DO NOT BOOK HERE! Worst place I've ever seen: caught multiple Roaches, Bathtub was filthy and Curtain had mold, huge stains on the disgusting Carpet, Blanket on the bed stained (blood ???), various holes in the Walls, Mirror had visible drips of something I don't even want to know, Pool was home to snakes and frogs, no Coffee or Breakfast as advertised, front desk cracked Window, non-drivable Cars in parking lot. This place should be condemned. Board of Health will be notified. Choice Hotels you should be ASHAMED. Pics are NOT correct.

Elevator didn’t work we were on the third floor use stairs and I have knee pain from previous surgery and there was no AC on the first floor , they were letting the rooms for $100 to everyone except third party that’s not fair and giving them points

Outside of building was bad looking broken down car at front entrance. Actually sat outside the building to make sure I was at right location.Young lady was friendly. The place was not clean looking like the picture was. Will not book there again; room had stale smell. Only stay there because it was 15 min from the field my son was playing.

The property was dirty and broken down. Our rooms door looked like it has been kicked in, and it didn’t even close all the way. the towels were stained with what seemed like blood and who knows what else. we had to wear our crocs in the shower because the tub looked so stained and nasty. the toilet also had something weird in it and it was dirty. the sink was cracked and rusted. Also the couch looked like it had been picked up from the dumpster!! we were scared to sit on it. even the pillows looked so dirty! i understand this is a cheaper hotel but it could’ve at least have been clean. the pictures look like the rooms are clean. they are not. then when i asked for 2 additional towels because we were not given full sized towels she was seemingly annoyed and handed me one, then when i said can i have another one she was even more annoyed and handed me the stained one. we also found a german cockroach on the floor. No remote for the TV. the only plus was that when i checked out the guy at the front was nice and pleasant.

It has a working AC and heating unit in the room and it offered a refrigerator, microwave and stove. Amenities we didn't anticipate, but definitely took advantage of. The problem was the general rooms. The walls had chipped paint, various unexplained holes, heavy stains on the couch, a nonworking toilet so everyone got to see each other's insides on the outside, baby roaches on the wall, limited towels, a beat up chipped sink, and sheets that needed stain remover and a second wash. What's more, the stairwell is uneven and the aesthetics of the building is shabby with the exit sign hanging from a wire. There was no water in the pool and there was an unexplained abandoned vehicle in the front of the building that hadn't been registered for 10 years. We showered with our Crocs on. But the bed is comfortable and it is absolutely quiet at night. It just needs a huge overhaul in renovation, paint and proper care, but at its low cost, you can't beat it.

This hotel was extremely filthy!!!! I can't say much about the staff because I only stayed one night. I arrived late at night after a long flight so I was kind of tired. I checked in, got my key card, and went to the room. Upon entering the room the first things I noticed was a dirty sofa and a dilapidated kitchen seating area. I put my two luggages on the floor and went to use the restroom. The tub had large portions of stained porcelain and areas where the white color had been rubbed away. I started to get ready to walk out and just sleep in the car. However, I decided that idea may be unsafe so I figured I'd just ask for another room in the morning and just sleep for the night. Even that was a bad idea. When I woke up in the morning, I tossed the blanket off, and a sock fell to the floor. This told me that the staff isn't changing sheets, but rather remaking the bed after checkouts. Disgusting. I no longer wanted another room, I wanted to leave. I immediately packed up and checked out. Hopefully, I get my money back from expedia because since I booked 3rd party, the hotel couldn't immediately refund me.

The hotel is close to the airport and it's in quiet place. The carpet needs replacement or to be cleaned. The room (103) is very dirty. There are roaches (big ones) in the room. I took the pictures and the staff was informed.

This was just a one night stay to get rest from driving. The room smelled like smoke, as soon as we opened the door and turned on the lights roaches came running out of the couch. The couch was stained all over and the door wouldn’t close properly. Needless to say we went back to the hotel reception area to turn in the key. They refunded my $50 deposit that I had to give for any damages at the time of check in, we ended up booking another hotel.

The sheets were clean yet still looked dirty with smoke holes. Roaches came out after day 2. Writing on the wall with glow in the dark paint "Sadgirl" they tried to paint over the vulgar words. Door wouldn't close all the way half the time. Locking mechanism wouldn't click half the time.

old and hot room, the air conditioning did not work, furniture damaged and dirty, the refrigerator was dirty inside and did not work, it did not have the remote control for the television, I would definitely not stay there again, although I mentioned it to the administration. Nice room and comfortable bed. Very spacious. Needs some updates but if your looking for just a rest, shower and sleep place this is it. Kitchenette was nice. No countertop stove though.

When I entered the room, it was smelling like hell, I turned on the AC and left the room for few mins, it was good after that, I kept my food in refrigerator and guess what it was not working and my food was spoiled. The morning snack area was also not good and bathroom has no water.

My room’s location had the water’s pipes next to it so there was a constant 5-6 seconds of loud noise as if someone was turning on a shower and turning it off only to turn it on again 15 seconds later again. This persisted all night so it was noisy. Sheets were disgustingly dirty and stained. Lighting was not very great and seemed unfinished in the over head sink. A lot of more issues. Probably haunted too. Some stuff fell off the counter that was placed far from the edge.

