Initially I was a Late check in Prospector Train Delay, lock box given by Email, but on Arrival Hard to Figure how to Enter Property. So after checking with my Wife how do I contact anyone involved with Entry a Couple on the Balcony Stated you should have two keys One to Enter and you Room three Doors from the front door.Big Room self Contained with shower and toilet . Room no 2, I soon learnt how to work the Aircon Heater, First night Air conditioner although temperature on 30 degrees blowing Cold air, Night Two out of Three I Finally figured that Air conditioner blowing Warm air Night 2.I Did have a Number to txt with the Person who txt lock box. But was Frustrating to not Having a Go to Person. Number Parking what a Nightmare for Parking in the Area,Found a City of Perth Parking for $15 for 12 hours then Cat and Mouse Parking close to the Apartment but must Shift by 6 am and Find Parking for the Morning and Day.

Check-in and check-out were easy and without incident. I was in the suite at the back next to the laundry and everything including the bed, TV and ensuite was adequate and as expected for the price. A very quiet lodge and outstanding location with access to the free Perth bus service if and when required. Be prepared to pay for expensive parking if you have a car. I would have appreciated some coffee/tea/milk sachets in the room given there is a kettle I couldn't use. In addition, I found to be locked to the back of the property and my suite given all doors into and out of the property were locked at 3.30am but expeditiously unlocked very early before I had to check out at 6am. This is a safety issue that will need to be rectified by the property just in case someone needed to exit the property in an emergency during the evening. I would recommend if on a budget.

Positives: Good facilities and nice touches... Older place but well maintained with very good basics. Close to IGA supermarket and bus stops. Pleasant office personnel and close to walking distance to CBD and pubs and restaurants. Area for improvement: Site office is not commonly open or manned. Late night and early morning check ins push a loud doorbell instead of using the apartment outside lock box function... Meaning if your rooms close to the entrance you are woken up at all hours of night and early morn by patrons that are unaware of the lockbox function. Had one knucklehead pushing the door bell from 12:30 to 1am and another at 7am for 15 mins. Sort out your instructions so your patrons are not kept awake or expected to go open doors to idiots at nights and early morns. Not fun at all... Perhaps improve ypur lockbox instruction or man the office fulltime. Your front door lock is sticky and takes effort to open

너무나도 사랑스러운 주인할머니. 퍼스에 대해 친절히 알려주셨고 세탁을 하는 법과 짐 보관에 대해서도 꼼꼼히 알려주셨다. 퍼스를 다시 간다면 꼭 다시 가고 싶은 숙소. 하루밖에 못있었지만 한달살이를 한다면 이 숙소에서 하고 싶다. 화장실로 깔끔하고 위치가 좋다. 근방 1km는 다 무료 버스가 다닌다. 세탁기와 건조기가 큰 편이라 양이 많아도 무리가 없이 다 마른다.

Easy walk to city centre and train station. Bus stop across the road and IGA a couple of minutes walk away. VERY tiny ensuite but water hot and plentiful. Large room but tired furnishings. If you just want a comfortable, convenient place to stay then I'd recommend this one.

I arrived at the property late in the evening Key collection was very easy. The hotel was located close to the heart of Northbridge and lots of restaurants and was within walking distance of the CBD. Unfortunately, on narrival the bedding was not clean, there were multiple small cockroaches in the room, bathroom and bed and I live in the Bush and am used to bugs. The furniture in the room was mismatched and some of it broken and there were no facilities to make tea or coffee and someone's metamucil was left in the cupboards. I cannot comment on the staff as I had no contact with them due to my late check in. I left the property the following day and dropped my keys off into the drop box. No one was available in reception to speak too.

Property served a purpose and room and bathroom were tidy and clean. Old Victorian property and area is somewhat unsafe with people sleeping on the pavement. Close to city not that i went there. Text contact with operator was very good. No milk in fridge and really didn't know why there a fridge in the room, particularly the size of it.

Do not stay in this accommodation. Terrible service, dirty and smelly, damp bathroom with peeling paint. Bed sheets are old and worn, no blankets or proper duvet for the bed. The rug on the carpet had food remnants that had not been cleaned up. Key was not left in the secure box as promised, for a late check in. I had to call the owner three times before I got access. Francis had no memory of my booking despite me speaking with her the day before confirming my arrival time and key collection details. Not recommended at all.

We have to called on a mobile for more than 5 times even leave text messaging no reply then after got told off because i knocked on the door....when inside it was filfy stink even the bedroom, there wasn't a milk,coffee, just few tea bags one sugar stick the bed wasn't well done i felt itchy sleeping in,when we came back at night not light in the stairs case we walk in the dark,no orientation...was very disappointing.

Helpful but geez . I was allowed to stay till 11am i I said I'd strip the bed. Omg. Absolutely discgusting stained pillows mattress protector the bathroom light fan don't turn off . I was looking for someone to talk too came across the cleaner and seen the linen cupboard . Wondering why my sheets were so creased everything thrown in the cupboard a discount on this would-be great appreciatetef

Check in was very easy out of hours. Everything explained well by a very nice lady. Only negative was the toilet in the bathroom in my room was very cramped with not much room. Overall was a very nice stay

Old lodge building converted into rooms. Basic but adequate. TV managed one station. Hot water way too hot. Noisy with other guests up and down stairs. Stayed there as good value when the cricket was on

The room was spacious- had a large kitchen area and a dining area as well as the usual stuff. It was warm and the bed was comfortable. I had trouble getting into the building and for the entire stay I didn't see another person in the building, though I did hear people moving around all hours. The place was older, and therefore the floors and stairs creaked- I felt subconscious every time I had to walk to the fridge or go up/down the stairs. The place was like a large house, and I had a key for the front door and the room, but the front door was very finnicky. I had to put everything down and use both hands to hold the door and handle and turn the key and hold it just right- very inconvenient when carrying bags or food or anything really. Instructions for getting form the airport were unclear and confusing, leading me to go on a wild goose chase around the city instead of just walking there like I'd planned (what should have been a 40min journey took me almost 4hrs) . My fault- I'll follow my own deductions next time. Building didn't seem to be staffed at any point. Otherwise was a good stay.

