CANCELLATION POLICY:
This cancellation policy relates to ALL types of bookings, including camping.
We may refuse to allow you and your party entry if you or someone in your group are showing visible symptoms of cold/flu. In this case, your booking will be cancelled without a refund.
** Over Long Weekend Public Holidays, Easter and Christmas/New Year period, we have a minimum stay requirement any cancellation will be charged in full.
If a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of your arrival the TOTAL amount of the booking will be charged to your credit card. **
If a booking is cancelled within 2 weeks of your arrival, a 10% booking fee will be charged to your credit card.
If a booking is cancelled within 1 week of your arrival, a 25% booking fee will be charged to your credit card.
