Trevligt medelklasshotell och hjälpsam personal. Fräscht rum. Sittplats på innergården med utemöbler. Mycket branta trappor från busshållplatsen. Städningen OK. Väldigt enkel frukost, enbart smör och marmelad som pålägg.

Dejligt hotel. Dog kunne morgenmaden være lidt bedre. Var nærmest kun et kagebord. Personale fantastisk. Hotellet ligger på en villa vej et godt stykke væk fra centrum, men tæt ved Vatikanet. Bus tæt på. Metro ca 15 min gang. Supermarked 10 min gang. Hotellet ligger i et meget roligt kvarter. Lidt kuperet - det ligger højt oppe.

Room was so dusty it set off my dust allergies and I woke with puffy eyes. Shower didn’t drain properly, didn’t look like they’d actually cleaned the toilet and the flusher fell out of the wall and the shower tap was almost falling off. No toilet paper when we got into the room, my partner went to find someone to get some and we couldn’t find anyone but thankfully he found some on a random table lol? Dirty coffee cups, nespresso machine with no pods. Extra pillows and blanket had no covers. The throw pillow had mystery stains. Room looked grand but as soon as you looked closer everything was poorly done and falling apart. Pretty far from central Rome and too expensive for how poorly maintained it is. Staff were friendly enough at least.

Breakfast was continental and very neatly displayed. The staff Mario spoke little English but easy to understand what he was conveying. He made the stay perfect. We were dog tired. He told us things but of course we had terrible jet lag. This does not help your mind either. Mario probably thought we were dumb Americans because we didn't remember what he told us the first time. I love the way the place is 300% secured. You will get inside the gate, entrance to the hotel and then your room with the attachments the hotel sends you electronically. ENSURE YOU CELL PHONE CAN GET EUROPE WIFI. My phone plan was T-Mobile and it didn't work. My husband's phone company was SPECTRUM. They worked!! DON'T FORGET TO GET AN INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL ADAPTER. I got one from TEMU for very cheap and it works. If not Mario will have the knowledge for you to get a SIM card for internet usage while in Europe. You can walk to see the Vatican and places. Best to purchase individual tickets vs group tickets. As an individual you can go as you please. We bought off and on bus tickets. It's easy. Ensure you have translation app too! Good luck. Geneva

Everything was great! The room was very pretty. They offer a simple breakfast each more with easy grab and go options. It is about a 20 minute walk to the Vatican and 15 minutes to the Metro. Located in a lovel neighbourhood with great restaurants.