Beautiful old building, heaps of travel magazines, and brochures just outside of room for anyone travelling, and the hostess, who was an older lady, she was lovely. Room was clean, bed not the greatest, could feel the springs in mattress, only 2 pillows on the queen, would've liked 2 more, and an extra blanket would've been nice, as doona was very thin. TV aerial was frayed, so TV reception was a bit dodgy. Space between toilet, shower, and sinks not very wide, a bigger person would find it hard using the toilet. Very limited toiletries, and no milk for coffee. IGA very close tho, for anything we needed, and in the deli section, has a great variety of ready made salads, rolls, and meals to microwave in room. Maccas, and a nice park are across the road, park has heaps of pigeons, and a few homeless that were no trouble. Bus stop right out the front of accomodation. We had only booked the one night, so overall, for the price, it was ok.

We had only booked the one night, so overall, for the price, it was ok.

Initially I was a Late check in Prospector Train Delay, lock box given by Email, but on Arrival Hard to Figure how to Enter Property. So after checking with my Wife how do I contact anyone involved with Entry a Couple on the Balcony Stated you should have two keys One to Enter and you Room three Doors from the front door.Big Room self Contained with shower and toilet . Room no 2, I soon learnt how to work the Aircon Heater, First night Air conditioner although temperature on 30 degrees blowing Cold air, Night Two out of Three I Finally figured that Air conditioner blowing Warm air Night 2.I Did have a Number to txt with the Person who txt lock box. But was Frustrating to not Having a Go to Person. Positives: Good facilities and nice touches... Older place but well maintained with very good basics. Close to IGA supermarket and bus stops. Pleasant office personnel and close to walking distance to CBD and pubs and restaurants. Area for improvement: Site office is not commonly open or manned. Late night and early morning check ins push a loud doorbell instead of using the apartment outside lock box function... Meaning if your rooms close to the entrance you are woken up at all hours of night and early morn by patrons that are unaware of the lockbox function. Had one knucklehead pushing the door bell from 12:30 to 1am and another at 7am for 15 mins. Sort out your instructions so your patrons are not kept awake or expected to go open doors to idiots at nights and early morns. Not fun at all... Perhaps improve ypur lockbox instruction or man the office fulltime. Your front door lock is sticky and takes effort to open

Do not stay in this accommodation. Terrible service, dirty and smelly, damp bathroom with peeling paint. Bed sheets are old and worn, no blankets or proper duvet for the bed. The rug on the carpet had food remnants that had not been cleaned up. Key was not left in the secure box as promised, for a late check in. I had to call the owner three times before I got access. Francis had no memory of my booking despite me speaking with her the day before confirming my arrival time and key collection details. Not recommended at all.

Was easy to use public transport from property, within 1 block. Lots of restaurants within two blocks. The room I had was still to be done up, but I did see a room upstairs which was lovely. Own and staff were very helpful.

We have to called on a mobile for more than 5 times even leave text messaging no reply then after got told off because i knocked on the door....when inside it was filfy stink even the bedroom, there wasn't a milk,coffee, just few tea bags one sugar stick the bed wasn't well done i felt itchy sleeping in,when we came back at night not light in the stairs case we walk in the dark,no orientation...was very disappointing.

Easy walk to city centre and train station. Bus stop across the road and IGA a couple of minutes walk away. VERY tiny ensuite but water hot and plentiful. Large room but tired furnishings. If you just want a comfortable, convenient place to stay then I'd recommend this one.

Property served a purpose and room and bathroom were tidy and clean. Old Victorian property and area is somewhat unsafe with people sleeping on the pavement. Close to city not that i went there. Text contact with operator was very good. No milk in fridge and really didn't know why there a fridge in the room, particularly the size of it.

Beautiful old building, heaps of travel magazines, and brochures just outside of room for anyone travelling, and the hostess, who was an older lady, she was lovely. Room was clean, bed not the greatest, could feel the springs in mattress, only 2 pillows on the queen, would've liked 2 more, and an extra blanket would've been nice, as doona was very thin. TV aerial was frayed, so TV reception was a bit dodgy. Space between toilet, shower, and sinks not very wide, a bigger person would find it hard using the toilet. Check-in and check-out were easy and without incident. I was in the suite at the back next to the laundry and everything including the bed, TV and ensuite was adequate and as expected for the price. A very quiet lodge and outstanding location with access to the free Perth bus service if and when required. Be prepared to pay for expensive parking if you have a car. I would have appreciated some coffee/tea/milk sachets in the room given there is a kettle I couldn't use. In addition, I found to be locked to the back of the property and my suite given all doors into and out of the property were locked at 3.30am but expeditiously unlocked very early before I had to check out at 6am. This is a safety issue that will need to be rectified by the property just in case someone needed to exit the property in an emergency during the evening. I would recommend if on a budget.

Staff very welcoming & helpful. Clean room, comfy bed, great hot shower. No issues with noise internally. But the traffic was loud ( that’s only my opinion as I’m from the country) it didn’t keep me awake .

For the price this place is pretty good. I had a good stay. 10 min bus ride into CBD. Bit rough around the edges but comfortable. Room had AC, TV, ensuite and kitchenette with a big fridge. Good wifi too. If I was going back to Perth and needed to be close to CBD I would stay again.
