Terms and Conditions:
Reception Hours: 08:00 - 22:00 hrs.
Check-In: 15:00 - 22:00 hrs.
If you require a late check-in after 22:00, arrangements must be made at least 24 hours in advance and may be subject to an additional fee.
Check-Out: by 10:30 hrs. Self-check-out instructions will be provided during check-in.
Quiet Hours: 22:00 - 08:00 hrs.
Payment:
To confirm your booking, a deposit equivalent to the first night's accommodation price (excluding city tax) is required. This deposit will be automatically charged to the card provided during booking and will be applied to your total balance upon arrival. Payment must be made within three days of booking; otherwise, the reservation will be canceled.
All rates are listed in Czech Koruna (CZK), the official currency of the Czech Republic. The remaining balance, including any applicable taxes, must be paid in full at check-in.
Non-Refundable Reservations:
Per Hostelworld policies, we are entitled to charge the balance of the reservation at any time after your booking is confirmed. We require full payment to be completed within three days of making the reservation. Failure to complete payment within this timeframe will result in the cancellation of your reservation.
No-Shows:
The full reservation amount, plus applicable taxes, will be charged for no-shows.
City Tax: Guests aged 18+ must pay 50 CZK per person, per night, upon arrival.
Security Deposit:
Upon arrival, a valid credit/debit card is required for a 250 CZK security deposit per set of key(s). This deposit will be refunded on your check-out day, provided that house rules — including quiet hours, no smoking, respecting the check-out time, and returning all keys — are followed and no damages have occurred.
Groups (8+ guests) require a 400 CZK per person deposit.
Registration Form:
All guests aged 16+ must complete the registration form.
Special Room Requests:
Requests (e.g., bed preferences) must be made at least 48 hours before arrival and are subject to availability.
Valuables and Safety:
The hostel is not responsible for valuables not stored in the reception safety deposit box.
Lockers:
Dormitory rooms have lockers where you can secure your luggage with your own padlock or you can buy/rent one from reception.
Age Restrictions:

Admission Rights:
The hostel may deny entry to anyone acting aggressively, intoxicated, or posing a threat to staff or guests.
Pet Policy:
Pets are allowed in private rooms with prior staff approval.
No Smoking:
Smoking is prohibited inside the building.
Accessibility:
Please note that our reception, rooms, and common spaces are only accessible via stairs, and there is no elevator available. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.
