Hotellet var rent och bra med väldigt trevlig personal och fantastisk frukost! Däremot var luftkonditioneringen på rummet lite svag så det var ganska varmt. Annars toppen!

Väldigt trevlig och glad personal, väldigt servicemindeed!!! Och frukosten var fantastisk, på plats bland de tre bästa vi någonsin bott på (och det är många)!

We had mixed feelings about our stay. Overall, the room was fine, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we had a serious security issue during our stay. The door to our room was not locking properly, which we reported to reception. As we were going to be out for the entire day, we did not want to carry our valuables with us, so we handed them over to reception for safekeeping. We were assured that the room door would be repaired before we returned. However, when we came back, we discovered that the door had not been properly secured. It was not wide open, but it was unlocked and could easily be opened by anyone. Even more concerning, the valuables we had specifically left in the safe custody of reception had been left inside our room. We were later told that the cleaning staff had failed to lock the door. We appreciate that the hotel staff tried to compensate us for the mistake and offered complimentary drinks and other gestures. They were genuinely apologetic and helpful once the issue was discovered. Another downside was the Wi-Fi in the room. The connection was extremely weak and, in practice, was almost completely unusable. Nevertheless, the security incident was by far the most concerning issue and what we will remember as it could have ended much worse. We were extremely lucky that nothing was taken and that our valuables were still there.
