Leuk hotel op een goede locatie. Nieuwe eigenaar is nog dagelijks bezig met verbeteringen. Ontbijt goed met vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Parkeren ongeveer 300meter van het hotel. Eigenaar zeer behulpzaam bij het inchecken en met de koffers. Begane grond zit een Japans restaurant waar wij heerlijk hebben gegeten.

Eigenaar zeer behulpzaam bij het inchecken en met de koffers. Begane grond zit een Japans restaurant waar wij heerlijk hebben gegeten.

We loved this hotel, we have stayed in hundreds of hotels all over the world but this one is our favorite. The room was warm, they provided an array of teas and instant cappuccinos. The breakfast was A++++ offering a huge selection of warm and cold breakfast choices, great coffee, and a very welcoming ambiance. We also accidentally left a shirt and a blender cup in the room and the staff saved both items for us and had them ready to return to us as soon as we returned and asked for them. We called ahead because it would be a later check-in and they left the keys for us and made it so convenient. For $125 you just can't beat this place. It will be my 1st choice accommodation for any future trips into the area going forward.

My cleaner, Kathe (sp?), was both lovely and thorough in cleaning. Samira, the breakfast cook, bent over backwards to get me a delicious breakfast. The building is older and in need of some updating, but still charming and located right in the middle of the old city, just across from the German National Mineral Museum. The desk area had no light. I was finally given a small lamp that didn't work that well. While the building has an elevator, you have to get your luggage up one flight to get to the elevator. A restaurant is right below in the same building.

We slept with the windows open and had a beautiful view from our window and a soft bed. The staff was very friendly and responsive to any needs we had. The breakfast was very nice.
