When you stay at the Hotel Sunset, you become part of the family, if that's what you want; or you have a personal concierge at the front desk if you need it; or you can be left alone to relax and reflect by the pool, if that's what you want. They even have a well run professional dive school on site, if you suddenly decide you'd like to learn a new hobby at 50 as I did. Over my week there, they offered all that and more. My day started with a choice of 4 great breakfasts. Then if I needed help planning my day staff would help arrange a mule rental, call a cab, or just explain the local bus. When my girlfriend was trapped by a landslide outside Medellin unable to get to her flight, they even helped me book a flight for her. When I mentioned an interest in purchasing local art, they helped me connect with a local artist friend who brought her pieces to the hotel lobby for me to select from. When they saw me sitting alone on Christmas Eve, they invited me into their family party. And even after I'd checked out of the hotel, my new mom was checking in on me to make sure the rest of my trip was going well.

A equipe do hotel foi muito gentil. O quarto era amplo,porem a cama era muito desconfortável, o colchão muito fino. A roupa de cama e de banho muito puidas. O hotel fica a 17Km do aeroporto,e o taxi custa COP 70.000,00 (

Já havia estado lá há 8 anos atrás e tive uma das melhores experiências em viagem de toda minha vida novamente como da outra vez, Lindsay, Marli e Gabriel, que são uma verdadeira família são calorosos, carinhosos, atenciosos e super profissionais, os melhores anfitriões que a ilha poderia ter, além de muito simpáticos e familiares, o que torna a estadia muito convidativa em todos os aspectos, O hotel fica de frente para um verdadeiro aquário onde basta colocar o snorkel para desfrutar de um lindo mergulho, O hotel é destino de mergulho de todos os visitantes da ilha tanto de apneia quanto de cilindro O café da manhã é maravilhoso, quarto e banheiros super confortáveis, piscina deliciosa, por do sol em frente ao hotel, enfim, nota 1000, lugar mágico em todos os aspectos, Voltaria a qualquer hora para a ilha e para o hotel Sunset, que é totalmente parte da experiência San Andres!
