Das New Generation Hostel behält sich das Recht vor, die Beherbergung zu verweigern oder bestehende oder nachfolgende Reservierungen ohne jegliche Haftung zu stornieren, wenn ein Gast • die Sicherheit des Hostels oder die Gesundheit oder Sicherheit einer Person im Hostel gefährdet • außerhalb der erlaubten Bereiche raucht • einen geistigen oder körperlichen Zustand aufweist, der ihn selbst, das Hostel oder eine andere Person darin in Gefahr bringt • Schaden verursacht, Verletzungen zufügt oder drohende, beleidigende, obszöne Sprache oder Verhalten gegenüber einem Mitarbeiter oder einem Gast an den Tag legt • während des Buchungsprozesses oder des Check-in-Prozesses eine Straftat begangen hat.
