Amazing experience - only an overnight stay but on arrival super friendly check-in. Complimentary red wine in room and when receptionist found out we had to leave very early next morning (6:15) to catch our train and would miss breakfast she arranged a packed lunch for us to take with us instead. So thoughtful (and very tasty)! Room was great too with v comfy bed. Definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again if come back to Regensburg. Thank you!

Ställ bilen i garage och gå, försök inte komma till hotellet med bil för det går inte. Jättecharmigt ställe!

Svårt men möjligt att nå hotellet som ligger superbra på område med gågator. Charmerande ställe - personligt inredda stora rum . Hård madrass i sängen …. Hade behövts en bäddmadrass!!!! Supermysig bistro i Parisisk stil , mycket välbesökt!!! Här åt vi en jättegod middag. På morgonen åt vi jättegod frukost som ingick i priset!!

Comfortable bed and room and dining here was excellent but unfortunately not readily available unless you book well in advance. There was some confusion about booking the restaurant online in advance as you are not able to and must make your booking well in advance with the hotel by email. Hospitality and customer service could be improved.
