We previously stayed here in a lovely courtyard apartment so booked it again Unfortunately, we did get an apartment that may have seen better days. We didn't mind the dated style however when the cold tap turn handle fell off in our hands...well we were less than impressed with the standard. Other than that and the clear water damage and neglect of the bathrooms it is really a nice place to stay. The pool is lovely and to have access directly from the ground courtyard is a bonus

Great location. Very helpful and friendly management. Apartment was quite old. Air con didn't work and bathrooms in need of renovating.

This is my 4th stay here. I love the little pocket of Cotton Tree in which it's located as it's quiet and with no through traffic, yet right on the beach, handy to shops, restaurants and the river. The full equipped apartments are large and fully equipped.