We arrived at 11pm and had to wait for 15-20 for a staff to arrive to the front counter to check us in. We are a family of 4 with 2 children. The room only had 2 towels, 1 tiny bottle of shampoo and 1 tiny bar of soap. The room we got was supposedly a suite, but it was gross and run down. The carpets were sticky so we couldn't walk without our shoes. The tv didnt work so we just used our phones. The microwave didn't work so we had to use the one in the lobby at the next building over. The bathroom was dirty with black mildew and stains throughout the walls. There were scribbles on the walls and bathroom door and we killed a few roaches. We could look past most of these flaws as we were tired and just needed a place to rest in between travel, but rest is not what we got. The people down stairs were arguing from the parking lot to their room and were banging on the door that could be heard from our room. So at the end of the day just know what you're signing up for... you get what you pay for at Rodeway Inn & Suites South of Fiesta Park.

This hotel is in desperate need of a remodel. It was a very cheap price, and you pay for what you get. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms just in rough shape.

I like that its quiet, i didnt care that the staff was rude. I feel that if im paying to stay there and been there for two weeks you would at least repect the fact that my money is reason for your gratitude

The hotel is worn down a bit, not sparkling clean, but for the price it's fair. I only need a place to sleep for 1 night. Staff were very nice and helpful. Check in process was smooth. Area was quiet, no noisy neighbors at night. Which is the reason I gave 5 stars.

The hotel is close to the airport and it's in quiet place. The carpet needs replacement or to be cleaned. The room (103) is very dirty. There are roaches (big ones) in the room. I took the pictures and the staff was informed.

Outside of building was bad looking broken down car at front entrance. Actually sat outside the building to make sure I was at right location.Young lady was friendly. The place was not clean looking like the picture was. Will not book there again; room had stale smell. Only stay there because it was 15 min from the field my son was playing.

Drug heads walking around multiple times a day, holes in walls, mold behind bed, bathtub was nasty Smelled like cigarettes, breakfast was ok Also they have a lime over the front door with pins in it. It was very sketchy Our sheets were dirty also, the furniture cloth had multiple holes in it. We had two rooms and both were in this condition. Oh and my sisters room also had ear rings in the lamp shade,

Place is a dump. Roaches everywhere. This is nothing more than a flop house. People doing drugs in the stairwells, loitering in front of doorways. Appalling.

Do not stay here. Even if it’s for 1 night. It was nasty and it was not in a good place. It’s in the back and it looks scary. It was dirty and disgusting. Nothing like the pictures.

Dillon, was very pleasant - he was behind what looked to be bullet-proof glass, but one side was shattered. The area looked sketchy, Rodeway sign near the door was so faded I couldn't read it, and it didn't offer the breakfast as listed. Again Dillon was very pleasant and professional, but definitely not some place I would feel safe...

Did not feel safe in this property, it smelled weird and room was dirty and possibly had bed bugs and tub was not washed and had some discoloration. Would not reccomend

Rhodeway Inn and Suites was overall a decent hotel. Positives: - Room was spacious - Room Kitchen - Fridge was good - Breakfast was good - Mini Dining Table - Good A/C - Coffee Machine was good Negatives: - Room had quite a few stains on walls and door and in bathroom - Bathroom was very tiny - The light above the sink was broken but still working - Microwave was not working - Tv remote was not working for multi-function inputs - No phone in room

Worst place I've ever seen: caught multiple Roaches, Bathtub was filthy and Curtain had mold, huge stains on the disgusting Carpet, Blanket on the bed stained (blood ???), various holes in the Walls, Mirror had visible drips of something I don't even want to know, Pool was home to snakes and frogs, no Coffee or Breakfast as advertised, front desk cracked Window, non-drivable Cars in parking lot. This place should be condemned. Board of Health will be notified. Choice Hotels you should be ASHAMED. Pics are NOT correct.

The room was not clean. There was poop on one of the walls in bathroom. The couch had stains on it. The tv did not work the microwave did not work. The mini fridge did not work. The front door did not locked. The breakfast was only orange juice and cereal.

Could not take a hot shower as the temperature would not change. There were no supplies in the kitchenette, no sheets on the pull out. Half of the channels on the tv didn't work and the ones that did kept freezing. Was advertised that breakfast was included but there was no breakfast at all. The only real plus is the gentleman that checked me in was very nice and professional.

This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Minimum of 10 roaches were killed upon arrival. Place is falling apart. No breakfast because of (Covid). WHICH CONVENIENTLY IS THE ONLY THING OBSERVED CAUSE OF COVID. The bed felt like the flintstones bed The pillow was barely the size of my head. The bathroom had black mold (with pics for proof) and will be reported.

Worst motel we ever stayed at,was filthy ,no toilet paper,broken racks drawers,tub was filthy,smelled and roaches and bedbugs,tried to complain but was told to get out and I now will never stay at any Roadway or Red Lion motel again.This was for my fiance and myself to celebrate 40 years as best friends instead was a nightmare.Im gonna start just booking my rooms and we travel year round with Wyndham hotels on their website which I'm a Silver member of so this is my last time I book this way ,Thank you for such a wonderful weekend,they also advertise breakfast but the cheap hotel is still using COVID as an excuse saying no other hotels serve breakfast but sir the Super and La Quinta are and have been for months so please avoid this motel it's disgusting and bedbugs wow
