Chegamos dentro do horário que disseram haver checkin presencial, não tinha ninguém pra atender. Nos deixaram com a família (filhos) do lado de fora até conseguir pagar invoice on line, que nos dificultou muito. Quarto era bom mas o ralo do chuveiro não escoava toda água e inundava o banheiro. Não foi bom!

We had an excellent experience. The front desk staff were very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is not far from public transit, and there are several small stores, restaurants, bars, and coffee shops in the area. We would very happily stay here again.

I stayed for 8 days with my daughter. This was affordable. The front desk personnel were wonderfully helpful not only for the hotel but for moving around the city itself. The staff were fluent in several languages. They were proud of their city and its easy ways to move around it.The room was beautiful and spotless. Stairs coming into and out of the building were steep. With luggage and at age 71, it would have been difficult if it were not for the helpful guests that assisted me. My only complaint was that the clear glass shower with mirror faced the bed offering "no cover." Not a pretty sight.

Modernes, relativ zentrales Hotel, Sehenswürdigkeiten innerhalb von ca 15 min mit der Straßenbahn zu erreichen. Gute öffentliche Nahverkehrsanbindung. Restaurants um die Ecke. Super freundliches Personal. Man fühlt sich hier sehr wohl. Gerne wieder.

We were not impressed with Pure White. It's on a somewhat seedy street and the reception closes at 8, which makes it difficult to deal with problems when they arise. In our room neither the air conditioning nor the fridge were working. We arrived close to closing time and the staff at reception tried their best to help but couldn't do anything and so we spent a hot, uncomfortable night and the food we had purchased for our travel went bad and we had to throw everything out.

What a good hotel. I was somewhat frustrated at the pushiness for online check-in, despite the website having poor functionality. That said, the location, rooms and breakfast were excellent. The sofa bed was really comfortable, and the bathrooms were spacious. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Pure White was a great hotel to stay in. Reception staff were friendly and helpful with signposting us to various parts to see in the city. Hotel itself is a walk out of the city centre and that meant it was very quiet at night which was great. I would definitely stay here again

Notre chambre était prête avant l'heure, le réceptionniste était très gentil et nous a donné une carte avec quelques trucs à faire dans la ville. Le petit déjeuner était très bien mais manquait de chose plus typique de Prague comme le Trudel). La chambre était très bien mais attention au manque d'intimité si vous en avait pas l'habitude ! (Douche en parois transparente donnant directement sur le lit et toilettes en parois vitrées flouté laissant apparaitre la silhouette et pas insonorisés)

Very convenient stay I had there, with just a few steps from Bruselska tram stop and a beautiful 10 minutes walk to the national museum. The road and the hotel is calm. The interior design is modern and clean, with everything you need in the room. The small staff (and I think I spot the family owners on the reception) made me feel cozy and safe at home. The breakfast is typical european, with nothing extra special or anything major lacking. I advise booking the breakfast directly with them as it is cheaper from expedia. Very recommended stay to anyone visiting Prague.

Super Hotel! Tolles Preis Leistungsverhältnis, tolles Frühstück, Zimmer wie auf den Bildern, Badewanne. Modernes, relativ zentrales Hotel, Sehenswürdigkeiten innerhalb von ca 15 min mit der Straßenbahn zu erreichen. Gute öffentliche Nahverkehrsanbindung. Restaurants um die Ecke. Super freundliches Personal. Man fühlt sich hier sehr wohl. Gerne wieder.

What a good hotel. I was somewhat frustrated at the pushiness for online check-in, despite the website having poor functionality. That said, the location, rooms and breakfast were excellent. The sofa bed was really comfortable, and the bathrooms were spacious. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Notre chambre était prête avant l'heure, le réceptionniste était très gentil et nous a donné une carte avec quelques trucs à faire dans la ville. Le petit déjeuner était très bien mais manquait de chose plus typique de Prague comme le Trudel). La chambre était très bien mais attention au manque d'intimité si vous en avait pas l'habitude ! (Douche en parois transparente donnant directement sur le lit et toilettes en parois vitrées flouté laissant apparaitre la silhouette et pas insonorisés)

If I could give this hotel 10/10 I would. Firstly this was excellent value for money and the location was great near the underground and tram stop, even a 20 minute walk from the train station. Secondly the staff were lovely and it’s very safe as well. The room was huge and had little details which was good coffee and tea, chairs, bedding, towels … can’t fault it and would recommend anyone to stay here - should I return I will be staying here

Unterkunft sehr sauber und gut gelegen, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zur Fuß erreichbar. Würde ich empfehlen. Frühstück war auch lecker aber leider eintönig. Im Gesamtbild eine Empfehlung.
