steep flight of stairs. The kitchen was not well equipped. There was only one glass and not many utensils, one knife etc. the pans that were there were not in great shape. The kitchen felt very dirty. The bedroom was a good size but the dresser was broken. The apartment was very unique and it was nice being close to the old town.

We were very pleased with the accommodation excellent lovely place to stay lovely comfortable bed , the telly signal was hit or miss need to be very fit for the steps outside the apartment going up and down, got most the facilities a kettle , microwave, hairdryer, washing machine but broken when we were there, sink , shower etc

The place is strategic enough that we cant complaint at all. Getting to the place can be easier via Buza Gate. Coming from Pile gate maybe tougher :) Backpack is highly recommended unless you want to feel the challenge in bringing up your big luggage :p House can be better if the house odour is eliminated and sticky flooring. Other than that, everything was perfect and we will still recommend this place if you are visiting Dubrovnik!

Quarto limpo, mas alfomadas do quarto estavam sujas e encostadas no travesseiro limpo. Travesseiro pode ser desconfortável para alguns. Não tinha muitos utensílios para quem cozinha e não tinha muitos produtos de limpeza.

Muy buen apartamento. Limpio y con todo lo necesario. Eché de menos una escoba y que retiraran la basura algún día (estuve 4 noches allí). Muchas escaleras para llegar, pero Dubrovnik es así, con escaleras pero precioso.

This property is very basic. Two light bulbs went while I was there. There was only one toilet roll so I had to buy more. It was damp. There was the beginning of black mould on the walls, the bedding and eventually my clothes became damp. On the upside it was right in the centre of the old walled city. A minutes walk from cafes, bars and the most beautiful beaches and busy Medieval city. It is also located up a very steep flight of ancient steps. Be prepared to carry your luggage up these steps. Make sure you know where the apartment is before you start walking as you don't want to be walking up and down more than you need to. You will die of a heat attack!!!

Room 2 is also next to the front door, which is noisy when people enter/leave. Location is fantastic, in the heart of Dubrovnik Old Town. Lots of street stairs to get to the apartment, but that is to be expected in the old town. Reasonably priced so would recommend.

It was good for sleeping, quite small but we were out and about all day! There’s a million stairs so beware. Also, the recommended parking is EXTREMELY expensive so I suggest Dubrovnik city parking and making the 30 minute walk or catch a taxi. The AC unit is small but efficient for the sleeping area. The cleanliness was poor and I found a used ear swab on the nightstand as well as hairs in the bedding. But, we made do and it’s in a prime spot for dining and Old Town adventures.

It was great! Bed was comfortable, I did wish the sheets were bigger though. It was in a really convenient area and I loved the early check in!! I’d absolutely reccomend.

The rooms were well appointed but shabby. There was peeling plaster, abroken chest of drawers and very noisy air conditioning. People with heart or lung disease or even minor mobility issues should be strongly warned that there are 72 very high avd uneven stone steps leading to the place

Beware that the hotel is up a million stone steps. If you are not up for that i wouldn't select this. The rooms were very dark but clean and nicely renovated.

I would have scored the property higher if a few small things were addressed, such as more information regarding how to use the facilities (e.g. Turning the hot water service on before a shower!), and if they bought new pillows and towels. It felt like I was drying myself with a 20 year old tea towel and sleeping on a pillow stuffed with socks. It's a good location and the apartment is a great size.

Excellent location. About as close to all the activity as can be and yet a quiet space at night. Cozy space - but certainly enough room for a couple. Definitely some stairs to climb - bear that mind if you have issues or really heavy luggage. I'd gladly stay here again.

Excelente apartamento e localização! As fotos não fazem jus ao apartamento, que é bem melhor ao vivo. E localização é a melhor, perto de tudo na Old Town. Contato fácil com o pessoal da acomodação. Recomendo demais!

Llegué al alojamiento y me dijeron que no tenían mi reserva y que estaban completos. Al parecer no tienen cuidado en el manejo de sus reservaciones en las diferentes aplicaciones que manejan y duplican reserva. La dueña al ver que me habia dejado en la calle me permitió sentarme ahi a buscar otro alojamiento. No sé si el error es de la página de Hoteles o del dueño del apartamento

This lovely apartment is right in the historical part of Dubrovnik old town. It really had the atmosphere of "living in" a world heritage site. A short distant from the main street up some pretty steep steps. Adjacent to a wonderful narrow street lined with local restaurants and bars. I would certainly recommend with the caveat that you have to be mobile and fit enough to cope with the steep steps (if not Dubrovnik may not be the place for you anyway, there are steep steps almost everywhere!) The steps are also part of the experience. With no gardens people (and Dubrovnik's famous cats) seem to spend some of the day sitting out on the steps with a coffee deep in conversation. It's a wonderful way to escape some of the daytime heat. I would book this apartment again.
