The pool was closed for some reason which really upset my daughter. When asked why it was closed we were givin no reason. The room coukd of been a little cleaner. Its like they dont vacuum in-between the beds as we found trash along with a used contact lenses on the floor

Our stay was good. The only complaint we had was this property does not have an elevator. I am 67 and my husband is 77 with a bad knee. It was a huge inconvenience going up stairs to our room on the second floor. If it would have been noted prior to me booking there was no elevator I would not have booked a room there.

Nice clean hotel with very nice comfortable beds. Super helpful staff. Better than most chain places in the same price range. Decent thick towels and linens. Only drawback is no elevator for 2nd floor but that is common in a lot of these types of bulidings. Manager/owner offered to take our bags upstairs without us asking so that was nice as well!

Elevated prices over a college graduation weekend. Pool had so much chlorine burned eyes and my granddaughter’s skin. Absolutely no attempt at resolution. Josh has no conflict resolution skills. Gave excuses. Poor check in girl seemed scared to death after I made a complaint. Dysfunctional place of employment.

Our room was very nice and clean. I requested a few items and were given them right away. The bed was nice and firm. Breakfast was very good with many options. I like the addition of fresh fruit--the strawberries were delicious. I also enjoyed the fresh baked cookies and peanut clusters!

We've stayed about 3 times now and the facility is always clean, the staff is always friendly, complementary breakfast is wonderful. A little pricey for Wayne, but happy to pay to have a wonderful stay.

It’s a decent hotel. The breakfast options were ok. Staff are helpful and friendly. Air conditioner was loud and squeaky, and the entrance smelled like cigarette butts. Despite its flaws, it’s probably the best hotel in town, so I’ll definitely be staying there again.

The room was nice and clean but really needs heavier drapes as it was very light during the night. We were very disappointed in the breakfast. We arrived at least a half hour before the stated time and very few things had been refreshed. The orange juice was basically water, the eggs tasted metallic and there were only two sausage patties left. The entire time we were there, no one showed up to attend to the area.

The lobby/breakfast area is very small compared to other hotels but breakfast was actually pretty good with a variety of options and my room was quiet and clean. Just don’t be fooled into thinking that this is a cobblestone inn and suites. This is just a rebranded motel.

TV’s did not work in either of the rooms we had. Bathtub and bathroom flooring sounded as if they were going to crack Webber you stood on them. The rooms were very clean and update otherwise

Centrally located in town. Walkable to McDonalds, or The Jug restaurant & liquor store. Hotel employees were all very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast buffet had many options, even after officially over at 9am, enjoyed having available cereal & in refrigerator: milk, yogurts, boiled eggs, avocado halves. Seattle's Best coffee was available all day. Room was clean, quiet, & spacious.

GPS took us a “faster” route off of 81 hwy but next time probably just go with our gut. But great place to stay and great breakfast.

The room was nice and clean but really needs heavier drapes as it was very light during the night. We were very disappointed in the breakfast. We arrived at least a half hour before the stated time and very few things had been refreshed. The orange juice was basically water, the eggs tasted metallic and there were only two sausage patties left. The entire time we were there, no one showed up to attend to the area.

Our room was very nice and clean. I requested a few items and were given them right away. The bed was nice and firm. Breakfast was very good with many options. I like the addition of fresh fruit--the strawberries were delicious. I also enjoyed the fresh baked cookies and peanut clusters!

Centrally located in town. Walkable to McDonalds, or The Jug restaurant & liquor store. Hotel employees were all very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast buffet had many options, even after officially over at 9am, enjoyed having available cereal & in refrigerator: milk, yogurts, boiled eggs, avocado halves. Seattle's Best coffee was available all day. Room was clean, quiet, & spacious.

Nice Hotel; Shady Business Practices - I had a nice stay at this hotel. While it wasn't high-end luxury, it was honestly one of the better beds I've had at a hotel, the room amenities worked well, TV was outdated but worked nicely, bathroom was great. My low rating comes from what I saw on my credit card statement following the stay. They charged the price as normal, but then a 2nd line item for $6.42 When I called them to ask what this was, I believe they said it was a "safe fee"??? I did not use the safe, and have never encountered a fee like this at any hotel I've stayed with. Without even asking, they offered to remove the charge. My advice to the hotel would be if they want to charge $6 more, then add that to the cost of the rooms - don't try to slip another charge in unnoticed. It's a shame bc otherwise my stay was perfectly fine.

Beautiful hotel, friendly stsff, pretty good breakfast. My only complaint is that my neighbors very loud accordion music woke me up st 5AM. The bed was soft, the pillows were nice. I had my little dog with me and the staff was very kind and accommodating towards him as well.
