The house felt spacious enough for our family of five adults. Beds and sofas very comfortable. Lovely to have the sea so nearby though we preferred the beach at Margate which is only a short drive away. Gail was easy to communicate with and dealt promptly with an issue we had on the first daydaywith

Booked this house for 6 family members ranging from 7 - 70 years old plus a lively puppy. The house suited our needs perfectly. Plenty of sitting areas, nice big garden, comfortable bedrooms and just a short walk from the beach. The outside shower was perfect for washing sand off after trips to the beach.

overall the house was lovely and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen with all the condiments you need. Great outside sitting area with lots of blankets for the chilly evenings. We had a great stay, first time in Margate and would go back to the area to explore more.

We stayed at the property with three small children for Christmas. The house was very cosy and well equipped and the host very helpful!
